Finished evening routine!
Finished a bunch of exercises today! Only the evening routine to go and I'm done for today!
All the exercises for today till now went very well. I've modified my intermittent routines a bit going from 5min exercises to 10min, like so:
5min warmup
- 5x2min Mandingo stretches, with a more intense twist/bundle.
- 5x2min fulcrum base stretches
- 5x2min erect stretches.
5min warmdown
Instead of doing 1min holds, I hold my stretches for 2min which feels/gets more intense. I've already seen some signs of gains while doing this especially after the erect streches. Temp gains are closing in on 19,5cm which is amazing to see. It looks epic!
This routine seems to be working very well. I just finished my afternoon routine and temp gain came in at 19,5cm! Awesome! Getting there, step by step...
No, BPEL! Fbpsl is around 21cm after a session.
Took yesterday and today off without ADS and also went outside where it was cold in the evenings and could feel it down there! However, I did some measuring.
Currently at 19,3cm BPEL! Girth is at 14,5cm under the glans, 15,5cm in the middle and around 17,5cm at the base! Not bad!
Just 1cm to go and I’m at my long term goal length!

This went pretty well! Just this morning I finished 1+ hours of hanging, 15min BTC and then around 45/50min bundled, sitting watching tv. Just measured and there are impressive temp gains. I'm interested in seeing what a period of hanging and then a period of manual exercises does. Will do another 1+ hours this afternoon and another one in the evening.
Not really. I do have some uneven darker colors on the shaft but it's not that bad. I may even be able to fix that with some cream or a more natural solution once I have reached my goal.
Had a little break from PE and did some measuring today.
Length is currently: 19,1cm BPEL.
Girth under the glans: 14,5cm.
Girth in the middle: 15,1cm.
Girth at the base: 17,5cm.
Not bad!
Will continue again this week and see if I can add another 0,5cm this month!
Argh, I probably had the pressure up a bit too high. Even though I did my usual anti-blister prep with bandaids, I did get some blisters. So, I'm out for a couple of weeks until this heals. I'll cut hanging from my routine for now and just focus on manual, once I'm able.
Tempgains were impressive after the fulcrum stretches though! It went to 19,5cm! Going into the right direction.
I've also started measuring differently, still from the top with the ruler but instead of de wide side of the ruler parallel with the shaft, I turn it 90 degrees so that it's perpendicular. The length that comes out of that it around 0,5cm shorter than the other way. But it feels more accurate, because if I turn the wide side parallel with the shaft it goes deeper into the base and I think it may even go a bit under the public bone. So, for me this way works better. It now goes to around 18,5cm which is where I started... which is fine. I'll work towards 19cm BPEL this month!![]()
Step by step! At the moment I'm also tweaking with some new variations to counter discoloration. Let's see if I can combine that with my workouts. I'm combining apple cider vinegar, which penetrates the skin well and then massaging in talc powder, which has a drying effect. Lets see if that helps the skin dry enough to create new skin.
