Finished a bunch of exercises today! Only the evening routine to go and I'm done for today!

All the exercises for today till now went very well. I've modified my intermittent routines a bit going from 5min exercises to 10min, like so:

5min warmup
- 5x2min Mandingo stretches, with a more intense twist/bundle.
- 5x2min fulcrum base stretches
- 5x2min erect stretches.
5min warmdown

Instead of doing 1min holds, I hold my stretches for 2min which feels/gets more intense. I've already seen some signs of gains while doing this especially after the erect streches. Temp gains are closing in on 19,5cm which is amazing to see. It looks epic!

Looking good my brother! I always did a similar thing with stretching I never really put a 30 or 60 second mark on it I would stretch for as long as I could and then switch to the other hand.
 
This routine seems to be working very well. I just finished my afternoon routine and temp gain came in at 19,5cm! Awesome! Getting there, step by step...
 
No, BPEL! Fbpsl is around 21cm after a session.

Thanks guys but I’m not there yet. Next short term goal would be to cement at 19,5cm. Hopefully this month and then onwards to at least 20,5cm BPEL which is a little over 8”.

Currently at 19,3cm BPEL! Girth is at 14,5cm under the glans, 15,5cm in the middle and around 17,5cm at the base! Not bad!

Just 1cm to go and I’m at my long term goal length!

I’m probably going to make sure it’s cemented and be content with it. Already very happy with what I’ve been able to get! I don’t think I’ll stretch to a new goal. Working out this intense and consistently is quite hard and I’ll be happy when I can tone it down once I reach my main goal.
 
I am so proud of you! You not only came back you came back with a vengeance! Now that you are close to your length goal you’re probably gonna change your length goal LOL
 
Thanks, DLD! Had a few days of rest but I'm starting again today. Just hooked up my LG Hanger attached a 5kg weight to it and bundled the penis. I'll try to wear this for a few hours.

That sounds pretty intense ?? let me know how you feel afterwards.
 
This went pretty well! Just this morning I finished 1+ hours of hanging, 15min BTC and then around 45/50min bundled, sitting watching tv. Just measured and there are impressive temp gains. I'm interested in seeing what a period of hanging and then a period of manual exercises does. Will do another 1+ hours this afternoon and another one in the evening.

I’m glad everything is going as planned! Are you having any issues with discoloration so far?
 
Normally now it comes to around 19cm BPEL and after hanging for about an hour it reaches 19,3cm. I'm not even sure if I can cement it to 19,3cm with just hanging but I'll do this till the end of the month and see what I got, that's two weeks from now. I'm also cheating a little bit in a good way because I use an old fasioned wooden ruler to measure and it doesn't start measuring until 3mm from the edge. So, even though it says 19cm BPEL, I could add 3mm to that but I won't. I can, if I want to always round up 3mm haha but it's nicer to know if I get to 20cm for real it'll actually be a bit bigger.
 
Not really. I do have some uneven darker colors on the shaft but it's not that bad. I may even be able to fix that with some cream or a more natural solution once I have reached my goal.

Congratulations my brother and I’m so happy to see you. I get so worried when my brothers are gone for too long, I’m glad to see you’re back! I tagged you a couple times for discoloration questions if you could find those and I answer them I would greatly appreciate it.
 
Thanks, I figured I can still do some of these exercises since I'm mostly home alone even though it's really hot here now.

Just did my manual routine:

10min of bundled stretches using the LengthMaster
5min of Mandingo stretches
10min of fulcrum base stretches using the PowerAssist.
10min of erect stretches.

And now I'm hanging. I'll probably do around an hour or more. After that passive stretch with the SiliStretcher. Although, recently I've been using the SiliStretcher in combination with bundling. Feels like a good stretch as well!
 
Argh, I probably had the pressure up a bit too high. Even though I did my usual anti-blister prep with bandaids, I did get some blisters. So, I'm out for a couple of weeks until this heals. I'll cut hanging from my routine for now and just focus on manual, once I'm able.

So sorry about the blister my brother they are a pain in the ass. But you know how to take care of it and it shouldn’t keep you off for more than four days.

How to understand that you used a wart remover on the discolored skin?
You first discolored the skin with Nadinola cream and only then started using a wart remover?
I have skin with dark spots after pumping .
Is it possible to immediately use a wart remover without first discolored the skin with Nadinola cream?

I'll be starting my routine again tomorrow. I've been waiting for the blisters to heal and it took a while!

Will start with the routine I was working with already:

5min warmup
5x1min of base stretches, using the LengthMaster.
5x1min Mangingo stretches.
10x1min bundled stretches, using the LengthMaster.
10x1min base fulcrum stretches, using the PowerAssist.
10x1min erect stretches.

Afterwards ADS with the SiliStretcher.

I'll probably repeat this in the evening as well and maybe add about an hour of hanging after that but I'll see tomorrow.

Just finished my first routine of the week in a while! I didn't feel like doing it but when I started doing it I remembered how good it feels to do the workout. Next routine will be later tonight and maybe I'll add some hanging, will see! At least after this routine I immediately start seeing (measured) temp gains of about 0,5cm. So this is good progress.
 
I've also started measuring differently, still from the top with the ruler but instead of de wide side of the ruler parallel with the shaft, I turn it 90 degrees so that it's perpendicular. The length that comes out of that it around 0,5cm shorter than the other way. But it feels more accurate, because if I turn the wide side parallel with the shaft it goes deeper into the base and I think it may even go a bit under the public bone. So, for me this way works better. It now goes to around 18,5cm which is where I started... which is fine. I'll work towards 19cm BPEL this month! :)

That sounds like a good goal just make sure you measure from the exact place every single time.
 
Step by step! At the moment I'm also tweaking with some new variations to counter discoloration. Let's see if I can combine that with my workouts. I'm combining apple cider vinegar, which penetrates the skin well and then massaging in talc powder, which has a drying effect. Lets see if that helps the skin dry enough to create new skin.

I hope this preventative measure keeps all discoloration away. But if you do get discoloration you can talk to a guy I know he’s really good with it his name is Filmfreak ?
