1th of March measurement: 18,7cm BPEL, which is 2mm longer than it was when I started so that's progress! Going to continue tomorrow with my routine till the end of March. Hopeing to be able to get it to 19cm.

My routine today:

5x1min Mangingo stretch
10x1min fulcrum base stretch up and down
6x1:40min erect stretch, up and down + left/right.
6x1:40min erect stretch, first 40sec up, final 1min BTC
+_1 hour hanging

I did this in the morning and will do this in the evening as well.

And yes, I'll try and do this same routine twice tomorrow again and the rest of the week until Sunday, day off. Then Monday it starts all over again!

Crap! Tore my frenulum again today, got a little blood. Afterwards it stopped and it's healing already / clodded but it's sensitive and I think it'll open up again if I do my long manual workout. I'm thinking tonight perhaps I'll try to hang for around 2x1.5 hours, see if I can do that. Don't know if that'll help with the gains since most of it I got with the manual exercises, I think. Will see. Else I'll just take a break for about a week so that I can start again.

In the meantime, I've applied some wound cream to the torn area on the frenulum and I'll try to keep my foreskin back as much as I can for, hopefully, maximum healing.
 
Yea be careful, done mine once and put me out for a while, who would of thought a bit of skin could hurt so much.
 
I used some of the wound cream on it and put a silisleeve over the head/part under the head and am now hanging. I don't feel any pain just a good stretch, especially when I sit and have kind of behind-the-cheeks position. Hoping it'll heal when I go to sleep and will try hanging as well tomorrow. I'm going to try and do around 2/3 hours of hanging.

Pretty good! Just had a little pee break and reattached everything... the frenulum looked fine actually but I think that's also because of the 'squashing' of the silisleeve and the vacuum. No pain really... I added a little extra weight from the SiliStretcher case. Really feeling the stretch now. Another 1.5 hours and I'm on target.

Excellent I’m glad that you’re feeling that stretch and I like that the frenulum is not being a bitch today.

I think I'll do the same when I go to sleep... hopefully tomorrow it'll be over and I can pick up my normal routine with manual stretches. At least I'll have the 3 hour hanging. That's something!

Be sure you’re healed enough before you start again. Keep bacitracin on the cut until it heals.
 
I took a little toilet break and I afterwards took a heating pad and applied it for about 5min... very nice because it gets cold after 1+ hour hanging haha. I'm actually thinking about applying the heatpad before and after hanging.

Are use the heating pad at all times I was not training in the beginning. I think this benefit of my growth big time.
 
Just this morning after waking up I started my hanging routine at around 8:00am and just finished at around 10:25am... good amount and simple in bed lying down, mostly with my legs on a chair and my upper body on the bed. Doing mostly BTC lying on my back and at times also lying on the sides for a left/right stretch. At times I'd also turn around with my chest on the bed and my toes on the chair to get a "straight" stretch. This works really well... last few minutes I do standing up, downward stretch. Actually noticed a little gain in flaccid stretches length. Let's see if that'll hold coming weeks, till the end of March.
 
I think the session of this morning will be all for today. I'll do another one of +_ 2 hours tomorrow but I won't overdo it. Monday I'll go 2x again, morning and evening. And then maybe the week after I'll add some manual exercises.
 
Using the heat pad before and after hanging definitely helps soften the tissue. Feels better, especially afterwards.

I think one of the reasons I gained so much faster than anyone else was the fact that I used a heating pad at all times I was not doing PE. My tissue was always in a supple and stretchable state. I hope you find the same thing and I hope it helps you gain as quickly as I did.
 
Andy, I just measured, two hours after my 2 hour hanging routine and it almost gets to 19cm (7.5")... closing in! Only crappy thing is, now I got a few blisters on the head! They are a little bit sensitive. I'm probably not going to hang again today. Maybe see how it is tomorrow and then I'll use the tight blue silisleeve for maximum compression, hoping it won't give any fluid retention.

I think I'm gaining even doing just 2 hours each day. It's very clear so it's a good sign! I also raised the weight from 2.5kg to 3kg and I do feel more of a stretch. Using the heatpad definitely helps too!
 
Visually I am yes... it looked longer for sure and a bit more beefy, although my girth is closing in on 6" mid shaft and over 6" at the base.
 
Measurements have stayed consistent! So, if this blister dies down I'll be able to hang again and hopefully continue till the end of the month and get cemented exactly on 19cm or maybe even over it!
