Very smart sleeping in an upright position as this is will stretch the Tunica more than anything else. It will be more of a passive stretch but it certainly will help heal the tissue and it’s expanded and elongated state.
 
I've changed the routine up again looking back at what I was doing prior and here's what I'm doing now with success!

Morning:
2x2:30min basic stretches (out, left, right, up, down) each 30sec.
10x1min Mandingo Stretch
10x1min Stretch with Power Assist at the base, 30sec up / 30sec down.
5x1:40min JackUps (erect stretch up: 3sec stretch, 1sec rest)

Afternoon:
2x2:30min basic stretches (out, left, right, up, down) each 30sec.
10x1min Mandingo Stretch
5x1:40min JackUps
10x1min Erect Stretches + grabbing/jelqing the base.
5x1:40min JackUps

Ok I remember now, I think these would also be a pretty good Tunica stretching exercise.
 
I've taken a break yesterday and today and am just doing a few manual stretches for a minute of so during the day. All the redness / discoloration is gone and I do feel I worked the penis.. at the base, I feel it, especially when I do a few downward left/right stretches.

I did a preliminary measurement today and yesterday it went to 18,5cm and today it went to 19cm... so it's fluctuating a bit. But that's probably also because yesterday I was tired and my EQ was probably not that good.

Anyway, back to the workout routine tomorrow!

Fluctuation is actually a very good thing because it shows changes happening. In this fluctuation I’m assuming there’s a certain degree of fatigue and if that’s the case be sure to take advantage of it and get more stretching in.
 
Today my routine was a bit irregular due to circumstances:

6x1:40min JackUps
10x1min Size Blasters
6x1:40min JackUps

Currently I've installed the SilliSleeve. I figured I'm going to try to get it on till it feels good and it is extended. I have to say it feels comfortable now even though the Size Blasters really beefed up the girth. I hope the Sleeve won't compress it too much. I'm hoping to incorporate the SilliSleeve more, also during the night because the VLC Tugger is actually very uncomfortable, especially when it starts slipping off.
 
My starting size is around 7.3" and for the short term I'm hoping to cement it at 7.5" and long term I'd like 8".

Hmm, I've been doing only JackUps today and variations thereof and they work really well! The variations also consist of semi-erect BTCs and after 2x10min of these JackUp sets, the length gains are great!
 
Wasn't able to view the Isolated Compression Squeeze for some reason. May not have the right codec, but I was able to see the SSJ video and I'll be trying that one this evening!
 
Did a 5min SSJ yesterday evening. Got great expansion! I'm not wearing the VLC Tugger anymore... it was getting uncomfortable. I'm actually considering getting the SiliStretcher2.

I’m so happy the SSJ went well for you as this gives you a whole new way to pack on girth. I highly recommend the SiliStretcher2, it is getting some of the best reviews. Its highly versatile and can be used in many different ways. It also allows you to use it through the night so you can sleep while you’re stretching.
 
Yeah, that's pretty good because it's something I think will definitely be a benefit. The width of my flaccid state is around 4cm (1.57"), circ. is around 12.5cm (4.9"). Which SiliStretcher2 size do you think would be best? The 1.5" or 2"? Maybe I can squeeze it into the 1.5".

Argh, the frenulum sensitivity and tearing has come up again. Not as bad as it used to be with blood though but still. So, I'm refraining for manual exersises for now and will focus on hanging. Been hanging with a weight for about an hour/1.5 hours a few times a day, while working. Doable!

This evening though I went up to 4kg with 2x2kg weights and that was quite intense. I may try to do that for maybe 10min for a session and perhaps do around 3 of them in a day.
 
I'm going to take this week off for the frenulum and redness of the shaft after doing SSJs. I'll be continueing the erect stretches and hanging beginning of next week!

I’m sorry my brother I wish you didn’t have this issue. Use a bit of bacitracin on the affected area to speed healing.
 
Thanks guys. I'll take the rest and think of a good routine to do next week. The hanging seems to work really well to keep the tension. Before that doing some erect stretches and I think having something like the VLC or the SiliStretch2 for ADS would be a good way to gain length. Girth is already pretty good, although I hope I won't loose any haha.

?? Remain consistent in your activity on the forum while you take a break to keep your head in the game.
 
Btw, do erect stretches and hanging also give girth gains or does it stay the same?

Any hanging or any heavy downward stretching whether it be from a tool or manually will build girth very quickly at the base only. Erect stretching is used primarily to close the gap between BPFS & BPEL.

I notice when I pull the foreskin back and let the head+frenulum breath, it does get dry because it's not used to it but it heals quicker. So, Monday I'll be ready for sure to get back into my routine! I also measure today, after a decon break of about 5 days and it's actually gotten a bit larger! It got to 18,7cm BPEL! So, I'm hoping in the month of March I'll be able to cement it on 19cm BPEL!

That’s the idea of my brother and as you continue to do the stretches you’ll continue to see improvements.
 
1th of March measurement: 18,7cm BPEL, which is 2mm longer than it was when I started so that's progress! Going to continue tomorrow with my routine till the end of March. Hopeing to be able to get it to 19cm.
