Very smart sleeping in an upright position as this is will stretch the Tunica more than anything else. It will be more of a passive stretch but it certainly will help heal the tissue and it’s expanded and elongated state.Current routine:
Morning:
10x1min Mandingo Stretch
10x1min Stretch with Power Assist at the base, 30sec up / 30sec down.
10x1min Erect Stretches + grabbing/jelqing the base.
4x1min Erect Stretches BTC
VLC Tugger.
Afternoon:
10x1min Erect Stretches + grabbing/jelqing the base.
4x1min Erect Stretches BTC
VLC Tugger.
Evening:
10x1min Erect Stretches + grabbing/jelqing the base.
4x1min Erect Stretches BTC
VLC Tugger. (also at night while sleeping but then instead of having the strap on the leg, I do an upwards strap over the neck)
Yes, I'm doing more basic stretches and they seem to help a lot!
My starting size is around 7.3" and for the short term I'm hoping to cement it at 7.5" and long term I'd like 8".
Did a 5min SSJ yesterday evening. Got great expansion! I'm not wearing the VLC Tugger anymore... it was getting uncomfortable. I'm actually considering getting the SiliStretcher2.
Yeah, that's pretty good because it's something I think will definitely be a benefit. The width of my flaccid state is around 4cm (1.57"), circ. is around 12.5cm (4.9"). Which SiliStretcher2 size do you think would be best? The 1.5" or 2"? Maybe I can squeeze it into the 1.5".
I'm going to take this week off for the frenulum and redness of the shaft after doing SSJs. I'll be continueing the erect stretches and hanging beginning of next week!
Thanks guys. I'll take the rest and think of a good routine to do next week. The hanging seems to work really well to keep the tension. Before that doing some erect stretches and I think having something like the VLC or the SiliStretch2 for ADS would be a good way to gain length. Girth is already pretty good, although I hope I won't loose any haha.
Okay, that's interesting! Erect stretches has helped me get over 18,5cm so I'll be continueing it along with hanging and perhaps at the beginning of the day also mandingo stretches and some A-stretch type stuff using the Lengthmaster!
