Got the LG Hanger! :-) Works great.

I'm going to use it fully tomorrow with the following routine:

Warmup in shower
- 5min erect stretching
- 20min hanging
- 5min erect stretching
Warmdown in shower

With the erect stretching I'm already seeing excellent gains so I hope with this routine I'll be able to cement the 18,5cm next month and get to 19cm (7,5inch) in the coming three months. Let's see what happens!

Erect stretching should be part of every prosperous routine. Stretching flaccid will bring the length gains but erect stretching will firm them up and make them permanent. It only takes 5 minutes per day and it translates to much faster gains in erect length. So glad you are doing them Film and I hope it shows on your next measurement.
 
nice do hear your doing them i was unaware of erect streching being necesaary my first month and have been doing it this month and have been seening amazing gains

Routine at the moment is very simple:

Wat up ma breda! Have you noticed anything with your erect stretches?
The other night I got a sick pump doin a tiny bit of size blasters. But still haven't felt that " like nothing else" stretch maybe I haven't got form down.

I just had a great workout btw. Just did 10min of intense erect stretching, mainly downwards but also some upwards, where I can really feel the lig tugs/stretch. I even measured a temp gain which went over 7,5inch! It was awesome to see. So, just doing these erect stretches are already very benefitial for me. I'm taking it a little easy with the LG Hanger, for my skin. Because two days ago, the session stretches my skin a little too much for comfort and it ended up irritating my skin to redness. I left the LG alone for now, the skin is getting better so that's good. :-)

No doubt. I remember feeling so desperate to find a cure but I never had discoloration so it was a hard thing for me to crack. When you started your quest I was very hopeful and today I am proud to say that you have accomplished solutions that have led the way for others to correct color issues.
 
Wohoo, managed to get a few millimeters over 7,5inch. Looked very impressive!

Usually when I see my BPFL grow, it means my BPEL has also grown. That length seems to grow with each other and not get closer together. Erect I have an upward curve though, so it's usually at around 21cm BPFL, meaning it's 19cm (7,5in) erect. Now it went some over 21cm BPFL. :) Whee!

Short but sweet and you are getting in all the various stretch suggestions too, expressive, tunica and shaft and ligament work. Good job Brother.

congrats. when you do official measurements to gauge progress it may be a good idea to take a couple days off of no p.e. to get an accurate idea of your size with no temp gain
 
Hi DLD, thanks! It's getting there, it still gets reddish/darker when I'm fully erect and especially when I'm doing my routine. But I'm confident that after PE, I'd fade away gradually, without all the stress of PE.

if you get quite good temp gains, then it might be a good idea to take a day off before your measuring day

Good to hear you are staying consistent with the color issues, I pray you make some great gains at measuring day.

PS: Color is going well too. I've experimented with Aloe Vera gel which is nice but the apple cider vinegar, well enough diluted with water, works best for me at this stage.

Great workout and I'm going to keep this going at high intensity. I actually got temp gains way over my initial gain. Almost getting to 19,5cm (7,67inch), so things are looking up! :-)

I've temporarily stopped PE because I've met a very nice girl and I needed to heal because of some minor cuts I got just under the head because of stretching. It's now on a steady 7,29 inch BPEL though. The redness is dissipating slowly. Hydrocortisone didn't really work for me, neither did the stuff my doctor gave me. But I've been using a Turmeric mask and that seems to work really well in getting the redness down some more as well as some of the dark spots. It's milder than Apple Cider Vinegar but does the trick.

When I've some more time to PE I'll continue and hope to get into the 8 inch BPEL zone. I've been thinking about a routine mainly consisting of the erect stretches because they are really great for me to gain.

Before going to bed:

5min warmup
10min BTC stretch
5min Mandingo stretch
10min erect stretch
20min LG Hanger
10min erect stretch

Not yet, but probably this weekend! I'm a bit anxious/nervous though since it's been a long time since I've had any. Also in terms of how she'll react to my size, I mean it's a little bigger than average I guess. But we'll see. :-) I'll restart my PE soon to gradually get to 8" BPEL.

Let me put it this way bro i could pull out my starting size of 8.1/5.5 and shed give you a better reaction because of your girth of 6.3 thats like saying im 4.7 girth and your 5.5 ... i to havent had sex for awhile and im closing in on 9/6 definately will hit the 9 length within 2 weeks ... please tell me the situation in how you met her etc:) give me the story im intersted
 
My length is now almost 7,5inch :) very happy with seeing it coming closer. Had a great time with my gf and the first time she pulled it out she was so surprised and excited because she didn't expect it to be big, since I'm 5'11 but skinny. We had amazing sex, and a lot! I used a lot of foreplay mojo which she loved and when it came to penetration, she was enjoying it tremendously and also looked very intense when going slowly going in 'fast-mode'. Even made a comment that it hurt a little, so I'm planning on at least cementing 7,5 inch and seeing if I'm going for 8. If it starts hurting too much when I go deep, I'll stop because she's really enjoying it already. We're happy!

Thanks! Now when I do the routine my temporary gains are at around 7.7/7.8 inch BPEL. Which also looks quite nice. So, I'll continue for about 1/1.5 weeks and see if I can manage to get there as well. :-) The routine is gold for me.

As for the discoloration. The color is now a little darker than normal but I can live with it.

Have you thought about splitting your routine between day and night to train length and girth separately? This helps big time with rushing and focus issues.
 
DLD, not yet but I'm considering it. I've been doing some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s and saw some temp gains which were nice but didn't cement so I'll have to keep doing them for much longer. The temp gains were about 1/4 inch bigger though! Which in itself was already impressive. Perhaps start the day with my length routine + the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] legstrap, and now and then, take it off and do a few Mandingo stretches, or when I have to go to the toilet. And then in the evening to another 2x10min length set followed by the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s in the shower for perhaps 15min.
