Here's the complete routine I did today and which I'll continue doing each day for till at least the end of the month, when I'm going to measure.
Morning:

Bundled stretches , left and right
- 10x1min fulcrum base
stretches using the
PA .
- 10x1min Mandingo

- 10x1min erect
stretches
- 20min
hanging
- 5x1min erect
stretches , last 30 sec of each rep I do base clamp with other hand.
5min warmdown
ADS afterwards
Afternoon:
5min warmup
- 2x2:30min

- 10x1min Size Blasters, last 4min BTC
- 20min
