I'm taking some rest days now because I was getting quite exhausted. I'm going to return to my routine on Monday and probably change it around a little bit to not be so intense. I'm probably going to keep my morning routine but add more to it.

Since I've been taking a break the last couple of days, today, Sunday, I did a little measuring and I have gained!

I'm currently a millimeter, depending on EQ, from 19cm (7,5") BPEL and 17cm NBPEL. Never thought I'd get here but I did! I haven't been doing any ADS, I even did some masturbation plus ejacs to really tire out the penis to see if I got any gains at all. It seems I have!

So, tomorrow I'm going to continue my routine and take it more slowly by doing it in two parts, first the morning routine which I'll modify a little and then I'll do a girth routine in the evening and during the day use my VLC Tugger for ADS and I'm also thinking about using the SiliStretcher2 at night for ANS. I'm thinking about building up this routine slowly, first doing this one the first week, maybe two and later adding something more in the afternoon as well.

My current idea for the routine is this:

Morning:

5min warmup
- 3x2:00min Bundled stretches, 1. straight, 2. up and 3. down, 30sec each direction: out, left, right and cranks, using the LengthMaster.
- 10x1min Mandingo stretches
- 10x1min fulcrum base stretches, using the PA.
- 10x1min erect stretches
- 20min hanging
- 5x1min erect stretches
5min warmdown

ADS afterwards

Evening:

5min warmup
- 5x1min SSJ's.
- 5x1min Size Blasters
- 5x1min SSJ's.
- 5x1min Size Blasters
- 5x1min SSJ's.
- 5x1min Size Blasters
- 5x1min erect stretches
5min warmdown

ADS afterwards and when going to bed ANS.

Just finished my morning/afternoon routine and I changed it up a little bit:

Morning:

5min warmup
- 3x2:00min Bundled stretches: 1. up, 2. straight and 3. down, 30sec each direction: out, left, right and rotaries, using the LengthMaster.
- 1x2:00min Bundled stretches: BTC, 30sec each direction: out, left, right and rotaries, using the LengthMaster.
- 10x1min Mandingo stretches.
- 5x1min BTC stretches.
- 10x1min fulcrum base stretches, using the PA.
- 11x1min erect stretches: 1min up, 1min straight and 1min down (20sec each: out, left, right) These is done 3 times and the last two minutes are BTC.
- 20min hanging.
- 5x1min erect stretches: same as the 11min variant above only just a 1 time rep of up, straight and down, together 3 minutes and two minutes of BTC.
5min warmdown

ADS afterwards

Evening:

5min warmup
- 5x1min SSJ 's.
- 5x1min Size Blasters
- 5x1min SSJ 's.
- 5x1min Size Blasters
- 5x1min SSJ 's.
- 5x1min Size Blasters
- 5x1min erect stretches
5min warmdown

ADS afterwards and when going to bed ANS.

Today I had to do some things outside of home and did not have a lot of time work my routine but I manage to do a few 3x5min exercises and some hanging! When I do these 3x5min I usually do:

5x1min Mandingo stretches
5x1min fulcrum base stretches
5x1min erect stretches

After the fulcrum stretches I already have my max. temp gains it seems so they do the trick when there are days that I cannot do my full routine. For today I have done two of these plus around 30min of hanging. Before bed I'll do another session and hook up the SiliStretcher2 for ANS.

I’m glad you’re getting out of the house! That’s the best thing for you right now is to get out into the sunshine as much as possible. and with you even a bad work out it is still an incredible work out.

It looks really good the only thing I see that might benefit you is on the second routine of the day do bundles before that too. What are you considering your expressive stretches?
 
Okay, then I will add the bundles to that second routine as well. At the moment these, especially the flaccid Mandingo and fulcrum base stretches seem to be the only exercises giving me temp gains. Another that I could add, perhaps to the second routine, before the erect stretches is the Size Blasters which are semi-erect downward stretches which also clamping at the base with the other hand and stretching/pushing that down as well. So a double handed stretch. One grabbing under the glans, the other grabbing the base, also trapping the blood in between in the shaft.

Do you recommend any other expressive exercises?

There are many ways to do it as long as you choose one it’s fine. My favorite ones are the lengthmaster strapped low on the shaft and stretch from there I also like the hard core stretches. So it doesn’t make a lot of difference you just want to make sure you’re hitting that area to make gains if possible.
 
Thanks, DLD! I've added 4x2:00min of Lengthmaster base stretches. Was a bit challenging to get it right because more skin seems to take the bulk of the stretch than internal penis but I manage to get there, also using fulcrums.
 
Also another interesting thing I discovered was while hanging... I was squatting and when you trance with your fingers the shaft all the way to the extreme base, even past the scrotum, you can feel the inner penis / the "rope" as it were disappear inside the body, near the anus. While hanging I used my thump and forefinger to create a fulcrum at the point where it disappears into the body and push it upwards. Wow, that was intense!
