thanks DLD, I didn't sign in when i looked at the first thread of this page so i didn't see the picture. guess I should be more thorough next time. anyway, as I've seen from other posts, customization is high for this one, so as long as you're getting that expansion, then I guess it doesn't really matter how you tweak it (within safe reason). i'm sure if you can stimulate yourself to 95% erection you can do it without lube. but I find it works MUCH better paired within a jelqing routine of some sort

With lube there is too much slippage, dry allows for much better pressure and stability in the squeeze and squash.

My exercises are copied and stollen from many sites including [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]PenisHealth[/words] and Thundersplace. They give no credit where credit is due. SlowSquashJelqs are the best girth exercise in existence, of course our competition is going to steal them.

I'd still with regular jelqs for the first three months and then bring them in.

Everyone is different and some people are faster to move up in intensity than others. I alternate this [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] with a dual-hand squeeze. When my upper hand gets tired, I just squeeze under the glans instead. With my two hands squeezing after kegeling in blood, it feels like that balloon of a shaft is going to burst. Those veins get huge. :-)

Not that this exercise needs further praise but my testimony:

200 erect jelqs
15 reps [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] at 30 second holds
15 Ulis

Used moderate "heel hand" pressure as it was my first time and a good solid clamping grip and I actually wound up with a 1" stretch mark on the right side of my shaft after all was said and done! I swear I didn't overdo it, these are just THAT expansive when done right.

My background of 6 months into Penis Enlargement is 2 months of semi erect jelq, 2 months of erect jelqs, 2 months of horse 440s and ulis. First rep of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and I laughed a little. Two thumbs up.

I'm going to give this a go myself. Discovered I measured wrong and am actually only 4.8 inches in girth. Which is rather paltry. :blush:

not necessarily. You just have to put pressure on your dick form the top. You can also move it around in circles or bend it a bit while doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] but personally I'd refrain from that until you developed a good feeling for the exercise. Especially bending the penis while 100% erect can be dangerous. I only do that when my erection already got a bit softer.

Excellent description. Steady pressure in all ways from the top to take advantage of every position there may be gains.
 
hi ive been reading that its good to do these inbetween pumping, i just wondered if i pump for 5 minutes would i then be able to get an erection hard enough to do these ssjs? i think my erection would be to spongey to perform these

Should not be a problem at all, pumping does not cause any type of eq issues. Visual stimulation greatly helps so having some sexy pictures or videos to view will really aid ion proper eq.

I've seen the drawings DLD did and read the descriptions and I feel like I'm doing them right but I would still love to see a video demonstration of this. I've searched everywhere and haven't been able to find one.
 
It'd be one long video if it was done right. As long as you're jelqing at max EQ, as slowly as possible, with blood pushing slightly from your head to your shaft, you're doing them right.
