Tried it yesterday and today. Seems like a great exercise. If I can do this instead of jelqing the choise is easy. I hate jelqin but this exercise is fun and I feel it much more then I ever did jelqing(even power jelqing). I feelt alot more "worked" afterwards..

I guess I assumed they were cemented as they were still there 48 hours after my last workout. I am starting to realize now what a real extended break does to gains. So far I have not lost any length to speak of and even though I lost some girth it now seems to have stabilized. I once told someone that if I quit Penis Enlargement and I leveled off at a permanent 6.5" of girth I would be happy. I am still way ahead of the game and I am going to start up again very soon.
 
Get 'em DLD. I took an extended break, and the girth went from 5.5 to just a tad below, but I think it's all good. It's already looking like I'll be over 5.5 since I've gotten back to training a bit. I am not sweatin' the loss at all, the way I see it when I start again my penis is going to be newbie status and I am hoping on reaping those gains.

Approach the exercise as sexually as possible. As odd as it sounds, breathing and making a little noise like you are having sex makes the whole experience sexier. Anything else that gets you going and makes you feel sexy could be in line (thrusting hips, etc.) Make it enjoyable, like masturbation. Work your way up to a 100% erection.

Step #3 : Squeezing at the Base
DLD: "once I am there [100% erect] I will clamp off at the extreme base after I kegel as much blood in as I can... I squeeze my head to release that much blood out of my penis. I want about that much room to work with... I then have my shaft really hard and the glans is empty."

Right - Uli, but once there squeeze all the blood from the head. DLD : "don't worry about the head losing size... because my glans is gaining size."

DLD: "I will jelq up maybe an inch... I will bend, squash, compress, push in all possible directions... I do this until I am at like maybe 80% erect... About 2 minutes... Then I will get myself hard again and repeat, switching hands..."

I think this is where the confusion started. When doing the jelq part, move the clamped hand up around an inch or so, and begin the compression with the other hand. Then, if it increases pressure, slide the clamped hand up the shaft *slightly* for the remainder of the ~2 minutes.

Yes, this is similar to Iso Comp Squeezes and Horsies, but you are using your palm/palm grip to compress, twist, bend, etc. until you get down to an 80% erection. Refer to the sexy step to be sure you are in the right mind state during the exercise.

DLD : "NO COUNTING... Remember, this is sexual... No counting... Not work, so treat it like masturbation."

Nevermind, I find that doing it dry is a heck of a lot better and easier.

I prefer dry and I have found that I perspire enough to make the dry version very doable.
 
This is the exercise used in conjunction with the Cross Legged Jelq.
 
I've tried this exercise coupel of times but I don't feel anything. I push down but I don't feel any humongous stretch. And when I kegal, I don't feel the blood going into my penis that much. I mean, what am I doing wrong? How is this exercise supposed to feel? Are you suppoesd to kegal and then hold it??
 
RN2K, What is your experience level with P.E.? I ask this because, generally, if you've been involved with P.E. for a brief period of time you'll have under taken some of the basic elements such as KEGELS for PC strength as well as what a lateral stretch on the tunica fells like from JELQING. It is likely that you are doing the exercise incorrectly, but if you're not very familiar with the workings of your penis then I would certainly take a step back to the first phase and go from there. Basic principles never change and they will provide you with the appropriate information and experience to move up in size and in complexity.
 
DLD i have run up on these killer girth exercises but i have still not found a killer exercise for erect length. Its honestly killing me haha. Can you please help with my problem?
 
Chart or diagram please....newbie here, don't understand all the Penis Enlargement slang so either someone break it down or do a diagram...totally confused and girths my main concern since I'm at 8" now haha
 
BDG, You really need to take the time to learn the jargon. P.E. is really not something to be flippant about. You can really do some serious damage to the arteries, veins, and tunica if performing exercises improperly or haphazardly. Take the time to learn how YOUR penis responds to basic exercises like the jelq and in a few months you can bring up the intensity and complexity of your routines and the exercises you utilize. Good luck but you need to start at the beginning. Check the sticky threads at the top of the forum.

Not really. People thought that in the early days of Penis Enlargement. If you're stupid about it it's bad. Jelq at 100% erection and about 5% manual intensity and you'll be fine. I get a positive effect on EQ from it. If you're dick is really, really, well conditioned like DLD's then maybe think about stepping up the manual intensity.
 
I've had tons of expansion from this exercise, the only thing I felt to be a little lacking is that I wanted to work on the expansion of my glans as intensely as I was the rest of my penis. So I've started doing a second type of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]slow squash jelq[/words] recently. This type involves about 95&#37; of the same technique. Instead of starting with the gripping hand at the base I'll start near midshaft and jelq to about an inch below my glans. At this point the glans is full of blood and the squash portion comes into play. I just started doing these recently but it seems to be doing the trick. Note that I do this in addition to the standard [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s and standard wet jelqing. I follow the whole bit up with some edging (usually clamped but I've broken two of them already ><) and I'm very pleased with the results so far.

I think I am going to start doing these. I just recently got back into P.E. FYI I am about 6.5-6.75 NBPenis EnlargementL( I use to be under 6) and 5.5 EG. I am having a hard time gaining on lenght and never really did much on girth because it started off pretty good. I figured though, that girth is more important than length and I am right on that line of being the large side of average and big when it comes to girth. I think this exercise can get me over that line quickly. Hopefully I could get 1/4 inch in 3 months. Lets see where it goes.
 
Not sure I am doing this 100% right, but when you have a pump at least .5 in bigger than your EG you can't be doing too much wrong can you? I like how you can do it dry, so no mess and you can just lay in bed with a laptop. You can get all nice and comfortable. Right now my limitation seems to be how long before my little guy gets tired and just cant go anymore. I say that took around 45 minutes, but with the getting hard again and all that.. who knows how long the actual exercise was.

Sounds like you got it down perfect. That kind of expansion is exactly what you want.

I need to ask about something that I am concerned about. After doing this exercise I notice discoloration on my penis and I am not eactly sure what it is. It i kind of maroon color.. almost a mix of a rash and a bruise. The next day it is about 50% gone but back again after the workout. I took a rest day yesterday and now it is even less visible. (you see it even less when I am erect, probably not visible today if I am erect).

I dont think it is a bruise (mainly because of how fast it heals), I think it is some kind of reaction from the pump I am getting when I do this exercise. Should I be concerned?

Pick one of those exercises, my advice [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], and use that for the girth portion of your training. A good length routine is the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. Getting into advanced length work, following the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] program, would be DLD Blasters.
 
No, you are not bending, you are building up compression between your upper and lower hand. The genius of the exercise is what happens to the tissue that gets caught in this death trap:) Check the link keepingitbig posted, it is a great explanation. I could have sworn you had a membership to the site, if so just CHECK THE VIDEO
 
What if my penis is already thicker towards the glans (baseball bat effect) ? Wont the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] increase it even more ? that's what I'm afraid of

That's what you want. Think of jelqing, but you're clamping your hands and pushing your hand ( While 100 percent hard ) towards your glands, but you're forcing the other hand to simultaneously force down as your other hand goes up. You'll feel it once you know it.

Any suggestions on how to do this if I have a curve in my penis? if I just do it as described I'm afraid I might brake it.
also, If I want more girth near the base then I guess I should clamp off as near to the pubic bone as possible and squash harder?

You wont break it:) Just take your time and learn the exercise. You will want to grip as low as you possibly can as the area between the two hands is what will be getting expanded.
