dear dld, how many series do I have to do of the entire excercise?

Instead of counting what I like to do is set a time limit. Say 15 minutes of Blasters. I say this because some men can go longer than others so repetitions are not as important as the quality of the workout.

Starting off little and increasing the time over time is how you should deal with many exercises!

But wouldn't someone who can do 10 SSJs in 15 minutes be better of than one who can only do three in the same amount of time?

half a dozen of one 6 of the other, makes no difference

thanks buddy, Is there any problem if I do not perform the A stretch? Every time I loose the grip. I do a blaster with a normal stretch. Is that okay¿?

I posted this in another one of your threads:

Those who have trouble with the A-Stretch use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] to perform the stretch. Some men have thicker wrists than others and this can cause slippage making the stretch unfruitful. Using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] (the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words] portion) you will be able to do DLD Blasters with no issues. also, the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] offers so much more than just that. It is a hanger, a bundle and roll chamber, a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words] and many other creative ways to use. It also allows men ultimate grip on all stretching exercises, if anyone has weak arms or experiences slippage, the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] is the way.

This exercise gives a great stretch with some kegel work on the side. Just bumping it for the guys who really want some length focus or those looking to incorporate some kegel work into their routine.

Bumping is so important!

DLD do u reckon the bundled blasters are slightly more effective than these blasters? either way probably best to start with these first before progressing to bundled blasters?

Now that you mention it, I think both should be used together. Perhaps every other stretch make it a bundle and see how that goes. You would be the only one trying so keep good track.

that's good thinking. i will certainly have to experiment with this and perhaps I will decide to officially implement it into my routine.

Magnificent exercise, made more powerful via the lengthmaster

DLD Blasters or one of the first exercises I came out with. This is during a time when people were not inventing exercises, they were using the same mold five exercises people of been using for hundreds of years. After DLD blasters I went hogwild inventing exercise, always pushing the intensity and looking to gain as quickly as possible. Since then people like you and other inventors have come forth with so many exercises. When we combine all the exercises that we have developed over the last 16 years it’s pretty amazing

I have recently started doing these except instead of the A stretch I do a downward and BTC bundle, kegel, reverse kegel stretch. I swear I haven't felt that dull pulling ache in a long time. That kegel and reverse kegel are so overlooked in the pull you feel.

Will be doing these daily. Great exercise!

Welcome back my brother, where have you been? It’s so good to see you. Yes you can do blasters with any stretch. It does not need to be done with the a-stretch to be done with any stretch.

I have been away working abroad for like 5 months. Finally going home tomorrow can't wait. I hope all is well with you.

Seriously 1 of the best lig exercise's I have felt. I think this is a big key as you mention in stopping the PC protective reflex. Plus a kegel workout all in 1.

Wow it has been a long time. I’m just so excited because I’m seeing so many veterans return over the past two months, it’s been an amazing ride. I’m sure you’ll notice now that you’re back that veterans are returning every day. I’m doing well and I appreciate your asking. I’m working harder than I ever have but it’s all worth it.

Yes I have noticed quite a few people are back. Redzulu in particular. Yes it is all worth it, I'm sure you feel much better and a great sense of accomplishment comes with everybody returning and updated forum.

Glad to be back at it and for once in my life regarding PE, I'm pretty much ready to gain everything has finally fallen into place all these years I've had a goal and life has gotten in the way time and time again. Now I have an opportunity and I am much wiser for it too. Hope I can be a help on the forum.

I'm hoping that shortdick and childish will both come back as well.

To the topic, is there a way the dld blasters can be done with the length master?

We have a revolving doors and they’re constantly being spun by new folks coming in and veterans coming in. So many veterans have returned and I hope to see many more in the future.

In the above photo RB modified A stretch, do the opposing ‘rotational arrows’ indicate stretching around either direction of the bar?

Its a lifting motion of the bar, while you stretch the penis over it with the right hand shown in the diagram.
I guess the arrows are showing the direction the bar goes, and the need to stretch with the right hand.

Here's the RB modified A stretch video by DLD

Red is correct the PVC pipe is used as a lever. If you go to www.mattersofsize.com/access there should be a video in the audio video section that shows the RB stretch.

Perfect! I was thinking this would be a good stretch to add to my routine, as I can use my hook as the lever to pull against. I found the RB stretch at the end of the LM video. This LM looks like an amazing tool and I can't wait to add it to my collection! The use of a bungee strap is a great addition to this tool. In the mean time, I will learn the most I can about the fundamentals of PE and manual exercises. Thank you all for your guidance! :)

DLD Blasters changed PE for everyone back in 2002! RB version is just as effective and powerful. Expect some nice length gains!

Awesome! Is this something done every day? Substitute it a couple time a week for the newbie program? Or since I’m new to PE, should I wait till I start to see progress slow before straying from the newbie program?

Definitely do them every day twice a day if you can. They’re extremely powerful and they’ll bring length very quickly.

Will do DLD! Prolly opt to start off the day with beginner routine and then use dld blasters as a warmup for when I do girth later in the day once I give my skin a couple more days to heal. Focusing on length and getting used to my SG/ VLC tugger in the meantime.

I overdid it with the power j gym before I found this brotherhood.

I’m glad you got the VLC and I know it’s making things much more comfortable for you which is awesome. I think you’re gonna really like DLD Blasters they really give one of the most incredible manual stretches. And the RB version is just as powerful as the original.

Any type of pipe is fine. All you’re doing is mimicking the arm of the Lengthmaster.
Ah.. I was wondering how these differed from some of the lengthmaster stretches. I'm pretty stoked to get these tools and increase my rate of growth (currently .25" per month with the 2nd half the month excluding girth work so that my skim could heal). Ramping things back up this past week in preparation for the delivery of the str kit

Ok! Thanks :) I’ll was going to try a pvc but I’ll just use the length master now that we’ve cleared that up!

I felt the diameter of my hook was too small: hard and I was afraid it was putting too much pressure on my urethra

Everyone should try it with the pipe as it gives even more of a leverage or lever to the stretch.
