Penis Enlargement'd through the weekend, though not as intensely as I had during the week. I had another friend visiting, so I couldn't spend as much "alone" time as is necessary for 2 hour of hanging. I only did one hang saturday night and three hangs sunday. Monday was back to usual with five hangs and tonight I plan on atleast the same. Gotta keep up the intensity!
 
Sorry for the long break. Things are mostly good in the Penis Enlargement world, though. I did 4-6 sets each day last week, except for Thursday b/c I was staying at a friends' place due to the subway strike. That's done and gone though, so I can focus on my routine this week. The roomates are away for the next ten days, so I can be more diligent in my Penis Enlargement. I have my own bedroom, but still I don't like to be holed up in my room with the door locked while they're back. I don't want them thinking 'what the fuck is he doin in there?'. I also end up getting distracted and chilling with them, which isn't really a bad thing I suppose, but it does sometimes keep me from doing my entire routine. Funny how Penis Enlargement sometimes makes you anti-social. So anyway, the next 10 days will leave me with an empty apartment to do as I please.

I've noticed in the past couple weeks my erection level has been kinda hurtin. I've stopped doing jelqs and kegels for a couple months now (maybe more?) so I think that and the more intense hanging have taken their toll on my boner-making ability. Unstretched, I'm using about 8" of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] and an equal amount of T-shirt material under that. It makes for a thicker wrap than I'm used to, but I feel not pinched skin or any other issues I'd sometimes run into with the Rite-Aid brand stuff.
 
One more entry tonight. I did six solid sets of 20 min. each with the first one at 15 lbs. and the rest at 10. The new wrap is working great, I had to reduce the weight only b/c my ligs were too sore, which is exactly what I'm looking for. The four days off must've let my ligs recover a little too much. I plan on hitting it hard til Friday, when the girls arrives, and the Penis Enlargement ends.

Also, I just rubbed one out and noticed my erection strength is already improving from just one day of kegels. Those exercises are amazing. When I was doing them religiously, my erections were rock-solid and I'd shoot really far. Since I've stopped doing them, both my erection strength and the distance have slowly decreased, now to the point where I need to do something about it. I figure by the end of the week I'll be back to full strength erections, but the shooting distance will take a little more time to recover.

There's a thread on here for New Year's resolutions, so I thought I'd put mine down here. I'm already going the right direction, but it's fun to write out goals to look back on in the future.

In 2006 I'd like to:

- Reach my goal size. This will take a lot of effort, but I'm already doing that and moving in the right direction. At the moment, my goal size is 8 x 5.75 (nbpel x midshaft girth). That means about another inch in length and a half inch in girth. Very doable in a year.

- Continue with a kegel routine to keep strong erections and ejaculation distance. Kegels have helped me maintain good erections even during times when I was doing intense hanging routines which can kill erections. The shooting farther is always great b/c for me it makes for a better orgasm. When I've been following my kegel routine, my orgasms in general just feel stronger. I've slacked on this in the past couple months.

- Continue this log. It's great for keeping me motivated and I hope it motivates others who read it. It also acts a bit as a blog for me and lets me share what I'm feeling about Penis Enlargement or Penis Enlargement-related issues.

Back at it after a nice NYE in the city. I've been keeping up with the kegel routine more or less, but I'd like to from now on never miss a day. 7 days a week of 10 min of kegels is my goal. Hung only four sets today of 10-15 pounds, but those sets felt good on my unit. The new wrap is still keeping the skin better protected.
 
Could only manage five sets tonight, but three of those sets were at a full 15 pounds, so I don't feel guilty. My usual progression would be only one set at 15 pounds and the rest at 10 or 12. I'm happy I'm able to handle the high weight on more of my sets, and I plan on bumping it up soon, too.
 
I'm gonna stop measuring with a book, b/c I'm afraid that with the pressure I push in for a BPenis EnlargementL, I might slightly bend it or otherwise make for an innacurate measurement. Instead I'm gonna stick with the ol' wooden ruler, even though it hurts to push it against the skin. That's actually probably for the best, as it only allows me to measure a few times before the irritation becomes too much. I won't be as obsessive.

On that note, using the ruler I got a decent erection and measured a solid 8 1/8", which is what I was at before, but with a raging, 100%, viagra erection. I feel I'm at maybe 8 3/16" or 8 1/4" with a full-on. That's great progress, though, I just made it to 8" exactly a month ago. A 1/4" gain in a month is great for me consider I'm no longer a newbie.

The kegels are already making a difference in my erection quality. Before I started back up with them I had trouble getting that tight-lig, hard-on I'd known before. I'd say I'm about halfway back to where I want to be at good erection strength and "shooting for distance". Shouldn't take too long.

Yep, NBPenis EnlargementL is up to 7.25" now, an inch shorter than my BPenis EnlargementL, like usual. My ejaculation distance has recovered nicely; I'm landing on my gf's tits area now. Erection strength is still not great and my dick's been feeling sorta "thin" lately, so I'm gonna change up my routine slightly. I'm gonna start back up with jelqs and cut back a couple sets of hanging. I plan to continue with 15+ pound hangs to keep up the intensity, but only for 3 or 4 sets each day. Replacing those last couple sets will be 20 min. of jelqs. My erection strength is still not back to where I want it, and I believe stopping the jelqs is to blame. Heavy hanging with no jelqs and no kegels has really killed my erections, but these changes will address those problems.

My goal here is to boost girth and erection strength while still increasing length. If I make no progress on this routine in the following month, I'll know that I need to concentrate more on one area or another. It's tough to make quick gains in both length and girth at the same time.
 
Going along with my last post, I just read up on the PowerJelq device and I'll be ordering one today. It seems the consensus on the device is that although it's essentially an overpriced jar-lifter ($60), the thing works. In the threads I've read, about 90% of the posts give it great reviews. These are from people who have made significant girth gains. On top of this, many of the posts said it also gave them length gains, which is great for me since I'll be eliminating some of my hanging sets.

As I noted before, long jelq sessions hurt my wrists, maybe causing some form of tendinitis. As a cook, I can't have any issues with my wrists or hands being weak, and the PowerJelq device supposedly eases the force you need. Users have noted the device concentrates its force on the top and bottom of your dick, so I plan on still doing some manual jelqs after using the PowerJelq to hit the sides.

So back to the present, I hung three sessions today, maybe four. I was watching Zoolander... can't remember, hehe. I tried one set at a new high weight of 17 pounds. It really felt no different from 15 pounds, though my dick was a bit sore from the jelq routine I began again. There's a medium sized dark blood spot on the underside of my dick. This better go away quick, or I'll have to cutback on the jelqs for a day or two.
 
Third log entry today, man I need to get a life... haha. So I just determined my LOT is 6:00 o'clock, which should mean I won't make much progress with hanging BTC how I do. I'm not sure what my LOT was when I started, but it may have changed. Regardless, I'm gonna keep hanging BTC til I stop gaining, b/c if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Still, this discovery has me a tad worried that my LOT has changed from hanging and now my lig gains are over.

Thanks for the advice; I'm gonna continue on with the plan as I detailed. Honestly, I've made very solid gains in the 10-15 pound range, which is nothing too heavy. I'm moving into the 15-20 pound range, where I hope to find my next inch. That's really all I'll need lengthwise for me to be happy. If I plateaul, I'll switch over to the Tunica stretching you mention.
 
I'm taking this week off since it's been over three months of non-stop Penis Enlargement. I'm still waiting on my Power Jelq, but I'm really excited to use it when it arrives. I sorta lost a bit of my motivation when I hit 8 1/4" of length. My dick was looking and feeling really thin, so I'm just not motivated to hit the length until I get some girth back too. Honestly, I'm encouraged by the fact I'm still 5 1/4" of girth. I haven't done any girth work in a long time and I'm still not back to my original 5", which means to me that gain is cemented. PowerJelq arrived today and I used it for the first time. I'm learning how to really use the thing, not sure how much lube to use. I had trouble with my dick slipping out the sides of the rollers; maybe once a groove is established this is less a problem. Overall, I liked the thing, but I'm not sure how good of a workout it provided. I like the fact you can push into the skin to really work on base girth as much as the rest of the penis. I'll keep using this 20-30 min. each day. I'm also going to restart hanging tomorrow since erections have returned to the old strength again, thank god...
 
Man, this section has been really dead lately. We need to keep these Penis Enlargement blogs goin, people!

I'm continuing my plan as I stated before, only three hangs per day and atleast 30 min. of girth work per day. My goal is to maintain or gain on length while finally getting some girth gains. From the new emphasis on girth I feel I'm a bit thicker, but it's not cemented. I want to hit 5.5" of girth and feel I've really made progress in that area. My entire Penis Enlargement career I've been between 5 and 5 3/8", depending on my dedication to girth.

Length work is business as usual, but with decreased sets. As I type this I'm comfortably hanging 17 pounds, my current high. I've been able to hang this amount atleast once in each of my Penis Enlargement sessions for the past week. This is solid progress. I feel a very pronounced stretch in my ligs at this weight. The only problem I have is getting enough blood out of the glans so it doesn't get numb/purple during the set.

An ex from back in college called me today, upset with her boyfriend of almost a year dumping her, and I feel guilty that I was happy. Not that I want to see her sad, but that it means we could possibly hookup again. She was the most perfect girlfriend in all manners sexual: initiated sex, enjoyed giving BJ's and swallowing, multiple orgasms just through sex, tight as hell and always wet... I could go on for pages. I would love to surprise her with my longer and slightly thicker dick. I got a bruise Monday either from jelqing or hanging so I took off from Penis Enlargement yesterday and only did hanging today. It's already fading, so I plan to resume jelqing soon. I've never had a bruise from Penis Enlargement, only the darkening I mentioned several months back. It's right at the base, on the left side, about the size of a dime. I use Vitamin E oil as lube for jelqing, and I read that it slows the healing process for bruises, so that's another good reason to avoid doing girth. I'm not sure, but maybe that's what caused this to happen in the first place. If I get another bruise I'll try something else. Hanging's going well, I'm using weights in the 12-17 pound range, though I tried 18 pounds for a few mintues tonight. Felt heavy! not terrible though... Onward march to 8 1/2 bpel....
 
Bruise is totally gone, and with Monday here, I'm back to my routine. I'll have a good two week stretch here, and I'm gonna really try for some length gains. I haven't gained any length in the past couple weeks of doing both length and girth, so I'm gonna revert back to going hard on length and doing girth only if I have the time. No excuses. I need to do a minimum of five hanging sets a day. Three isn't enough. Four isn't either. I was making consistent progress with five or six 20 minute hangs, and I'm going to get back to that.

So that's the goal. Five or six sets each day I Penis Enlargement. I will probably not see the GF this weekend, so that leaves a solid 10 day stretch of uniterrupted Penis Enlargement time. I definitely expect the gains to resume. I found a good workout that produced consistant gains. As long as I haven't exhausted my lig gain potential, I see no reason this amount of stress won't give me gains.
 
I had hoped for a solid two weeks of Penis Enlargement, but unfortunately I got a really bad cold and have barely gotten out of my bed the past few days. I'm also suspecting my dick has hit the limits of lig gains, with the LOT theory and also the fact I haven't had gains in a month. Of course to many of you, no gains in a month is nothing out of the ordinary, but I figure with the intensity I'm pushing, I should have atleast gotten another 1/16". Once I'm all better, I plan to hit the hanging again for another two weeks as intense as ever and if I still don't gain I'll switch courses to more tunica work or maybe just switch over to girth and give length a break.
 
I'm starting to consider changing over things, b/c not only have my length gains stopped, my glans is getting some pain from the high weight hanging I've been doing lately. Relatively high weights, anyway, in the 17-18 pound range. The heavy hanging seems to kill my erection strength in the short term too. So I'm gonna start on a jelq-heavy routine soon, and some other girth exercises. Even if I get no longer than 8 1/4" BPenis EnlargementL, I won't die an unfulfilled man, hehe. I think I'll make peace with length for now and make a real, honest approach at girth. I've never had a real consistent girth routine more than 20-30 min a day for 4-5 days a week, and my dick probably needs more stress than that to get thicker.
 
Feeling mostly over my massive cold, and did an hour of jelqs and nothing else for Penis Enlargement. I'm gonna do this as my only dick work, maybe one set of hanging here and there. I still measure 8 1/4" BPenis EnlargementL, so I'm not too worried on that front. The hour of jelqs felt really good though. My dick was looking not only long but thick. I didn't realize how much the hanging was killing my erections. I haven't hung in a week or so and my erections are back to full strength. I forgot what my dick looks like at 100%... it's pretty long. I can't wait to add a 1/2 or full inch to it in girth. Sex feels a lot different now just from the added 1+ inch, but I bet added size in girth will have an even more dramatic impact on sex.
 
Been away from Penis Enlargement too much lately. I'm back into the routine; but only did about a half hour of jelqs today. Erection strength was just terrible though. I'm gonna get serious about kegels and continue with the jelqs which hopefully will get me back to where I was erection-wise before.
 
Did about 45 minutes of jelqing and I'm very pleased with my overall Penis Enlargement situation. My dick is feeling thick again, though it still measures 5 1/4". My new plan for girth isn't a different exercise, but rather to be more consistent. I plan on never taking a day off from jelqs for atleast a month. This might be tough with the gf visiting, but if I can jelq, I will jelq. My length isn't disappointing me either. Even though I haven't hung in over a week, my length measured at a bit over 8 1/8", with a semi-decent erection. I think I'd hit 8 1/4" again with a full-on, 100% erection.
 
Bigsack, i got a question for you. I just got back into Penis Enlargement again and im stretching realy hard. I want to hit 8 inches on the nbp flaccid stretch, and i eventually want to hit 8 nbpel before the end of this year. I notice when stretching hard, my erection strength and length actually go down because i cant get real hard. I just recently hit 7.5 nbp, but i wasnt 100% erect. When encountering a problem like this, would you suggest taking time off from stretching, and just jelqing in the mean time to get 100% again? Two hours of hanging equals about three hours of actual time spent Penis Enlargementing if you factor in breaks. That's a lot of time to dedicate to any hobby. I had to do this much hanging to really gain though, so I don't regret it. My 8+" BPenis EnlargementL is a cemented gain.

So my advice is if you don't want to lose your erection strength, keep jelqing and kegeling. You shouldn't have problems as long as you keep doing these exercises. It's your choice where you want to focus your energies. Since I have a girlfriend, I can't afford not having 100% erection strength. Yeah man we are def close, id imagine ur close to 7.5 now nbp? I just recently hit that. Measure ur length now man since ur getting hard again, use a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] case like i did or just use ur ruler. Id imagine ur close to 7.5 now with all the hanging you were doing. My girth aint nothing special bro, its like 5.5-5.6 depending on the day although it was 6 when i was doing alot of erect jelqs before i got the t-vein. Althought the stretching has definitly thinned it out alot, and i mean alot. Girth is something i realy need to work on, i dont know where to start though im pretty lost in that department. Hmm, i never realy did kegals that much, i might have to give them a try.


How many kegals would you recomend a day and can you do them flaccid? I ask this because doing erect excercises is realy hard and annoying for me because its hard to keep an erection. I cant remember the last time i got a 100% hard on, but i ordered some liquid viagra so that might help me. Also, my bpel now is 8.5, a full inch ahead of my nbpel. Im guessing you also have a decently thick fatpad like myself? Do you plan on cutting fat to get rid of it and if so, what do you plan on doing? I also have a full inch between BPenis EnlargementL and NBPenis EnlargementL measurements. There's not much I plan to do to decrease my fatpad, as it's mostly genetic. I don't have much bodyfat to lose either. My stomach isn't ripped, but I can almost see my abs defined. Even if I got totally ripped, I'd guess I'd still have a 1/2" fatpad. I have some lingering injuries that prevent me from doing a good cardio or weightlifting routine, so I'll just have to be content with my 1" fatpad.

As it stands, I have 7 1/4" nbpel, an inch less than my bpel. You've got great girth, though, you were up to 6"! I'd love to even get to 5 1/2". 6 is the end goal, though I feel I'm a hardgainer on girth and it'll take some time.

As for kegels, I only do them flaccid. I don't see any advantage to doing them erect except if you were going to lift some kind of weight with them. My routine, as with all Penis Enlargement work, is to do them for a certain amount of time, not counting reps. My usual workout is to do kegels for varying amounts of time and intensity for 10-15 min. My trick is to do them along with music with a strong, steady beat, so I can kegel along to the rhytHydromax. It might sound kind of silly, but it keeps you going and it makes sure your kegels are evenly spaced. The beginning of my routine is all short, low intensity squeezes, probably about two per second. After a few minutes of this I'll move into holding each kegel longer, maybe for four beats of music or longer. I play around with different patterns in an effort to completely fatigue my PC muscle. It should feel slightly tired or sore after a good workout. I can personally attest kegels along with jelqs will greatly improve your erections and shooting distance.

I have some lingering injuries that prevent me from doing a good cardio or weightlifting routine, so I'll just have to be content with my 1" fatpad.

As it stands, I have 7 1/4" nbpel, an inch less than my bpel. You've got great girth, though, you were up to 6"! I'd love to even get to 5 1/2". 6 is the end goal, though I feel I'm a hardgainer on girth and it'll take some time.

As for kegels, I only do them flaccid. I don't see any advantage to doing them erect except if you were going to lift some kind of weight with them. My routine, as with all Penis Enlargement work, is to do them for a certain amount of time, not counting reps. My usual workout is to do kegels for varying amounts of time and intensity for 10-15 min. My trick is to do them along with music with a strong, steady beat, so I can kegel along to the rhytHydromax. It might sound kind of silly, but it keeps you going and it makes sure your kegels are evenly spaced. The beginning of my routine is all short, low intensity squeezes, probably about two per second. After a few minutes of this I'll move into holding each kegel longer, maybe for four beats of music or longer. I play around with different patterns in an effort to completely fatigue my PC muscle. It should feel slightly tired or sore after a good workout. I can personally attest kegels along with jelqs will greatly improve your erections and shooting distance.


Yeah i hear you on that, i was just wondering. If you could have no fat pad in an instant that would be awesome. Yeah my bodyfat isnt as high as it was and my stomach is real flat now, but its still got some chubb to it. I figure if i lose another 10 pounds of fat, ill be close to 8 nbpel, maybe 7.75 or something like that. What happened if you dont mind me asking? Can you do any bench pressing or anything like that?


Thats still an awesome size, anything like 6.8-7 or over nbp is a great length and with good girth your in. Ahhh my girth is alright, it seems to be picking up now that im jelqing again. I only do them flaccid though, mainly because they make my flaccid hang super low and it gets real pumped. Do you do squeezes or anything like that? Youve been at it for a while now, maybe your at the stage where it just starts getting harder.

No, it's two seperate injuries, one shoulder one on my hip. I've had two surgeries on my shoulder where I recovered, but then reinjured it lifting. The hip injury was from too much sex with my gf about 4 years ago but haven't had it treated. I hope eventually I can get these bodyparts back to where I need them to lift heavy again.

As you said I've been Penis Enlargementing a while now, and I'm guessing length is only going to get harder, but I'm hoping girth will come easily. I've only gained 1/4" in that direction. Well, me and the girlfriend are done as of today. I think I'll write a little something here to reflect on the relationship. And that is I really need to grow up and get real about girls. I'm 24. I know that when I get back into hanging, that size will come back very quickly. I'm really only concerned with making gains on girth. I'm approaching it how I did length in really putting in time. That was the key to my length gains. If an hour a day of jelqs doesn't cut it, I'll add another half hour. I'll reevaluate in a month I'd say. In the meantime though, I think I'm already making progress. I think I'm moving slightly past 5 1/4" midshaft.
 
Just got back from a really fun weekend back home. I missed my jelq session only only of the days back home, so I'm happy with myself. I couldn't wait to get my session in when I got back to NYC last night. I was curious if I'd lost any length from no hanging or if I'd gained any girth, but it's a no on both. I can't believe it, but I'm still 8 1/4" BPenis EnlargementL. I thought for sure I'd lose a little length when I went from hanging almost everyday up to 18 pounds to no hanging at all, just jelqs. I also haven't gained any girth, though, so I haven't really made any progress either. My erections have continued to improve as has my shooting distance. It's pretty much back to where it was when I'd jelq everytime I did Penis Enlargement. I slacked on the kegels slighly, maybe doing them only every other day the past week, so I'm gonna get back into that.
 
Nothing but good Penis Enlargement sessions lately. I've been keeping with just jelqs for a good 45-60 minutes each day. I don't count how many I do, (too tedious), but I try to have each last about 2-3 seconds. My length remains at 8 1/4" or possibly, dare I say it, slightly past. I have no clue how my length could increase from jelqs but not from 2 hours of hanging BTC. Whatever. Not complaining.

Girth is the issue at hand. It's just edging past 5 1/4" midshaft. I have a feeling getting to 5 3/4" or 6" is going to be a long struggle, but I'm here for the long haul. I made 1 1/4" of BPenis EnlargementL happen over the past year with hours of hard work. I can make 3/4" of girth happen, too. I just keep visualizing having that size, and also, being proud of what I've already accomplished. It's my motivation.
 
Here's a comparison shot of a pic I took today and one I took back in October. Not exactly the same angle, but close. I was 7 7/8" back then, 8 1/4" today. Not sure if there's an obvious difference, my eyes are playing tricks.

Good to hear. I found the hardest thing about hanging was the time commitment. I got the best results when I really put in the time. Upping the weights is important but a secondary concern. After I decondition for a bit and get some girth gains, I'm going to restart my hanging. I plan to use Bib's fulcrum idea with a taped-up, rice sock. It looks like a great method of hanging for tunica gains, something I've never tried.

Here's a pic I took today right after I finished an hour and 15 minutes of jelqs. I'm feeling better about my girth since I'm moving in the positive direction. I wish girth gains came as easily as length for me, ah well.
 
Sorry for making a million posts today, but I forgot to say my erection strength and shooting distance are back to the best they've ever been. I credit it to the jelq and kegel routine I've been on these past couple weeks, with no hanging. Hanging is great for length gains, but it really kills my erections. After my 1.25 hours of jelqs today I shot about 3 or 4 feet, well past the paper towel target I'd planned for cleanup. I don't have massive volume like Peter North or anything, but the distance is something I'm proud of.

I like where I'm at now. Routine continues uninterrupted. Everyday on, no days off for a while. With no long-distance girlfriend I have the ability to Penis Enlargement everyday if I like. YES! GAINS! I took the day off from Penis Enlargement b/c as I said I've been going non-stop for a while now. I realized I'd gone atleast 10 days straight, not just a week. I took an official measurement and like before I'm maintaining 8 1/4" BPenis EnlargementL, but my girth is up. I'm between 5 3/8" and 5 1/2", but I'll call it 5 3/8" to be safe. It seems my dick has a pretty consistent taper to it. I'm 5 3/4" or 6" at the base, 5 3/8" midshaft, 5 1/4" at the circumcision scar, then a bit under 5" at the tip. My routine has boosted my girth in all areas, not just at the tip. Getting close to 5 1/2"... so happy! :) :) :)

I'm sticking with the plan, but gradually upping the intensity by gripping tighter during the jelq motion. It's tough to really know how much harder you're pushing unlike with weights when it's all standardized weights. For that reason, I'm not increasing the force too quickly. As I've increased this force, my dick has had increased soreness after the session, but it's a good sore. Soreness isn't always an indication of a good workout, but I think if you're never getting sore or tired, you're also probably not making gains.

I just finished up watching the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] of the Pam Anderson Roast on Comedy Central. I like this routine a lot, though the progress is slow. My erection quality is very good and my total Penis Enlargement time each day is only an hour. Hanging would inevitably take 2-3 hours. I will resume hanging at some point, but I'm enjoying the relative freedom of not having to. Related to that, I'm still retaining my 8 1/4" of BPenis EnlargementL.
