I have tried it dry and the suction is good but I worry too much about air blisters (this is why I choose the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]). I usually go with about 1/4 tube of hot water.

It is what happens in air pumping when there is too much pressure in the tube. A small pocket may fill with fluid retention and create a blister. These are normal blood spots from the pressure being used in girth work. For the most part they are unavoidable but a good warm up and warm down does help.

Not as bumps. These may be pimples due to irritation. I have never really heard of this. Can you snap a picture close up?

You can determine this by fluid buildup. If you are getting lots of water retention you are going too long. The best way to rock this is by using your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 5 minutes, full pressure and then go for 5 minutes of jelqing or Slow Squash Jelqing. You can repeat this 3 times and I guaranty the expansion will blow your mind.

Thank you for the detailed response as I'd do 15 minutes straight at full pressure, take a 5 minute break and then do another 15 minute session.Sounds like your method is the best for excellent expansion.I'm going to them tonight..Thanks alot DLD... ;)

No problem. I am glad you are doing them correctly now using proper time. This will help you with retension and really expand inner tissue.

I would back the pressure back a bit, but only if you are become sore or injured. The feeling of pressure is very normal in Penis Enlargement, especially in pumping. So I'm still a little unclear on how I should be pumping.

-Should I gradually increase pressure every 30 seconds until max pressure. and count whole thing as 5 minutes?

-Gradually increase pressure until at max, THEN hold at max for 5 minutes? (what I've been doing)

-Or, pump straight away to full pressure and stay for 5 minutes?
 
Pump to a good level, if you start to lose pressure, pump some more. During the five minutes you want to be sure you are getting good expansion.

First, to comment on 'pokoyo77's recommendation of applying hydocortisone cream to the penis or scrotum: From a medical standpoint it is ill-advised to apply steroidal medications to the genital area. Not only is the integrity of the penile skin important during Penis Enlargement, applying a steroid to the testicles is a quick way to reduce natural adrenaline and testosterone production. Not ideal when the goal is to increase the size of your "manhood".

Wow, if that is true I think my penis would not be the size it is....I have used Hydrocortisone for more than 10 years, under doctors orders. Could you please links to the references you are making to Hydrocortisone?
 
Further to the reduction in testosterone production, hydrocotisone is in fact vasoconstricting in topical application. Think of a common rash caused by an irritant. It will be red due to inflammation, which is in part vasodilation. Topical hydocort reduces the inflammation by constricting capilliary bloodflow. Therefore, if bloodflow is the key to penile health and enlargement, applying a cortisone is very counterproductive.

Of you plan on a girth only, jelq specific workout I offer some advice to make the fastest gains. 300 Jelqs for 1st week, 600 jelqs there after wearing cock ring after workout to keep pump as long as possible.
