I am looking into info on this new design just to see if main problems were solved on the BIB like the vice-style sides you can get with it. Discolouration, pinching, reduced blood flow, you name it...

Well, I used to hang with a starter and I had some success with it. It got to a point where I could not hang for long enough durations to gain, mainly due to time restrictions. The "Hardcore" looks like it would be rough regardless of experience level. If you had the idea that you might want to try that out then I would just pull the silicone off of the original starter. Personally, I'd stick with the vacuum technology that's been developed over the last year or so. From experience with the vac-extender only I'd say that it's the best bet and has a very low learning curve. Not to mention that it is pretty comfortable to wear.

As you may know i am yet to start hanging and will soon order some cool stuff from monkeybar's autoextender.com so i won't input any opinions on anything regarding hanging simply cause i got none to give. Zero experience with hanging and i am counting on you guys to help me go through the ropes.

I wear the vac-extender in the around the waist setup with the ring at the base. This is the best setup I've found so far where I could move around and not have to worry about slippage or too much spring back. I like to wear mine fairly tight at the waist and this causes problems wearing down the leg because the bungee springs back and forth constantly. It's not uncomfortable but I'm just too aware of it. With the around the waist setup with the ring it focuses almost entirely on the tunica which is a huge area for consistent gains, but it's tough to lengthen because it's tough. I've found that this setup really makes a huge difference in the effect it has had on my tunica gains.

The best advice I can give you is to shoot for 4-6 hours wear time each time out. Take breaks if the glans is too swollen after 2-3 hours wear time.

At this point I'm going to report that I am now a tick below 8.5" FSL and am now measuring at a bit more than 8" EL. I'm going to continue until I am at 8.5" or more. In about six months I have gone from being plateaued at 7.5" EL to 8.0" EL. I believe that with focused effort and better planning that I've been able to reach this milestone. Very interesting. But how do you figure that wearing it around the waist yeilds Tunica gains? I'd think it would stretch the ligs as whenever I do a side manual stretch I feel it directly in the ligs, but then again I'm nowhere near as experienced as you are when it comes to manual work.

Now that makes me sincerely proud of you. EL gains are in my opinion the only true gauge on progress.

We should all learn from your techniques and hopefully we will all have sustained growth.

In my second cycle I went overboard and clearly overtrained my dick from early on in the cycle. I will be keeping that in mind when I start my third cycle.

VK, If you are feeling the SO stretch in the side of the penis this is the tunica and not the ligaments. If you are, indeed, feeling this in your ligs then I would venture a guess that your ligs are extremely tight and need to be worked. The around the waist setup hits both ligs and tunica, but with the ring at the base the tension from the elastic pulls the ring into the shaft, sort of like a v-stretch to the side, and places the focus of the tension on the tunica. With the vac-extender I average about 4.5 hours per use.

I've done lots of focused work on my tunica the entire six months and I've made huge gains thus far. Working with an upward angle using a fulcrum has proven to be very effective in the last two cycles. Incorporating a downward bundled tunica stretch and I believe this is a combination that can not be challenged for effectiveness in training the tunica. I don't have lots of time to Penis Enlargement, so my volume is usually consistent cycle to cycle. The only variable that changes is the amount of wear time with the vac-extender. My time tends to drop off towards the end of a cycle to about 4 hours, and this is just from being fairly beat up after 7 straight days of length work. This has really been an enjoyable cycle but I am really glad that I am off for the next 7 days.

EL is where we see gains in a solidified state. Usually any gains in FSL will only take a few weeks time to convert over to EL, but that increase in EL is usually accompanied by more growth in FSL. These two things are very closely related and both should be considered progress when the numbers on the ruler change. I will say that I was very very happy to see 8" on the ruler. It just feels like anything else that I gain now is just that little bit extra. I've always wanted to be 9" and somewhere in the 6" girth neighborhood. I think that would be extraordinary.

I don't know if I'd say that ADSing post session is what causes growth but I do believe that not allowing the tissue to turtle and possibly form a cross matrtix of tissue is a huge part of why the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] is effective. I'm not 100% on that but I do think it is a solid idea.

I've gotten up into the low 260s and I'm carrying a bit more fat than I'd like, especially in the groin. I'm going to use this time to work on the bf% and get into the best shape of my life. I'm still measuring at 8" EL and a bit more than 5.5" EG. We'll see what happens and I'll keep you guys posted.

I deconditioned for a LOOOOONNNNGGGG time. Nearly three months and I've come back and things are moving very smoothly. I'm taking today off because I'm a bit beat up and the skin is just getting back into some condition. I'm measuring at 8.5" FSL and a bit more than 5.5" in girth with just having worked up to 350 jelqs as of the other night. I've rethought my approach to Penis Enlargement and have decided to keep things as simple as possible. I'm going to be making some equipment additions thanks to Monkeybar updating the vac-extender gear and will have the anti-turtle sleeve to go to war with very soon. On days like today having the anti-turtle sleeve would be incredibly helpful because I'm so tender that I can't imagine wearing, and refuse to wear, the vac-extender. Anyway, I'll probably post in this thread about my new ideas and how I'm implementing things as I go.
