Only had 3 hours with the SG but it was a good session. I started off with 400 jelqs, DLD girth blasters and erect bends. After some light stretching I attached the SG and was able to go for 2.5 hours without needing to re-adjust. I attribute this to using the SG without locked stretches.

Locked stretches are okay for forcing a stretch, but I find I can't wear the SG for a longer period of time. I've also noticed that my EQ in the mornings are consistently rock solid since I've stopped locked stretches. Even with a 3 hour SG session, it's proven very effective.

I'm guessing locked stretches may work more like manual Penis Enlargement. Shorter sessions with more intensity, but I didn't find manual stretching doing nearly as much for me in length as the SG has. Perhaps for my body type I need longer term, lighter consistent stretching. This also allows me to heal properly overnight.

With locked stretches I don't get crazy EQ the next morning, maybe after a day or two of rest. If the point of the SG is to slowly micro damage your cells and have them heal, it seems that the process is happening faster with recommended use. This is only a theory and will be confirmed when I measure. Since I've done more experimenting with how to use the SG, and my hours have with the SG have been greatly reduced (almost 50%) in the last 20 days, I don't expect huge gains this time.

Thanks DLD. Good suggestion. I tried a strip of cloth I cut from an old T shirt and that worked quite well. I bought some fleece material today and put rosin on it using a sports rosin bag. This is the best I've tried so far!

Didn't have a lot of time with the SG today but still a good session. I started the day with 400 jelqs, DLD girth blasters, and stretches as the day before. Huge difference with manual Penis Enlargement before using the extender, even if it's only stretches. I get a similar feeling to when I first started using it where you can feel dull pain and a great constant stretch. The pain isn't bad, but you can definitely tell that a stretch is being applied.

After going back to the non-locked stretches, I feel like I'm gaining more. I used to have to struggle a bit to secure the extender if I was partially erect, but now I can attach it without a problem even in this state so length has definitely gained. I'm also able to max out the thumb screws now without pushing beyond the locked up springs.

I still tend to do some locked stretches at the end of the session to force in a bit of higher tension stretching for approximately 30 minutes but I don't think it's necessary. Overall short but good today.

Excellent session with the SG today. Didn't have time to warm-up other than with some quick stretching. Got a really good stretch throughout the day and I could really feel the pull. At the end of the 3 hours, I did about 30 minutes of locked stretching. I ended up with some slippage even though the device was still working but I don't feel it's as good quality of a stretch when you don't push the limits. Looking forward to tomorrow if I have time to use the SG.

Getting extremely good EQ daily from non-locked stretches. I love this thing.

Note that if you're getting a lot of slippage, take it easy on the spring rate. It may seem better to use more tension, but from my last 2 weeks of experimenting it's better (for my body at least) if you "stretch comfortably" and not push the limits which results in a lower quality stretch and more slippage.
 
I really only warm up through light stretches. I used to do hot water warm-ups but I eventually got too lazy and started to do light massage and stretching to warm up...never noticed a huge difference.

No time the last couple of days for the SG. As you can see I only got in 1.5h on Day 54. Great stretching as usual, but not a lot of time and had an unwanted day off the next day.

So what's clamping with the SG? When I use the SG, I'm always partially erect at the beginning strapping in with the velcro and I used to wait until I was flaccid. After a while I started strapping in partially erect and really tightening the velcro behind an engorged head. I wasn't 100% erect so I could still tighten the strap to 80-90% of what I usually do when flaccid.

I've been doing this for about 3-4 weeks. In a way it's similar to clamping by trapping blood while engorged. I had some fun with my GF (haven't for a while), and noticed that my head was HUGE. Noticeably much larger than before I started using the SG this way.

I always felt the SG took blood away from the head while being strapped in and at first use I got longer, but the head didn't match the growth. With this method, the problem is gone. I'd say my head is conservatively 50-75% larger than before. It's ridiculous and it felt awesome seeing the size of it. I've also never done any head size Penis Enlargement before so this could be results from a new exercise.

Needless to say, I've continued strapping in this way and on a bad day can wear it with the clamped head for approximately 2 hours. I check very often to make sure I'm not getting numb (or having it be numb for too long - 5-10 minutes is okay). I also don't lock the stretches because I notice I have to re-adjust the strap in much faster this way and get less of a couple hour stretch.

As for my session yesterday, it went extremely well at 9 hours of total use. I started locked stretches 5 hours in just to get that extra stretch and change the routine, but I felt it was less effective than regular use. It wasn't until approximately 6 hours in that I could no longer do the clamp method with my penis getting tired. Best of all I had rock hard EQ all night from the extended session.

I had some stretch marks and used some polysporin and they seem to have gone away after a couple of applications.

Don't rush, don't add extra bars if you're not ready, and use the SG as prescribed. It WILL give gains. I could add the extra bars, but I would rather have a comfortable long term stretch which I get now from the current setup without any slippage at a high spring rate.

I've finally been able to add the 1/4" bars comfortably on the SG. You may have read that I tried this weeks ago but I was getting a lot of slippage and wasn't able to wear the SG for very long because of this.

Since then, I stopped doing locked stretches and went back to the previous setup and patiently wore the SG for a couple of weeks this way.

I wore the SG for 2 hours and decided to try the smaller rods which I felt I was ready for now. I'm happy to report that I have made enough length gains to wear the extra rods comfortably without any slippage for hours. The initial strap in will take me a couple of tries since I'm not 100% flaccid when doing this and I want to make sure the velcro is really tight/secure so I won't slip out.

I found that if you're slipping out with a secure strap in, you need to strap in harder, or you're just stretching too far beyond what you should be doing.

I felt like I hit a plateau the a week ago, so I stopped using the Bathmate and focused on long sessions with the SG and manual Penis Enlargement beforehand. I love using the Bathmate, I didn't want to see that I wasn't gaining everyday. I'm sure I was gaining on a micro level, but it didn't help with motivation so I stopped. I also know with the Bathmate you can be gaining a ton of girth inside of it with length gains not showing. More of a mental thing.

Either way, the SG is working very well at almost 60 days and 3.5 months in.

Good day with the SG today with 6.5 hours total. It was tricky getting the SG on and had to strap in several times at least to get it good and secure with zero slippage.

The stretch was intense starting with the additional rods from the beginning. I had used them before but realized I was always slipping out. This isn't happening at all anymore. After an hour or so there's some give in the springs, but I let the stretch go for a longer time. I can adjust the thumbscrews, but I figure it's best to ease my way into it and wear the SG for longer.

Your dedication is awesome you are truly inspirational. I'm looking forward to your measurments in a few days. What is the supplement TSPR that you are taking?

hey man ive been reading your updates and im really motivated by this alot. i was wondering how much gains you jave made using the sizegenetics?

also i uave been using the sizegenetics and im in my 3rd week today and im on using the long rods attached and a medium rods and the small on each each side and can get 900g wothout any discomfort but the question is do you adjust the tension when the device is running down ur leg or do you adjust the tension when the device is parallel to your feet when standing? because every time i adjust the device when parallel with feet, i relax the device down my leg and the traction seems to loosen up so i can never really keep track of what i am doing.

also i know this may be alot to ask bit i do really appreciate it if you do, could you devise a routine for me using the sizegentics only and what tension and hours i should do. please it would really help me alot.

my erect level is 6.8 inches
my girt is 5 inches

my targerts are

erect 7.9 inches
girth 6 inches

Hi karmi. I adjust the rods when it's pointing straight down because that's the position I wear the SG in. I notice I can get the most length with the SG pointing up, and the least with it pointing straight out.

As for gains, I've made a lot while using the SG and stretching, but not as much while erect which is expected. I'm measuring in a couple of more days so you can check back then or you can read my earlier posts where I posed some numbers.

I'm no expert with the SG, but I recommend the same as the user guide which is starting off slowly. If you're at week 3, you should be around 1200gs now (the 2nd mark)? I usually do some light stretching or manual Penis Enlargement to start off and wear the SG for as long as possible. I think the longer you wear it and the more consistent you are day to day the better.

If you're looking into gaining an inch of girth, I highly recommend the Bathmate along with DLD Bathmate Girth Blaster exercises. I have gained over an inch in girth with the Bathmate and SG combo.

Your goal is very attainable in both length and girth. Good luck!

Today was a write off. Didn't have time for the SG until super late where I strapped in and tried for 1.5 hours. I had some slippage during the session which I didn't know about until I took off the SG which was then too late. Waste the little time I had.

My fault for being lazy and not strapping in securely (which is the key to good SG use!)

Also time to replace one piece of velcro. The right side keeps getting tugged off from the increased strap pressure. I place the velcro vertically instead of horizontally, but it's still coming off quickly. The rest of the pieces are okay.

Didn't have much time again today, but I managed to do some light stretching and strap in securely. One of the velcro pieces is falling off so I need to replace it.

The stretch was very intense and for the last 30 minutes I had to re-adjust the SG. This time, I kept adjusting the thumbscrews every 5-10 minutes and got a good stretch from it. I usually don't have time to monitor or adjust so closely, but I wanted to try it out and it definitely helps keep a consistent, higher tension.

I'm noticing a lot more discomfort from the bottom of the base piece against the testicles so I've been padding that area a lot more lately. I did a quick measure on my girth and it's gone down a bit since I stopped using the Bathmate. Hopefully the SG length gains will be there when I measure tomorrow.
 
What are you padding with? 5 am trying to find gel filled 3/4 donuts, the type babies chew on, I know I have seen them before but now I am on an active search. They would be the best padding if I can find them...I will keep everyone up to date.
