A quick catch up post since I've been extremely busy again with not much time for the SG. My best day was the 5.5H session where I could really feel the SG working. Consistency and wear time really is key for growth. I removed the small rods so I could get back into stretching since I'm unable to do it consistently as of late. The first day I was unable to max out the set up which means I lost some length, but I attribute that to lack of use.

On the next day with a 5.5H session I was able to max out the setup but I still didn't switch the the additional small rods though I could have. The next day was more of the same, easily able to max out the current setup.

I've noticed since I started wrapping with the cotton cloth strip that the glands are held in place much better, but I'm not getting the same morning EQ that I used to get with the memory foam. Could it be that the memory foam slipped more and allowed for a lighter stretch? Is the cotton strip allowing me to stretch with more intensity and wearing me out more?

I feel like I haven't gotten any real growth because of lack of time and use. I've had pretty good luck with stretching and maxing out the setup. It might be time to do some locked stretches to force some growth but I will try and stretch regularly with some give in the springs before doing that to help loosen up.

Had a longer session today with a good stretch. For the last hour of the session I had a better stretch than usual because of the way the strap secured the glands. The cotton strip I use to wrap behind the head is pretty thick when it's on but I had a bit of slippage which actually helped. Since I started using the cotton strip, I haven't been stretching with the same effectiveness as the memory foam in terms of tension. I cut the cotton strip I had to about 6" instead of 10 and tried to use the velcro strap to secure the head as close to behind the glands as possible without slippage. This seemed to provide a better stretch that with a thicker wrap and securing the penis with some distance behind the glands.

I'm going back to the memory foam tomorrow to see if it provides a better stretch and better morning EQ. There's still plenty to learn to maximize the effectiveness of the SG and how to wear it properly. Kind of frustrating, but I'll figure it out soon.
 
Do you have any problems with your sack getting pinched at the bottom? Since i've added new rods my skin has been pulling up into the SG and has been getting pinched. This feeling is awful and its a struggle for me to do an hr. I usually do an 2hrs...with like an hour-hour1/2 gap between sessions. Any suggestions/advise?

Have you tried doing the Testicle Health Routine before strapping into the extender? This should loosen enough skin to avoid being pinched.

I wrap the base of the bottom of the extender with toilet paper.
 
Everyone who reads this thread is probably pretty curious. I've read through your whole log as I'm also super skeptical of spending over 100 dollars on a single product and I was wondering what kind of other work you did, and what Erect gains did you see? You seem to be the most clear cut and concentrated SG user on the forum. What kind of Manual Work/Other devices work, did you do a steady routine with all devices/just the SG? I noticed you mentioned other devices and manual work but you didn't specify that well.

I originally did manual exercises only but figured why not try some devices. It's only money and if it didn't work it was a one time purchase in my life. I started off using the Bathmate X-40 and definitely gained in both girth and length. I had gotten to the point where the X-40 was leaving impressions on the base of my penis during use so I eventually upgraded to the X-40. I used the X-40 for about 3-4 months before upgrading. You can read about it on my Bathmate thread which I detailed closely.

The Bathmate was great, but I felt that I wasn't maximizing gains from it since I still did some manual work to supplement it. I started stretching for length and decided to get the SizeGenetics. I thought would probably be a scam, but the MOS discount is really good and I figured I can blow money on worse stuff. If you read through my thread you would find that I was pleasantly surprised by how effective it was on the first day of use.

I did a steady routing consistently with weekend breaks for several months with both devices. I stopped doing as much manual work once I got the Bathmate and SizeGenetics. I jelqed to prevent fluid retention when using the Bathmate (again which you can see in my Bathmate routine thread), and did some erect bends, DLD Bathmate Slow Squash Jelqs, etc. It was to help break up my routine a bit and to supplement the devices.

To sum up the answer, I used the Bathmate and SizeGenetics with a bit of manual work.

I've posted my gains in both this and the Bathmate thread and you can search for the numbers there as I don't remember the exact measurements. I'm too busy lately to get in much if any SG use and even less with the Bathmate. For both devices you will need time, dedication and consistency. Don't quote me on the exact numbers but I made approximately 0.5"-0.75" gains in erect girth, and 0.5"-0.75" in erect length. Far more in flaccid stretched length (I gained 2" in the SizeGenetics device from stretching) and after the Bathmate without fluid retention I'm at 6" plus in girth.

They both work quite well but it takes practice and commitment. The gains won't come overnight but they will come in time. Hopefully that answers your questions.

I'll be updating my thread more regularly once my life is a bit less demanding which should be in a couple of weeks and I can't wait to get back to a steady routine. It bothers me a lot that I have zero time for Penis Enlargement right now.

I had a short session with the SG and Bathmate which had some great results. I haven't used the Bathmate for a long time and was able to reach my near max length quickly. I hope this is from growth gained in using the SG more often lately. Use is still a couple of days a week if I'm lucky but better than nothing. Went with the foam padding this time and I prefer using the cotton cloth wrap as it holds better.

For the 3 hour session, I was able to max out my current setup (without the 2 small rods) quickly, where I then attached the small rods. This took about an hour to get fully stretched and locked with the current setup. The session was excellent and I was able to get in a good stretch. Even with a couple of days here and there I can tell that I'm making some gains in that every time I stretch I can take it a little further. Time will tell when I get more consistent use again as I haven't been able to use the more secure cotton wrap and the longer setup for more than a couple of days without having to go for a week without it. I can't wait until my schedule clears up and I can get in a good month solid with this like I did before.

If you've followed my thread you'll know that my SG use has been very inconsistent lately with a day here and there but I've improved 4 things during this time period:

1 - Wrapping with a cotton cloth strip (instead of the foam) and I learned that less is more with the cotton and to get the strap wright behind the head for maximum pull/stretch
2 - Pre-stretching both with manual stretches at extreme intensity and letting the SG device stretch naturally. I do this by not using the maximum setup and adjusting constantly as the tension eases
3 - Using locked stretches for the last part of a session (with the cotton wrap)
4- Taking a break!

Even with my non-regular use and weeks off it did something. I just finished with the Bathmate X-40 and got past my plateau of 194 for the LONGEST time. 194 was the number I didn't want to see anymore. It was a thorn in my path to gains and progression. You may have read that I stopped using the Bathmate because the daily measurement inside was the same for WEEKS and was a real morale killer. I wasn't using the velcro modification or the cotton wrap with the SG during that time so I consider that whole period wasted for gains (but valuable in learning what to improve on).

FINALLY today I was able to get past 194 and hit 197 in the Bathmate X-40! Looks like the SG helped with gains with the last couple of weeks of inconsistent use. I used to pump and no matter how intense or what I tried I was always stuck at 194. This is huge for me because I had a long term goal when I started to hit 200 and after the 194 period, I thought I may have reached a point where gains would come slowly or barely at all. I got frustrated.

With these new gains it gives me a hell of a lot more motivation to find time to use the SG even when I don't have a lot because I'm SO close to a goal I felt would be super hard to get to. Anything past 200 is a bonus. Very exciting!

Don't give up and hell yes the Size Genetics works! It felt at times like I was even going backwards and not progressing because of reduced to zero use. Don't give up. Just take a break and come back to it.

And thanks for all the positive feedback from readers on this thread. I didn't know when I wanted to get back to the SG, but when I read the posts and questions everyone asked it really made me feel like I was missing out and though it wasn't consistent, it got me back to using the SG from time to time. Now I want to be on it full time like I was before. Thanks everyone.

J1L do you mind me asking what your length is? I have considered upgrading to a X-40 because I too get marks all along my base from the smaller model. I am about 5.75-6 EG at the base. The problem is I am only about 17cm in the length so I worry my length is too small for it.

I'm still dealing with my barriers too and stopped using the SG because it was too time consuming. You're giving me some motivation to wear even if it's lightly. I always expected this the stock program was to work out to max tension that that's the only time you get progress.

If you want to save money you can try those Bathmate sleeves that came out. I've read that they work well to prevent the marks and pain you get if your base girth is getting up there. The length won't be a problem. You can do what DLD suggested and use small rubber stress balls inside the Bathmate while pumping to help build pressure more quickly if you don't fill the chamber enough.

I didn't try the sleeves because they weren't available at the time. I've also retired my X-40 as the foam ring is destroyed. If you have the money, the X-40 is a whole new beast. Once you use the X-40, the X-40 feels like training wheels but it's a necessary step unless you're naturally huge before doing any Penis Enlargement.

I haven't measured for a while now, but last I checked I was 5.5-5.7"EG, and larger at the base nearing 6.25". Length, Was around 6.5"NBPenis EnlargementL? You'll notice that it's a lot easier to gain in stretching that it is with EL. I've gained over 2" stretched in the SG in length. Would be awesome if it applied to EL, but unfortunately it doesn't at least not for me. I'm also a hard gainer so other people may have more luck.

You can progress without max tension as a constant stretch with some tension is still stretching, it might just take longer. I've personally noticed that I get 2 different stretch feelings in the SG. Without locking out it's a dull steady stretch. With locked out I don't feel that dull stretch, but obviously it's doing something if you're strapped in securely. I think the key is to not force the locked stretch right away and build up to it. This was far more effective for myself anyway,

Any stretch is better than nothing at all and doing both is probably good for variety as your body will adapt and growth may slow.

I cut the cloth strip from an old t-shirt. It's really thin material. The strip is approximately 1.5" wide and 6.5" long. I wrap it medium tight just below the glands. When it's wrapped I tuck the loose end into one of the folds and that's it. It's as ghetto as it sounds but I use the Velcro modification with it. This was a game changer for me and growth.
 
One thing I changed in the last several weeks is drinking a lot more water. I used to drink barely any. Maybe a 1-2 glasses a day, and some juice.

I drink anywhere from 8-12 a day now. Is it coincidence that I've made gains in this same time period? Just thought I would throw it out there. It's good for you anyway.

Just measured the cloth wrap for exact dimensions and I was a bit off. I have 2 cloth strips:
1 - 2.25" x 8"
2. - 2.5" x 10"

So are you using both at once? So you have 18" of wrap? Am I understanding correctly? If so I assume the 2nd one is the first wrap then the 8" goes on top of that? Please clarify, I'm interested to try your cloth wrap idea. I think we might be the 2 biggest users of extender devices on this forum J1L.
I'm steadily doing 4 hours per day but trying to get back to 6. Glad to have you back-you're an innovator like me :)

Hey Crazy Doc. I've only been using one wrap at a time, I just have 2 wraps lying around. I used to use the whole wrap all at once but I found it was a bit too thick when wrapped and was making the stretch less effective so I cut it in approximate halves which is why there's 2 now.

The wrap is DLDs idea and makes for a zero slippage solution.
