I remember having a lot of difficulty gaining length even when I was only using the Bathmate and manual stretch routines. The SG has given me even more gains! Of course this is being measured in the Bathmate, but gains are gains.

I hit 199 solid in the Bathmate last night which is a 0.5cm gain since I hit my last plateau. The SG is definitely to thank for that. This thing is incredible and just keeps giving gains. The last several sessions have been excellent since I've gotten back on a regular routine. The cloth wrap is even better since I cut it and began the improved strap in. comfort is no longer an issue unless I'm doing locked stretches with a lot of tension to force growth.

I wish I had this years ago, but I probably wouldn't have had the time or discipline to use it correctly. My next goal with the SG is to use the remaining medium rods with the current setup. If I hit that I'll gladly buy another SG just for spare parts and more extension rods for full price. This thing has already paid for itself.

I remember being very skeptical when I first placed my order, but now I am beyond impressed. One of the best things I've ever bought.

Didn't have much time today but had a really good stretch from the SG. I let the springs do the initial stretch for the first 15 minutes adjusting constantly to keep the tension high. After 30 minutes I did extreme locked stretches maxing out the current setup.

I remember weeks ago it was difficult to strap on with the extra small rods. I was also only able to go to about 50% of the max on the thumbscrews comfortably. Today I maxed out this setup with a very high tension. I could really feel the stretch more than usual. Sometimes when I try to max out, it ends up being uncomfortable and I can't really feel a good stretch.

Not sure what's different about today, maybe the cloth wrap is providing a better strap in with less padding. Great feeling and one I haven't felt since first using the SG when the stretching was new.
 
J1L- I am thinking about buying a SG very soon. May I ask what your current stats are? BPenis EnlargementL NBPenis EnlargementL MSEG? and what your gains have been since you started using the SG?

Im sure your stats are in this thread somewhere, but I don't feel like looking through 12 pages of posts to find it. (I know I'm lazy)

Everyone wants to know the numbers. I just measured NBPenis EnlargementL @ 6.5". BPenis EnlargementL is over 1" longer for me but I didn't measure that. What's MSEG? My Erect Girth is over 5.75" but I haven't measure that for a while and I don't remember the exact numbers.

I've gained +2" stretched length while in the SG device. I started stretched at 6.5" and am now stretching to 8.5". The erect gains come a lot slower but they are there.

You should definitely get an SG and Bathmate if you don't already have one. If I could only use one I would pick the SG because it saves time (you can do other things while wearing it) and it increased my length as well as girth. The Bathmate is great but did more for girth than length (which it still did, just not as much as the SG) and you need to set aside time to use it. Worth every penny and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one if I needed it.

A couple of days rolled into one. The SG sessions are all going great now and my only detriment is time available. I managed to get in one good day at 4.5 hours and definitely felt the stretch on that day. As usual I'm using the SG with some give in the springs at 1450+ grams of pressure and adjusting often until I max out the SG. At that point I'll proceed with locked stretches to force growth.

I've also been doing kegels while wearing the SG for an extra stretch and to help loosen up the tissue. This seems to help even with locked stretches and can produced more give in the springs for a better stretch. The cloth wrap and velcro mod really keep the glands in place and there is no slippage.

I've been starting without the small rods and adding them in when I max out the current setup. I can start with the full setup but feel like I get a more effective session and better stretch when I start out slowly.

Good session today. I started out with the full setup today and was able to strap in easily. There's some slight give right away so I've definitely gained a bit of length (before when I used this setup I was locked out right away). I kegel throughout the SG session to help stretch and loosen things up while adjusting the thumbscrews for maximum tension. Once I'm at locked out stretched, I'll keep adjusting the thumbscrews as far as I can without discomfort. I can comfortable adjust to 1/2-2/3rds of the max. I can adjust and max out the current setup, but there's some discomfort and I would rather stretch over a longer period fo time than the shorter time when fully locked.

I finally feel like more gains are being made after several weeks of experimentation and poor strap in technique. It was more forgiving at first because the tension wasn't as high and the memory foam and comfort strap worked well. In the intermediate stages you really need to be strapped in tight and force the stretches and growth.

I have a question: What does "Time: 4.5H, 1.5, 1.5" mean? Does that mean one 4.5H session and 2 1.5 hour session? Please clarify, I've seen a few posts like this and didn't understand, just curious, thanks.

That makes sense. My measurement is for MSEG only. My base is thicker and would be an inaccurate measure.

It's either the consecutive time I wore the SG or if I state that the post is for several days, each time represents the session for that day.

You're using the velcro mod you posted, I suppose, but could you also say something about the way you wrap?

I can usually get away with 1.5 hours straight before taking a breather to adjust. It may be as simple as releasing the tension with the thumbscrews and as involved as re-doing the wrap and strap altogether but usually doesn't take more than a couple of minutes at most. Really depends on a day to day basis and what the adjustment calls for.

I wrap with the cotton strip (8.5" x 1.5"), clockwise with a bit of tension. I don't wrap it loosely, but I don't wrap it so tightly that I'll lose circulation or have discomfort. I would describe my wrap as "snug" and I tuck the loose send into the folds of the previous layer of the wrap. It really doesn't matter a if it's tucked in or not as long as I can get the velcro strap around it and as close up behind the glands as possible (I mentioned that I personally found this the most effective for getting a good stretch).

I just want to save people time from my mistakes and what I've learned. I always think "it would have been easier if someone just told me", but you have to go through the process yourself. Good to have reference though or hear from someone with similar experience.

Finally the longest SG session I've had in a while. I started with the current setup and as usual left some tension to get the initial stretch in after doing some quick manual stretches to loosen things up. I did kegels to further loosen up and have the strap settle in. I constantly adjusted until I was able to lock out the springs and managed to use 1/2 - 2/3rds of the thumbscrews full adjustment length.

I had a bit of trouble strapping in here and there during breaks since going for so long reduced my gland size sometimes. Never a problem starting off, but more of a problem at the end of a long session. I re-padded the base with TP and didn't have too much discomfort against the testicles. Overall a good session and stretch today.
 
05/16-17/2011 - Day (70) 13

Didn't get much time with the SG the previous day with 1.5 hours of use but it was a very good session. No slippage and I managed to get the warmup stretches in quickly. I was near maxing out the current setup which tells me I've definitely gained some length since I wasn't able to do this before. It feels similar to when I started maxing out the previous setup and was only a couple of weeks away from going to the next set of rods. If I move on to the medium rods, I'll only have the small ones left to go until I've maxed out the whole kit. I got here faster than I thought I would.

Proof that using cloth and the velcro is helping since I was stuck for several weeks before and not making any gains. Today's session was similar but I didn't push the locked stretches that hard. Medium intensity for most of today. I'll push harder again tomorrow.

Didn't have much time with the SG today. Good stretch and was able to get past the initial stretching phase quickly. I locked out for about an hour before having to re-adjust the SG. Nothing special today and will try for longer sessions next time.
 
05/19-20/2011 - Day (70) 16

The last 2 SG sessions have been great. I've stopped doing locked stretches the last 2 sessions and have regained excellent morning EQ. It's a toss up between what works better. Spring stretches are a less intense stretching method where slippage won't be a problem and you will heal quicker for the next day. Locked stretches are intense and direct, but need a good strap in and is worn for less of a length of time.

I've gained with both methods but I can't say one is better than the other. I'm used to doing locked stretches all the time to force growth but morning EQ is not good and I can't tell if it's from fatigue or if it's not as effective as regular stretching. Does anyone have experience with this?

I'm going to stay with non-locked stretches now for a couple of weeks. I can wear the SG longer with less discomfort. Glad that I've been back on the SG consistently now for 2 weeks.
 
05/21-23/2011 - Day (70) 18

A couple of good SG sessions lately. I'd still like to get in over 4 hours a day and am trying but it's tough with my schedule now. I started taking the Male Extra pill package that came with the SG. I'm not sure if it's really doing anything but I figure I should use them before they go to waste. I now have time to exercise and drink lots of water as opposed to the last couple of months where I've been too busy to do anything else. Now would be an optimal time to use the Male Extra pills.

I haven't done a measuring day for a while and will when I hit 90 days with the SG. That's another 12 days from now. I haven't added any rods so my gains may have slowed. I'm also not doing really intense locked stretches anymore in favor of spring stretches at a lower intensity so I can wear the SG for longer periods of time. Last time I checked I topped out at 8.5" on a massive stretch that was really pushing the SG to the limit and that doesn't seem to have changed.

Still performing Kegels while using the SG to get in more stretching. Wrapping technique is a lot better, or I may have gained something because it's a lot easier to strap in than before with the current setup of rods.

Slow and steady.
 
When is day 70 gonna end? j/k
I tried your T-shirt wrap but found it was too thin and had to add some gauze. Any idea what I did wrong? 4 hours is tough, struggling myself.
