Managed the full extent of the routine again. My eq was great all day in spite of letting myself go at the end of the second routine. Really felt like I needed the release I guess. So that's different for me and a definite improvement. Expansion in the usual ranges today. Still beating the ok after my work. Can't ask for much more than that.

Other than that I guess nothing new. Just going to kegel and crash.

Light day went fine pe wise. I wasn't really thrilled with my expansion with my second routine. Might have waited too long between sets. Who knows. Other than that I did an hour of cardio with 5 sets of my chosen exercises. Got difficult near the end but I got it done. Also still working on the last bit of kegels for the day. It all takes a lot of time to get it all done but it's bound to be worth it to be rid of the fat pad, have a strong PC muscle, and actually be in shape. Should get easier right?

The valve slipped for no obvious reason on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] during my last minute today. I also tried out the rings to keep the balls from getting bit. Felt a little less snippy. I think tomorrow I'm going to try using a ring on the shaft and see if that has any impact. Something is going to make it cozy. Just have to figure out what.

I'm stepping down to a 3mg dose of nicotine in my e cig use. So that's about it for a while. I'm going to stay with that until my use falls off and then probably just use it when I get stressed or something. I'm glad that's finally more of a sub issue. I've been trying for years. It's about damn time.

Started late but it all went well. Took the day off kegel wise and only did an hour on the treadmill today. Haven't done great diet wise but for the most part I have at least done better than usual. I've got some flavored seltzer water to start trying to drink tomorrow just because soda is an empty calorie hell hole. My e cig use is down to 3 mg starting tomorrow morning. So, for the most part, I've stayed on track, although I've been much busier than usual, and the weight loss stuff is adding spent time to an already pretty full schedule this past week.

My eq is, again, obviously improving. It's taking a lot less time to get back up after each rep, and my erections are generally obviously harder. I think I'm in a pretty good place, eq wise, to really get the most out of a jelqing routine complimented by the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words]. I've got 2 pretty good thoughts on how to go about a year long routine and I think it's going to depend on the measurements. I think I might be OK with maybe just going for 2 sessions with 30 minutes jelqing and 15-20 minutes [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] as long as I've made a little progress to get me closer to a 6" girth minimum. Let's say 5.75 or more gets the straight jelqing treatment. Anything less gets squeezes is the morning and jelqs at night.

Other than that, getting a little better at setting up the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] to avoid the nut biting, and my gut is diminishing steadily. I'm goinag to bed though. Long day tomorrow.

Did everything good today. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] for 20 minutes per session, no slips whatsoever, which is becoming a trend for me, all the fitness I set out to do, and the kegels, always with the kegels. I only have 10 more days like this one left, so the hard part is almost over.

My expansion and eq were as good as ever. I'm wondering how much higher the eq can go. And the smooth muscle legitimately bulks up and gives everything this mean kind of look. I'll have to set some intermediate goals for that. Maybe just completing a set time frame at a certain intensity. Figuring on doing that with weight loss and all that next month anyway. This is a build up period so far as that goes.

Going to start supplementing with a multivitamin. Nothing special, just store brand crap with a broad spectrum. probably going to split them in half and take one before breakfast and another before dinner. Just to at least give my body a chance at absorbing a meaningful amount of all that.

Guess that's it today. Tomorrow is easy on the pe, heavy on the body and kegels. Might be the first 2 hour day on the treadmill. That'll be the goal anyway. As long as I don't pass out.

As long as you have good appetite there's no need for a multivitamin we had discussed it some months ago. When you say the smooth muscle bulks up are you talking about the part just beyond the fatpad? I know some adult entertainment guys have this section very defined, and I think is a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] of PE (stretched ligaments/kegel strength)

It takes muscle to pee. Not much, obviously, but it's enough to work on at least a little bit.

2 hours of cardio, 6 sets of basic exercises, 2 sets of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] after 5 reps of squeezes, 4 hours of kegels, and light days are honestly anything but at this point. Things are coming along pretty well too. The weight loss is apparent, the fat pad is still fading, the eq is great, and the expansion is good. Only have 2 more weeks to go at this rate pe wise. Feeling pretty good all the way around. My metabolism has also increased noticeably. My appetite has been high, and I'm being smart about avoiding overeating.

That's about it for today. Just doing a little cardio tomorrow and my usual pe routine. Really need the rest as far as I can tell. Gotta love muscle confusion right? That and 0 calorie drinks.

More of the same. Good this and that. No muck ups. Guess I dehydrated myself on the treadmill after the second hour because I have a thirst headache to address. Working on that with some power aid zero because it's good shit. Just doing my kegels and heading to bed. I'd say more but it would just echo yesterday but no sex. So I guess that's all for today.

Great update! So glad you did not lose a post. I lost half of the posts I made yesterday due to a database error. Twice the work today :(

That's balls. You guys sure there was none of that hacker crap going on? I'd love to help but my PC knowledge only grew to the hardware and removal of malicious software level. Databases are beyond me.

Crushed it on all levels. Wednesday is always a bitch with this schedule and I really had no issues. My eq was lower than yesterday but it was still great. Skipping kegels for my first drink in a few months. I'll try and do some extra tomorrow. May or may not do fitness tomorrow. Depends on hangover status. That's all for today.

Horrible hangover. Not even the vomit kind. My head just felt like soup all day. Totally skipped kegeling again but I did all my work pretty easily actually. My eq was absurdly good for how I felt all day. My expansion was also right up there with the best days. Pleasantly surprised with how well it went today.

So I'm going to try and catch up with kegels the next few days and get right back in with working out. I have taken my time building myself back up to a condition where I can actually handle some intensity and the rest of the month will just be to further that agenda Starting on the second I'm going to be going full bore with weight loss. Great progress so far, but the hard part is coming up soon.

Blew my last session pretty badly. Guess 5 days was the limit. I only have a little more than a week to go and I have gotten better but I expected to have it down to a completely voluntary reflex. A little unrealistic I'm sure but no nuts in 5 days and that much edging in the routine definitely is a good improvement.

After the blown session I did about 5 hours of kegels. Just trying to make up lost time. Had a big dinner, and did what I could to work it off. Still bloated but I feel like I have done enough to merit the excess on Christmas. And I'm definitely going for a more aggressive approach next month with diet and exercise. Should be real good.

The other day I was all horny for hadn't nut in three days, and fell off edge when putting the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Xtreme[/words] on. Still horny as hell, so I just did like you suggested before, and resumed session a few minutes later. I was getting sick expansion, and came a second time XD! Waited about an hour then went at it again, and strangely did end up with great expansion.

You've been doing kegels a lot right? I swear those things are magic.

I think for me I'm just kinda tired of edging. Months on end, hours a day, and the gains haven't been good enough to really justify the mental drain. Shit is kinda hurting the sex life. Es no bueno.
 
I never got how you could edge so much bro my boner gets tired after forty five minutes training. During this I edge a good bit, and kegel as much as I can before my PC gets semi-tired. If I wait about four hours my PC gets a little better, and all the fluid is gone which lets me do another shorter session. It needs be shorter because of all the expansion (the more expansion I receive the tougher it is to have more because it reduces my internal pressure :))

Well with edging the theory is the hormones produced should be beneficial to pe in general. So with that in mind adding a ring to create the excess pressure should be a great exercise, and it has been in the past. I'm just porned out and tired of spending so much time on it when I basically have what I want and just have some fat in the way. And I usually go all out on strength training when I do shit, which really isn't a big help for the fat pad.

So now it's basically drop down to as bare bones as I can and then build up my strength later with the whole protein murder diet later. Need to get thin. Feels like the other way around is backwards for what I'm after.
