Man, I don't know how you guys keep your EQ up with that intense of a workout. I just can't seem to do it, mine just crashes. Can't wait to see what your measurements are bro, it's gonna be amazing with all this work!

Rings have the power you seek. But nobody really wants to go this heavy for long. I'm only going for 3 months with high intensity like this. Going to taper off after that and try jelqs and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] mostly for a year. See if I can correct a tilt I have while I cement and maybe progress a little.

Jake, cop some of that Viagra I bought, the shit is off the hook strong and cheap as fuck. For 81¢ a day it is so worth the investment and if you split them in two you are talking .40¢ a day! Takes so much stress off your mind not having to worry about eq during girth work.

I think I'm using the ring too tight because I got a big fat puff going on. I know right. My dick is swollen who knew. I expect it to normalize by morning. Nothing I haven't seen before. Anyway the reason I'm assuming too tight is a little desensitization which has since faded. I know better than to flip over these things but I think a noob would go to the hospital. One of the benefits of experience, virtually nothing freaks me out anymore.

I made my 3rd session a little lighter to compensate, but in my experience the state I'm in is definitely not the time to back down. Might leave me a present as it heals. Aside from the third session, the first 2 went perfect. My mentality was right. I was treating it too much like the objective was pleasure, which is a strange mistake for me. I've rediscovered the militant thought process. I'm not 100% but I'm pretty sure that little change is going to help me get a much higher success rate.

I am calling it quits for the day. Letting kegels slide because I want to recover faster, and I sometimes get pain after good work. 11 days left until measurements, and I really need to get these days to go more smoothly. Definitely watching my ring tightness tomorrow.
 
That's probably because you're getting thicker ey? Do you typically finish the day/session with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] or no? If you end with kegels are you edging during that?

I only kegel flaccid usually. Kinda feels too easy to kegel erect. Feels like flaccid is trying to drag a dead horse through the desert, and erect ones are like having a live horse that you can ride. There isn't a steady last thing at this point.

My junk is not swollen in a big puffy way this morning, but I honestly don't know if I will get through the entire routine. Today's going to be kinda a go by feel kind of day. Looks nice and chunky though.

Sounds like it might be time for a rest day, listen to your body bro. Active recovery is a healthy thing, light stretching, warm-up and cool down but no intense work. Get the blood flow up and let your body heal.
 
I woke with some squishiness, but overall real expansion. Last night I went to do the second session, but couldn't get erect so I just did the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] for a while which got me where I need to be. I feel like everytime I end any session with a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] I retain more expansion that's why I asked.

I was busy all day today, more than I expected to be. So I only managed a 20 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] session with about 30 minutes of edging with a ring. Expansion was pretty good at least. I probably needed the extra light day because the puffed up deal still hasn't totally faded. I'll be taking the usual approach to tomorrow, and then going back to normal by Friday, schedule permitting.

Really exhausted also so that's going to be it for today. Skipping kegels today because it's just plain too late. Hopefully I have the energy for it tomorrow. 10 more days until measurements.
 
When you say puffy deal you're talking about a doughnut? That might be your lymphatic channels showing abuse no?

No donut. Just beat up. It's not anything unusual with the kind of stuff I'm doing, and it's gone today, so I'm not exactly concerned.

Something happened during my edging session on Tuesday where I had to pee and I had to reset myself afterwards and the rest of the session was kinda painful. That's the only weird spot in the past few days to really do something like that. Don't know what that was about. Like I said, it's back to normal from the light day, so I'm not going to worry about it. It got it's break and I'm back to mashing and deforming.

Yeah maybe when I get back to real routine I will, got a while to work myself back up to normal levels after the break for the back injury. I did buy some though and I have used it for sex as the herniated disc effects my sexual ability. If I move wrong during sex and hit that nerve my erection is gone, with the viagra I can work through it and keep my erection.

Once I get back to routine and work my intensity back up to normal (without T-veins ;) ) I will look into adding a V to the mix to maintain EQ for Girth workouts.

Went ahead with the usual work. I think I might have spoken too soon about the nagging cold. It's really not a big deal, but the pe effect is pretty obvious. Still holding off on exercise in hopes it will speed up recovery. Aside from that, it was thanksgiving today. I'll be more thankful when I'm not exhausted from a dumb cold.

The puffy deal completely subsided before I began. I actually threw in some extra ring sessions trying to get things rolling again expansion wise. Wasn't fantastic today, but I still had some. Really just need to take it a little easy. Of course that still means a few hours of work. Just a little less ambitious I guess.

Can't wait until this cold dies. Only have 9 days left until measuring. Really don't want that all to be hampered. Let's hope I wake up rejuvenated.

Yea, I like doing it every 4 weeks. Makes it so I have something to look forward to more often. Really curious how things will be. Kinda sucks I've been sick, but I think I've been doing enough to get at least something.

Well I did all my work, despite feeling pretty drained. It's times like these I feel it's important to just push through and do as much as you can. This can either be a set back or just a slower period for gains.. The experience is helping me make up my mind on a plan I can realistically stand to do for a year without breaks. What I'm sure of so far is I have no problem using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] twice a day and 30 minutes of work twice a day aside from that would feel like a cakewalk.

I'm not sure but I think I might still be overtraining slightly. Maybe 45 30 second squeezes is actually too much when paired with edging with a ring at what's basically a tightness on par with clamping. Really don't know but eq was tough again tonight and I know I need that to be 100% to make the best use of my time. I guess I'll have to figure that out.

That's all again. Still feeling pretty out of it and trying to recover. 8 days left until measuring again, looking forward to it less and less as my health still seems to be staggering.

I would not make too many assumptions until you feel 100% healthy. I think planning out the next year is very smart. I hope you feel better soon my Brother!

Yea, I'm kinda thinking my whole body is in a kinda fuck it mode because of the little bit of lingering gross. Really annoying but I'm trying to just get through it.

What do you think of going with an intense/mild cycle? Like 2 weeks of intense followed by a month of mild.

So like 2 weeks of this routine, then a month of 2 sessions of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] maybe 5 squeezes and 20 minutes of edging after (about 30 minutes of manual work). I've been thinking jelqs but I think edging with a clamping style tightness is probably more effective. Idk. I'm mulling over the options lately.
