I'm just glad I'm staying consistent. I think it's going to be good. My mid shaft seems to have at least packed on a buldge and my base seems to be widening with kegels. Really just need to find the trick for just under the glans. Although even that seems to be coming along. It's gotten really easy to get expansion from top to bottom that beats my ok grip. I really can't complain. :)

I can't wait either. Everything is hitting how I want it to. Just have to keep it up at this intensity for another month and then bust out the plan for a year that will be light, but should probably still get me some gains. I think than the best way to cement.

It's crazy to think after all these years you average 20 posts just trying to help people out and get them in the right direction. 53rd Consecutive

Almost back in the usual groove. Kegels for 4 hours today, 2 hours of holding as long and hard as I can and 2 hours of just going for as hard as I can rapidly and repeatedly. I have to admit that I think the high quantity of kegels was helping my flaccid probably more than the CRandtowel was. By itself my flaccid wasn't nearly as impressive. Just with yesterday and today I'm back to having a beast hang that's close to the length from the base of my palm to the tip of my middle finger. As usual, it's kegels for the win. Now the CRandtowel is just to keep irritation at bay and offer me a mild boost in heat retention. So still worth it to me.

I think I'm squared away so far as getting the replacement [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] I desperately need from the posting competition. I hope it's the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] but the sleeves are pretty great so I am not going to be wildly disappointed if I need to use an [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] a while longer. I'm really happy about this. Every time I write something like that I feel all awkward but yeah. Really looking forward to it.

I've been testing a less is more approach with the squeezes. Really seems like I get the expansion I'm going to get after about 5 squeezes. I like this news. I've started using the routine I outlined late last week as the standard. Haven't messed up since. I am probably going to tinker with it a little more before next week but I think, considering the sweet eq the past few days, that this might be the smart way to go. Just get the expansion and edge like that.

That's the thing with my posts. I can literally ramble on forever about theories and work in evolving my routine until I get dizzy. That's all for today. 2 more full days and then popping a Viagra and seeing what's what so far. It'll be something at least. But more than just something is what we're all after right?

Another average day, good expansion, eq was normal. Only thing odd was the sleeve broke but I was dumb and cut it before I put it on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. Also might have been good to cut it twice like some had recommended because it was a little tight. And I'm a little out of luck for the time being because my first attempt did not work well. It was nice while it lasted and I'll probably try it again if I need to.

Just as an observation, I've noticed that it's definitely a little harder to avoid mistakes during edging with kegels involved at night. Most likely just because it's a little weak after the 4 hour kegel days. Not impossible to overcome, but worth noting and mentally preparing for.

That's enough of an update. 1 more full day and then measuring. I'm sure there's some. And I am sure my goal is very much within reach. I should be close enough to get into the cementing portion by the end of the next 4 weeks. If not I'm going to try cycles of higher intensity. That could be interesting, but hopefully not even necessary.

As long as I'm close to it mid shaft I'm going to slow it down and just aim to cement for a good long while I might be being a little dumb by shooting for it but I really want to be able to say I can't get my hand all the way around it. I guess just because at that point I literally don't get to ponder if it's thick. I can already do the two hands and a head measurement with some room to move so all I'll have to do once my girth is set is burn the fat pad and have a dick that would be more than middling in the adult entertainment industry.

Because that's the dream for pe in my mind.

NICE man ! I just tried to measure how much girth Id have to have for my big hands to "be able to say I can't get my hand all the way around it"
And Id have to be 7,7 inches girth midshaft, which is pretty fucking insane and I dont think I could fuck with that :D

Long fingers can make girth goals way too big :) I have short fingers so I'm lucky there:)

Lol. No you don't want 7.7. That's literally beer can range. I think mine is right around 7. Which is still pretty retarded, but I have always been way into foreplay so I think I'll be alright. Just gotta keep doing what I'm doing and keep getting what I'm getting.

And I seriously made it through the second month cycle. I can't believe how good squeezes have been to me. I'm probably going to keep them for the year long thing for cementing. Right after jelqs and before the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and a brief edging session. I'm looking forward to getting into that. A simpler twice a day routine that figures to take up less than 2 hours a day. I'm sure you can imagine that nearly 4 hours a day is a bit draining.

No slip ups, and good expansion. I took a pic of my flaccid after I finished today, and I really have to appreciate the obvious hugeness after this routine. My nbp flaccid is about 5 standing, when my fat pad really douches it up and is way more an obstruction than any other angle. Seriously though, when I post the pic you guys will clearly see how beat up and huge it looks by days end.

I'm officially starting a diet on Monday aimed at eating better and more consistently to help my metabolism. I have been eating for the sake of delicious rather than survival and weight loss. So I'm going to change that. I figure I'm almost down to the sub ohm range of e cigs (8 mg dose down from 24 in about 2 months) and I did start up with some basic exercise. Next logical step is start eating better.

So step 1 is eating on a more routine schedule. It's not uncommon for me to skip meals and pig out late in the day, so I'm going to start getting those habits going. Literally just an apple to start the day, a salad for lunch, and a deli sandwich half the time for dinner. The other half I'll have what I'd usually have for dinner, which is usually something grandiose and delicious, which is nice, but stupid to do every day with fat being a high priority for me.

Step 2 is start weening off of caffeine, particularly soda, because it's literally just a nightmare on calories. Kinda built a dependancy that I'm going to have to break away from exactly like with nicotine. I literally get extremely irritable in the same fashion as cigarettes if I don't have it, so I plan to start making time restrictions on it which will be tightened up more over time. For now, past 8 and subbing in a cup of coffee should be a good start.

And step 3 is just follow through. I'm not sure how I will respond to a rapid cut down of caffeine so I'm going to be reasonable with myself. I'm also going to have to get back into my weight loss exercises full force next week. I think I'm probably conditioned well enough to handle that routine and then some. I also really need to find a missing pin for my treadmill. I need to stop procrastinating because I know the cardio would be a massive help in dropping the excess, and ultimately raising my nbpel measurements. Isn't it nice how that all ties together?

That's all for today mostly. I was due for a massive post under the tl;dr label. Good thing I go through these entries huh? Other than that, just waiting to find out what the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] people are going to do, and measuring in the morning. I have free weights and a treadmill at least at home. Shit I have 80 pounds worth of weighted clothes for when things get too easy. I just need to not let a few days off with a cold crush my momentum. I could get back into the shape I used to have pretty well with what I have. Perseverance and shit. You know.

I'm holding off on the measurement until tomorrow. Just didn't have time this morning. Probably makes more sense to do it after a day off anyway, but I like how things are looking. I'll post that pic tonight with the daily update.

Started 15/11/2015, soon it will be 1 month. Wife said once my dick is like on steroids so Im sure Im gonna measure some nice newbie gains :)

With the way you've been training I wouldn't be surprised at all. Straight up ambitious. It's kinda hard to doubt when you can feel the difference when you fuck too.

That's my flaccid post workout yesterday. I think I'm comfortable guessing that's pretty good. I am sure I have progress, just not sure yet how much. But that's easily checked in the morning. Basically, I woke up late and had plans. I did my maintenance routine and all that and I'm wrapping up the rest of my kegels now.

I'm probably going to write up my mission and planned routine for next month tomorrow. For now, that's all for month 2. Onto the 3rd month of trying to going at it full throttle. After that, the contract is up and I will have to renew. Such is life.
