And day 6 is finally done. I have had hand cramps to deal with all day and good lord do I hate manual stretching. Have to say though, I think I see progress on all points.

3/4 of my sessions were flawless, but my dick was obviously tired for the last session. Pc training I suppose, plus it's not exactly an easy feat to edge 4 times a day for 30 minutes without blowing a gasket. My early morning expansion was better than yesterday again. I think this might be working faster than my ridiculous routine I gained an inch in 3 months with. That would be pretty sweet. And, while I can never really tell, I think some length is joining in. That would be icing on the fat donkey dong cake. (Yea, I wouldn't eat it either)

Viagra is getting delegated to a single dose for the last edging session on Monday. Makes more sense to use it when the eq is actually able to benefit from it then to basically waste it for my early sessions. Don't really know if it will be useful, but it seems worth a go before I totally back off on it.

I guess just some notes; my hand cramps are less so from stretching and more from pushing the ring into the fat pad during edging. I can usually get to the bone though. So I'm at least getting expansion from tip to base. The stretching is going fine; I like to do them in sets of 2:30. That way 10 minutes is 4 reps. Makes it seem less daunting and I think the longer stretches are probably more prone to elongating than the shorter bursts. I'll probably share more technique oriented details each Saturday for kicks. That's it for now though.

And thus concludes day 6 and it's update. Gonna snag some adult entertainment downloads and hit the pc muscle for another 2 hours. I noticed I actually wind up getting hard and then I can do some erect kegels. The more of those the merrier. Erect ones actually seem to help expansion. And tomorrow is a nice easy day of zero manual work with 2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] sessions. That sounds damn good to me.

Kinda just not super into Viagra. Edging with it is just way harder. It's like, you hit the perch where you are obviously expanded fully, and you're supposed to sit there as much as you can for the duration. That's literally HOW you get expansion. Viagra turns that tiny perch into a pinhead, so you hit it, and you fall off. Either through climax or regressing back to the not fully expanded state. Literally has been counterproductive, and I'm only going to use it for the second full routine from here on out.

For normal girth work MAYBE it would be different. Like ssjs or bends or the stuff I used to do a lot to get the first inch. For edging, seems like it makes the goal unreachable.
 
And that's day 7. One week of this rigorous training and I was definitely ready for a day without manual work. My hands feel better, my PC muscle definitely needed this too. My wrapping technique seems to be working well. Been elongated all day. My flaccid girth is sticking around my typical erect size. Looks thin, but that's what happens when you elongate. Been keeping warmth and just chilling out watching football all day. And what a day of football huh? For seriously.

That's really about it for today. Just a nice little maintenance day, exactly as intended. Definitely feel ready for tomorrow. I'll be starting 2.5 hours of kegels tomorrow night. Other than that, more of the same.

Yeah man I'm getting better at kegels there is a marked difference with my sessions. Lots easier to get that cock full. Viagra seems like it could help, but getting too hard could prevent from actually manipulating the tunica so its splayed. I could use the extra pressure, but I guess nah, even redzulu was against using V. Guess he was a man of principles :blush:

Wrapping up the routine a little earlier today for football times. Today was the first full day without Viagra for the first 3 routines. Aside from taking literally 2 minutes to get a decent erection to start with, it was pretty much a total non issue. Not exactly a surprise seeing as I don't have ed.

3/4 Routines went pretty much flawlessly. One was kind of a bitch, but you can't win them all. I must be a little rusty. Or maybe it's as simple as I need a little time to readjust to non Viagra edging sessions. Either way I'll get over the hump sooner than later most likely. I could probably edge professionally at my norm. Slumps is slumps.

I didn't see much of a drop in my expansion after my maintenance day. I'm going to go ahead and stick with it and maybe just try going for a more intense second session next time. The CRandtowel is doing great. My flaccid is hanging with the same girth but way longer than usual. Perhaps that means gains in the near future. Time will tell.

I am not sure, but it almost seems like ending a session with a slammer style maneuver actually leaves me with a better pump somehow. Longer lasting anyway. I guess I could try it as a next step if I see that continue through any other mishaps. Could also hurt my gains though. Really on the fence until I see new evidence.

And that's day 8. Just gotta do my 2.5 hours of kegels and I'm good to go. Then it's on to day 9.

Any Viagra sides? I get really bad indigestion and nasal congestion. I've tried decongestants and various stomach soothers ie tums etc With limited relieve. Any suggestions from you or other brothers would be helpful.

I did get indigestion and I got some congestion the first week. I don't know what you can do for either other than hope your system adapts. I'd honestly say training your pc muscle is probably the way to go if you want a real boost to your eq. Offers way more control than drug enhanced erections. Which is definitely the way to go with pe.

I'd like having a few on hand. My uses are for 12-15 hrs days, plus the gym and then trying to keep the ladies happy. The amount of stimulant to get through those days, plus the workouts zaps eq like a mofo. Netting 600 mg of caffine kills my dick, but I can't get through the day without it.

Yea, I am only using it for my last edging session to help with eq at the end of the day. Pretty much the only real use for it. It's nice to have a band aid for eq like that, but definitely not useful for edging.

12 to 15 hours of what? I thought I had long pe days god dayum..

Day 2
9th Consecutive

Almost perfect today aside from one maneuver which I actually executed perfectly. Lost virtually no eq and gor back to full in under two minutes. My flaccid is still hanging nice, my eq was better today, and my sessions are getting easier.

Had a later than usual start cause I got to sleep in for once. Kinda piled it together again so I can be done by about midnight with kegels. I've been doing half of them as hard and long as I can, and the other half quick. It's a little early to speculate with any accuracy, but I think they're working how I expected.

I'm also noticing that my flaccid stretched state now clears my belly button while standing straight up while bundled. Between that and my pump increasing marginally, but daily, and I think I may just have my closer for gains finally. I'm using pretty much everything I've learned together so it wouldn't exactly shock me, but it sure as hell would relieve me.

Noticing a little bit of lumpiness on the foreskin. I've seen it enough to know it's not thrombosis, but I generally try to massage it out during edging. Seems to get the job done. I've seen it way worse before and had it disappear overnight. I'd expect more of the same. Also a little lynph fluid build up but same story. Dicks are tough as nails.

So that's day 9s update. Doing a ton of kegels and getting to bed. Did them so good last night my pelvic area was burning a little. And my fat pad is diminishing day to day because of it as well. Kegels for the mo fuckin win.

On to day 10. 19 days to measure.

Excellent update. I can relate to seeing that fat pad disappear, mine is getting smaller and smaller. I am almost under the 200 mark, still have 20 pounds to go but so much more dick showing now than 6 months ago.

It's almost my favorite benefit. Only reason I can tell is the spot where my pelvis meets my legs is losing that fold that's usually there. Between that and seeing the little bit of muscle that drives the urethra pop out a little more, I'm really seeing how bone headed it is to not take kegels real seriously.

Glad to hear you're getting where you want weight wise. I find that easier to accomplish but harder to start with than pe for some reason. I really need to get back on that wagon soon though. I'm going to have a lean pelvis and a fluffy rest of me. :p

Do you even measure anymore, or are you trying to reach a goal? I'm just curious, you still do an awful lot of work, so I've got to figure you still gain. Is it harder to gain at that size?
