And day 6 is finally done. I have had hand cramps to deal with all day and good lord do I hate manual stretching. Have to say though, I think I see progress on all points.
3/4 of my sessions were flawless, but my dick was obviously tired for the last session. Pc training I suppose, plus it's not exactly an easy feat to edge 4 times a day for 30 minutes without blowing a gasket. My early morning expansion was better than yesterday again. I think this might be working faster than my ridiculous routine I gained an inch in 3 months with. That would be pretty sweet. And, while I can never really tell, I think some length is joining in. That would be icing on the fat donkey dong cake. (Yea, I wouldn't eat it either)
Viagra is getting delegated to a single dose for the last edging session on Monday. Makes more sense to use it when the eq is actually able to benefit from it then to basically waste it for my early sessions. Don't really know if it will be useful, but it seems worth a go before I totally back off on it.
I guess just some notes; my hand cramps are less so from stretching and more from pushing the ring into the fat pad during edging. I can usually get to the bone though. So I'm at least getting expansion from tip to base. The stretching is going fine; I like to do them in sets of 2:30. That way 10 minutes is 4 reps. Makes it seem less daunting and I think the longer stretches are probably more prone to elongating than the shorter bursts. I'll probably share more technique oriented details each Saturday for kicks. That's it for now though.
And thus concludes day 6 and it's update. Gonna snag some adult entertainment downloads and hit the pc muscle for another 2 hours. I noticed I actually wind up getting hard and then I can do some erect kegels. The more of those the merrier. Erect ones actually seem to help expansion.
