I do 20x 30seconds sets every day, like 5 sets after every hour of hanging. It’s really adding up, I gain length and girth at the same time.
Okay, so I just watched the video, in the picture it shows you use the heel of you hand to push the penis downwards, but in the video it shows u grip beneath the head and push it into the opposing hand that's pushing upwards, just want to ask which way is the optimum way for doing the ssj.
