Well I study at a public library because it helps me focus.
I looked into hanging but apparantly you need to wear it for hours on end which I don't have time to do.

Your workout is way more girth orientated and I doubt you would gain any length on that routine, also as it is so sporadic, I doubt you would gain much girth either.

As people have been saying, P.E. has to be constant. It's very hard to be constant, dedication is the hardest bit about P.E. I think should take a look at the beginner routines for manual stretches, and add the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] into that routine. I wouldn't go with hanging because I don't think your conditioned enough for it yet. It doesn't look like you've really given manual stretches a fair chance, so I would start back with them on the beginner routine and see how you do after a few SOLID months, where you P.E. daily.

Slight change in tonights routine.

I still pushed my limits in it by increasing max pressure every set.
Tonight I started at the 17 cm mark, so next session I will aim to start at 17.5 cm mark if possible and work my way up once again.

Maybe little but I think my drinking probably hinders it more.
Thus far my gains have been consistent, even my BPenis EnlargementL even though the day I took my most recent measurement. I noticed a much more better EQ throughout the entire month.
But hey I can't be inside every day doing Penis Enlargement because lets face it there is no point in doing Penis Enlargement if you aren't out fucking some woman.

Ugh such a long fucking night of a routine. Having company at my house does not help with my progress.
Tonight I could have easily said fuck the routine but I snook off every now and then and got stretches in little by little.
Just above for the length portion took a total of over 5 hours. Yeah, That is dedication.

Unfortunately, I now have to go to sleep due to having to be up at 6 AM for school so the girth work tonight I skipped (Feel guilty)

So far my gains have continued to excel and have remained permanent.
I try to get Penis Enlargement in every day but as of lately things just aren't going that way.

Great news!
I measured tonight and well lets say I was like damn.
I think these kegels are really helping out with length because this month I feel like I have done to much Penis Enlargement this month but yet I have obtained better gains than the previous month.

I have been doing alternating length and girth intensive days giving a day of some rest.
I still do both length and girth work every day just not as intense.

Takes a lot of time but paid off.
Now that finals are coming and holidays I might have to cut back to the routine a bit.
Time will tell.

Finally back in action!
New computer so I should be set for some time.

Another update on my routine:
I have gone to a basic routine due to people constantly being over at my house, finals, etc.
Just a busy time of year but I will get in what I can.

Fuck I am tired!
I hate finals month so much! I have 14 tests in the next two weeks so I am so fucking busy which makes Penis Enlargement incredibly difficult to find time for.

Definitely at a loss for time.
Literally I have been waking up at 7 am everyday and going to be around 3 am.
I feel exhausted but I try to get in at least the basics.
I assume my routine will remain basic until holidays are over and next school semester has started.
