Straight Out to the Left: 60-seconds

Pea size portion of hydrocortizone cream
Uncles Jim's strap for 1 hour (15 minute intervals then re-wrapped with a 10 minute break in between)

Jelqing
600 three second jelqs (Kegeling before each jelq)
30 horse squeezes (45 second holds OUCH!)(20 light jelqs between horse squeezes)
Cool Down / Post Workout
Hot shower
Uncles Jim's strap for 1 hour (15 minute intervals then re-wrapped with a 10 minute break in between)

Just a few updates on my routine.
1) I just got a gym membership today so starting tomorrow I will be logging my gym progress.
2) Will be adding 30 minutes of cardio. (Got to get rid of the fat pad)
Life changes coming!
