J1L, I made the velcro strap modification, but it's not clear to me how you're attaching it. Do you use the velcro and the foam ring that comes with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] unit, or just the velcro?

I had difficulty keeping the foam ring from slipping off, so I tried velcro only, with a small strip of cloth wrapped around just below my glans. This held better, but it was a bit painful so I tried a rubber tube as shown in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] video. This works OK, but it seems to cut off circulation to my glans if I tighten it enough to keep it from slipping off. I'm uncut, and my glans is probably a little on the small size relative to my shaft, so that probably isn't helping anything.

The foam ring is not the best wrap, if I were you I would use a cloth wrap then velcro down. Much more comfortable and not so awkward.

I felt that I hit a plateau or slowed down so I wanted to get a better routine going. I started the day with 600 jelqs and 20 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] to loosen things up. As you can see, I had 7 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] today which I think will help with the results.

I've also gone back to non locked stretches using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] as originally instructed on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words]. I feel that locked stretches really help with length, but I'm not getting the same dull light pain from stretching with regular use. That and I also get some slippage. I've been doing locked stretches for 2 weeks without being able to add bars or see the results I wanted when I first got the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]... time to go back to the slow and steady method and see if that has better results.

I made sure to do some quick manual stretches when re-adjusting the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I could really feel the difference in effectiveness when adding this to the routine. I'm going to try for some more manual work before using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] tomorrow in hopes to shock my penis into new length gains with a change in routine.

I think you can use lotion with Vitamin E in it to help minimize scarring? I had stretch marks, but they've gone away. If it's really bad, I'll use polysporin with Vitamin E for several days. It's not a huge concern since so much blood circulates there it should heal over time.

Some days it also looks worse than other while using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], but when it's not on I don't really notice the marks.
 
03/05/2011 - Day 50

I didn't mention in the last several post that I've changed the down position from the right leg to the left since I usually wear pants while using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. Doing this to even out 45+ days of downwards and to the right.

I started the day with 400 jelqs, erect bends, and DLD girth blasters. When I used the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] the stretch was INTENSE even at a very low tension. This is part of my routine change in the hopes of overcoming some slowdowns in length gains. I usually adjust the thumbscrews until they're locked, then re-adjust them back until there's some spring tension around 1400gs. Eventually it will loosen up to around 1000g-1200g at which point I'll re-adjust.

During all of my sessions today, the stretch was very good and it's very noticeable when the manual exercises are added. Sometimes I'll still lock stretch, but not for too long, maybe 30 minutes total out of all of the sessions just to change up the method. Even with the manual Penis Enlargement warm up, the locked stretches don't feel as strong as the regular method.

I tried the cloth wrap today but went back to the memory foam. The cloth wrap is more secure but I have to re-adjust more often as there's not extra cushioning which allows me to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for a bit longer. There is definitely less slippage with the cloth, and I will probably use it at the end of my sessions as that's where I tend to get slippage.

I was able to add the 1/4 inch rods the other day and not slip out which tells me I'm gaining. I did this by unscrewing the current rods and adding them in between (to minimize slippage). I tried again without doing it this way, and just secured the glands while the whole [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] was assembled and that worked as well. I'm still trying to use the non-locked stretching for the next couple of weeks so there isn't a point to use extra rods since I lock out more easily?

I wasn't going for max length today so I didn't push on that front, but in terms of QUALITY of stretch, today was excellent.

Only had 3 hours with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] but it was a good session. I started off with 400 jelqs, DLD girth blasters and erect bends. After some light stretching I attached the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and was able to go for 2.5 hours without needing to re-adjust. I attribute this to using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] without locked stretches.

Locked stretches are okay for forcing a stretch, but I find I can't wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for a longer period of time. I've also noticed that my EQ in the mornings are consistently rock solid since I've stopped locked stretches. Even with a 3 hour [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] session, it's proven very effective.

I'm guessing locked stretches may work more like manual Penis Enlargement. Shorter sessions with more intensity, but I didn't find manual stretching doing nearly as much for me in length as the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] has. Perhaps for my body type I need longer term, lighter consistent stretching. This also allows me to heal properly overnight.

With locked stretches I don't get crazy EQ the next morning, maybe after a day or two of rest. If the point of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] is to slowly micro damage your cells and have them heal, it seems that the process is happening faster with recommended use. This is only a theory and will be confirmed when I measure. Since I've done more experimenting with how to use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], and my hours have with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] have been greatly reduced (almost 50%) in the last 20 days, I don't expect huge gains this time.

Thanks DLD. Good suggestion. I tried a strip of cloth I cut from an old T shirt and that worked quite well. I bought some fleece material today and put rosin on it using a sports rosin bag. This is the best I've tried so far!

Didn't have a lot of time with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] today but still a good session. I started the day with 400 jelqs, DLD girth blasters, and stretches as the day before. Huge difference with manual Penis Enlargement before using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], even if it's only stretches. I get a similar feeling to when I first started using it where you can feel dull pain and a great constant stretch. The pain isn't bad, but you can definitely tell that a stretch is being applied.

After going back to the non-locked stretches, I feel like I'm gaining more. I used to have to struggle a bit to secure the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] if I was partially erect, but now I can attach it without a problem even in this state so length has definitely gained. I'm also able to max out the thumb screws now without pushing beyond the locked up springs.

I still tend to do some locked stretches at the end of the session to force in a bit of higher tension stretching for approximately 30 minutes but I don't think it's necessary. Overall short but good today.

Got a really good stretch throughout the day and I could really feel the pull. At the end of the 3 hours, I did about 30 minutes of locked stretching. I ended up with some slippage even though the device was still working but I don't feel it's as good quality of a stretch when you don't push the limits. Looking forward to tomorrow if I have time to use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words].

Getting extremely good EQ daily from non-locked stretches. I love this thing.

Note that if you're getting a lot of slippage, take it easy on the spring rate. It may seem better to use more tension, but from my last 2 weeks of experimenting it's better (for my body at least) if you "stretch comfortably" and not push the limits which results in a lower quality stretch and more slippage.
 
I really only warm up through light stretches. I used to do hot water warm-ups but I eventually got too lazy and started to do light massage and stretching to warm up...never noticed a huge difference.

No time the last couple of days for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. As you can see I only got in 1.5h on Day 54. Great stretching as usual, but not a lot of time and had an unwanted day off the next day.

So what's clamping with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]? When I use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], I'm always partially erect at the beginning strapping in with the velcro and I used to wait until I was flaccid. After a while I started strapping in partially erect and really tightening the velcro behind an engorged head. I wasn't 100% erect so I could still tighten the strap to 80-90% of what I usually do when flaccid.

I've been doing this for about 3-4 weeks. In a way it's similar to clamping by trapping blood while engorged. I had some fun with my GF (haven't for a while), and noticed that my head was HUGE. Noticeably much larger than before I started using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] this way.

I always felt the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] took blood away from the head while being strapped in and at first use I got longer, but the head didn't match the growth. With this method, the problem is gone. I'd say my head is conservatively 50-75% larger than before. It's ridiculous and it felt awesome seeing the size of it. I've also never done any head size Penis Enlargement before so this could be results from a new exercise.

Needless to say, I've continued strapping in this way and on a bad day can wear it with the clamped head for approximately 2 hours. I check very often to make sure I'm not getting numb (or having it be numb for too long - 5-10 minutes is okay). I also don't lock the stretches because I notice I have to re-adjust the strap in much faster this way and get less of a couple hour stretch.

As for my session yesterday, it went extremely well at 9 hours of total use. I started locked stretches 5 hours in just to get that extra stretch and change the routine, but I felt it was less effective than regular use. It wasn't until approximately 6 hours in that I could no longer do the clamp method with my penis getting tired. Best of all I had rock hard EQ all night from the extended session.

I had some stretch marks and used some polysporin and they seem to have gone away after a couple of applications.

Don't rush, don't add extra bars if you're not ready, and use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] as prescribed. It WILL give gains. I could add the extra bars, but I would rather have a comfortable long term stretch which I get now from the current setup without any slippage at a high spring rate.

I've finally been able to add the 1/4" bars comfortably on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. You may have read that I tried this weeks ago but I was getting a lot of slippage and wasn't able to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for very long because of this.

Since then, I stopped doing locked stretches and went back to the previous setup and patiently wore the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for a couple of weeks this way.

I wore the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for 2 hours and decided to try the smaller rods which I felt I was ready for now. I'm happy to report that I have made enough length gains to wear the extra rods comfortably without any slippage for hours. The initial strap in will take me a couple of tries since I'm not 100% flaccid when doing this and I want to make sure the velcro is really tight/secure so I won't slip out.

I found that if you're slipping out with a secure strap in, you need to strap in harder, or you're just stretching too far beyond what you should be doing.

I felt like I hit a plateau the a week ago, so I stopped using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and focused on long sessions with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and manual Penis Enlargement beforehand. I love using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], I didn't want to see that I wasn't gaining everyday. I'm sure I was gaining on a micro level, but it didn't help with motivation so I stopped. I also know with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] you can be gaining a ton of girth inside of it with length gains not showing. More of a mental thing.

Either way, the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] is working very well at almost 60 days and 3.5 months in.

It was tricky getting the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] on and had to strap in several times at least to get it good and secure with zero slippage.

The stretch was intense starting with the additional rods from the beginning. I had used them before but realized I was always slipping out. This isn't happening at all anymore. After an hour or so there's some give in the springs, but I let the stretch go for a longer time. I can adjust the thumbscrews, but I figure it's best to ease my way into it and wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for longer.

Hi karmi. I adjust the rods when it's pointing straight down because that's the position I wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] in. I notice I can get the most length with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] pointing up, and the least with it pointing straight out.

As for gains, I've made a lot while using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and stretching, but not as much while erect which is expected. I'm measuring in a couple of more days so you can check back then or you can read my earlier posts where I posed some numbers.

I'm no expert with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], but I recommend the same as the user guide which is starting off slowly. If you're at week 3, you should be around 1200gs now (the 2nd mark)? I usually do some light stretching or manual Penis Enlargement to start off and wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for as long as possible. I think the longer you wear it and the more consistent you are day to day the better.

If you're looking into gaining an inch of girth, I highly recommend the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] along with DLD [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Blaster exercises. I have gained over an inch in girth with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] combo.

Today was a write off. Didn't have time for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] until super late where I strapped in and tried for 1.5 hours. I had some slippage during the session which I didn't know about until I took off the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] which was then too late. Waste the little time I had.

My fault for being lazy and not strapping in securely (which is the key to good [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] use!)

Also time to replace one piece of velcro. The right side keeps getting tugged off from the increased strap pressure. I place the velcro vertically instead of horizontally, but it's still coming off quickly. The rest of the pieces are okay.

Didn't have much time again today, but I managed to do some light stretching and strap in securely. One of the velcro pieces is falling off so I need to replace it.

The stretch was very intense and for the last 30 minutes I had to re-adjust the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. This time, I kept adjusting the thumbscrews every 5-10 minutes and got a good stretch from it. I usually don't have time to monitor or adjust so closely, but I wanted to try it out and it definitely helps keep a consistent, higher tension.

I'm noticing a lot more discomfort from the bottom of the base piece against the testicles so I've been padding that area a lot more lately. I did a quick measure on my girth and it's gone down a bit since I stopped using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Hopefully the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] length gains will be there when I measure tomorrow.
 
What are you padding with? 5 am trying to find gel filled 3/4 donuts, the type babies chew on, I know I have seen them before but now I am on an active search. They would be the best padding if I can find them...I will keep everyone up to date.

Will do better tomorrow.

I could not get any quote for Velcro strap purchase in India because they only sell in bulk. Please send me a link where I can purchase with a reasonable price. im cirrently on one large rod, one medium and one small on each side on a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] of. 1000 and wear for upto 6 hours a day. i am planning this for a week and then move up to 1200 next week nd do same, is this good.

can i ask when was it the right time for.you to put both large rods on? sounds insane lol

Didn't have much time again today and will reserve the measure session for tomorrow. I used the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for just over 1.5hours with an average strap in. There was some slippage which I corrected early in the session and had a good but not great stretch. I think my body is worn out and I need some rest as it definitely affects the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] sessions. Will do better tomorrow.

J1L, any updates? I'm curious to know what your progress has been. I would say I've been "pulling" for you, but that has some weird connotations!

I changed to using a cloth wrap. 100% strip of cotton torn off a t-shirt. ZERO slippage, nothing. I also took out the 2x small rods but didn't have to. Got this session in at the end of the day and the next couple of weeks plus takes me to the next post.

Sorry to leave everyone waiting on the next measurement. I've been so busy I haven't had a second to myself and that includes any form of Penis Enlargement whatsoever. I also thought it would be a good time to take a break since I've used the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for over 2 months straight. Seems like a month since I've posted, but it's only been 11 days.

I hope to have more time in the coming weeks. Just started wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] again today.

Results

Max length: 8.25" (from tip to base while wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] downwards)
Previous measurement at 30 days of use: 7.5"
[words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] length gain: 0.75" over the last 31 days of use

No formal NBPFL or EG measurements this round.

Conclusions

I have noticed my girth and erect girth is slightly reduced since I haven't been using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for the last couple fo weeks and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for more than a month. NBPFL appears to be similar to before. Gains in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] are definitely happening, but equal gains while erect or manually stretched doesn't seem to come as quickly.

I missed my target of gaining another inch by 0.25" or 1/4 of an inch. I attribute this to not wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] properly for at least a week if not two with locked stretches and slippage happening hours into a session. The cloth wrap seems to be a great improvement with NO slippage which should help with further gains.

Hopefully the couple of weeks rest will help ready me for the next set of gains. I haven't been eating very healthy with little sleep and a poor diet which can negatively affect gains.

I have definitely made erect gains, they're just not as large as the in device gains yet. It would be awesome if the erect gains were similar to the in device gains but not quite.

04/09/11 - Day (61) 1

After almost 3.5 weeks of rest, I'm getting back to using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. It seems like a lot longer than that after almost daily use since the new year. To my surprise, I was able to stretch close to where I left off. I removed the 2x Small rods to ease back in to stretching and was able to max out the 2x Large setup after an hour of use. I then switched back to the setup listed above and continued for another 30 mins. Later in the evening I went straight into the setup listed above and it was a bit trickier without the warmup with less rods. After some adjusting I was able to stretch for another hour. I thought there would be more tension in the penis from the stretch but not really. I have also moved over to a cloth wrap using a strip of cotton cut from a t-shirt about 1" wide and 10" long. This greatly reduced any slippage and allowed for a good strap in. I'm hoping more time with this setup will result in a better stretch. Overall a good session and wanting to get more time in tomorrow.

What does 1 month of rest do? A lot. My health had deteriorated during this time and I was overworked with a poor diet. Not only that, my motivation to use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] or do any Penis Enlargement was very low. I had been using it for such a long time consistently that I just didn't want to deal with the routine anymore. It had become a chore. I figured this was a good time to take a break.

I've noticed a definite decrease in girth and EG. Upon measuring I am 0.5" less in circumference which is pretty major. I had lost a bit of girth when I stopped using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] but it was negligible. Without using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], the girth loss is more. I had received a bit girth gain when using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] initially and I hope that is the case again. I also wasn't fully erect when measuring as I was last time so that might account for the loss as well as the poor diet, health and overall mood.

As for length, I'm able to stretch nearly the same as where I left off. In fact, I tried to go for a "max stretch" in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] at the end of my session just out of curiosity and was able to hit 8.5" in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]! That means I have gained 2" in stretched length in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] since I started less than 3.5 months ago. My erect length has shortened a bit as well, but again I wasn't fully erect when measuring. My measure sessions aren't exact. It's more that when I'm erect and I have the ruler and I care to I'll measure just to get an idea of my progress or lack thereof.

This leads me to focus a bit more on manual exercises to cement gains. Any major gains I've made quickly have come from supplementing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with manual exercises. I usually perform jelqs, erect bends, and DLD Girth Blasters depending on what I feel like.

I don't regret taking a break as my mindset is back in that of routine and motivation no matter what. I'll make time to get the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] sessions in, and hopefully start up with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] again too. I mentioned before that I wanted to use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Male Extra[/words] pills that came with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] to boost the results of my routine, but I am currently going through some health issues and I don't think it'll be wise to use them at this time. I also can't use The Secret Potency Report supplements for the time being as well. This is a bit frustrating since I had good results from it.

Another item on my list is to get back to exercising regularly which will also benefit the Penis Enlargement routines. I think the last while has been on the extreme side of things. I don't see other people losing as much from a break period unless they also have their lifestyle altered in an extreme manner to a negative state. The good news is the length gains have stuck and I can stretch even longer, and I'm sure the girth will build back quickly.

The new cloth wrap method is really helping eliminate slippage and maximize the time spent. I used the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] without the small rods to start and once I was stretched out, I attached the smaller rods again.

At this point of length, I can use the small rods with some small adjustments to the thumbscrews, or I can use the setup without the small rods maxed out. I may switch it up depending on the day and hours put in.

Overall an excellent session. A good secure wrap is key to using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and I was lucky to achieve that today. I still don't feel as much of a strain on the penis as I did before using the Memory Foam. I'm not sure if that's good or bad but there is definitely no slippage now. I still have some discomfort against the testicles from the base of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], but a fresh wrap of TP always helps.

I am hoping to combine my routine with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] as well. I feel like after all this rest it's time to hit the next goal.

04/11-12/11 - Day (61) 3-4

Another 2 good days with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I did day 3 without the small rods first, then proceeded to add them after about an hour of stretching. The tension was good but not as intense as I have felt before. Before I mentioned that locked stretches weren't working for me and were detrimental to my gains due to minor slippage that I couldn't see until I took off the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. With the cloth wrap, I'm now able to stretch locked with zero slippage.

This is a whole new game. I've definitely gained as I can use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] with the small rods without any strapping in issues. I'm also able to adjust the thumbscrews quite far on this setup. A good strap in is the first step to great gains in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] as I can now stretch with higher tension than before.

On the next day I started with the small rods and was able to strap in right away. I only had 1.5hours so I didn't bother adjusting the thumbscrews. The tension of the stretch was better today from not locking out the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I'm still not sure if locked stretches are effective or not. Theoretically if you're applying more tension without slippage, it should work better? I'll work these back into the routine and see what happens.
 
04/13-14/11 - Day (61) 4-5

Didn't have much time for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] but I got in an hour on the 13th still. I started with the full setup and just used the locked stretch method for the 1 hour.

Today was on and off. I used the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] whenever I had the time and took off the small rods. I got a decent stretch and was able to max out the current setup with a good strap in and do some minor head clamping as well. The goal is to work in 4+ hours a day but I can't find the time lately.

Also need to hit the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] which I've missed 2 days in a row now.
