SG[/words] today using it several times. As usual, I had to re-adjust more often at the end of the session than when I started. I can usually use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]
SG[/words] for about and hour before needing to re-adjust and for about 30 minutes after a couple of hours.
Instead of doing locked stretches, I am focused on spring stretches which seems slower for gains mentally. I do notice that I'm getting a good consistent dull stretch for most of my sessions and after an hour or so, I max out the current setup. That means I have used the thumbscrews to extend the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]
SG[/words] as far as it will go with the rods I have attached. At that point, the springs are working and will push my stretch a little further.

SG[/words] use has been inconsistent that last couple of weeks, but now that I'm using it more often, I feel that it's working better than using for an hour or two here and there. I get my best sessions when I can use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]
SG[/words] for more than 4 hours a day.
I'll keep going at this for another week at 1450g. It feels as if my gains have slowed down and there's only 15 days left until the next time I measure. I'm hoping to add the 1/4" rods between now and then or I'll have made little progress in the last 15 days.
