Had to go back to the small rods. The mediums are on a day by day. Some days I can strap in with them, some days I can't. It's strange because I can stretch far beyond the medium rod length with the thumbscrew adjustments.

I'm not sure if it's the spring stretches but the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] feels far more effective and intense on a regular basis. Getting consistent, high intensity stretches. Just need to get in more time/more days.

The springs are located at the base of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], inside the lower bars. The Circle discs are mini-wrenches for the hex, tightening screws.

Decided to try out some new stretches today and had great results with them. I stretched regularly for the first 3H with Kegels. Afterwards I used a piece of thick cardboard for V and A bridge stretches. These are amazing. After doing the stretches my penis is 1cm or so longer than usual and I can really feel a different type of intensity in the stretch. After the bridge stretches, I tried bundled stretches and has some minor pinching. I had to shorten the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] to 1 large, 1 medium per side and use the thumbscrews to stretch out.

I prefer the bridge stretches and will focus on these first. I'll also look for more suitable bridge pieces.

First off, wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] up wasn't a good idea for me. It took a while to regain feeling in the glands when I took off the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] after an hour. Never had this problem wearing it down and probably won't try up again.

I continued with the wide A and V bridge stretches using 2 bridges pieces instead of one. The stretching was very intense and also worked the girth (which I logged in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] thread). This produced the best girth results I've seen from using these devices and provide a lot of motivation to keep going with a full [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]/Bathmate routine.

I did a test wearing no bridge pieces and then later wearing the bridge pieces on separate days. I was able to reach a high length quicker with the bridge pieces than without.

I've committed to regular A and V bridge stretches because of the stretch gains and intensity I'm getting from them. I really notice the difference in how effective this stretch is. It really helps loosen up the tissue and provide a high intensity stretch that I can wear longer without the glands going cold. It's only been several days so I'll keep going with these and report back. Stretching regularly just isn't the same anymore and doesn't feel as effective.

I forgot to post my logs for a while and I don't remember the hours. I am still using the A and V Bridge stretches and they are working effectively. I finally had a chance to measure:

Current [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] stretch: 8 3/8"
Total gain: 1 7/8" - Almost 2"!

The last measurement I did I was at 8.25" and was REALLY pushing it to the point of discomfort. The gains this time are measured at a comfortable stretch. I gained a lot more when I first started using the device. I developed the bridge stretches to help get over this slow growth period. A 9" stretch would be amazing.

The problem is that erect length isn't equal to the stretch length in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I think this just takes time, manual exercises, and effort. I've gained approximately 0.25" in erect length since my last measure session at 60 days of use. I also had a 4 week period where I wasn't really using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and when I did I was using it incorrectly.

For best gains, use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] daily for 4+ hours. That's probably how I gained so quickly at the beginning.

I've been really busy and am losing track of time and sessions but I still managed to get in 2 sessions this week. I've started with an hour of regular stretching to loosen things up since I haven't used the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] consistently. I moved onto the wide A and B Bridge stretches at 30 minutes between A and V bridges before adjusting. I used to have to stretch for a couple of days regularly to get the length I'm getting in 1.5 hours or less with the bridges.

If you can get in 6+ hours a day, use the mods for strapping in and wrapping right away I think huge gains are possible. Add the bridge stretches in after 1-2 months. I think 2-3" is very possible especially if you're not a hard gainer. Manual exercises and a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] will help even more.

This is very unfortunate since I started bridge stretching. I definitely notice less morning EQ than before after non using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for about a week. With the 2 light sessions of regular stretching, my morning EQ already improved. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] is really good for maintaining good [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words]. Not much to report and I have to start getting more time in especially with the bridge stretches.

When I had about a week straight of doing these stretches with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] it felt awesome. My EQ was crazy and my libido was off the charts.

I was still using the original comfort strap and foam. Lots of slippage. I also went straight into locked stretches without even warming up with spring stretches. Warmup from spring stretches is crucial before locked stretches or bridge stretches.

Started with regular stretches for 1 hour today and move on to A and V bridges for the next 2 hours. I've definitely noticed that with less use, my penis doesn't stretch as easily as it did before. It didn't seem to lose length, but it takes longer for the stretches to get to max length where as with regular use it would get there in about 30 minutes or less.

The A and V Bridge stretches were very intense and I had to wrap the base piece to keep from getting chaffed. Same as last time, I really need to get back into 3-4 days consecutive use for a minimum of 4 hours a day. The results just don't feel the same without that consistency.

Had some more time with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and getting at least 4 hours in a day. I also replaced some loose velcro and it really helps with better stretching. Any loose pieces or straps make the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] a lot less effective. The increase in stretch intensity was at least 20% better. I haven't done many bridge stretches as I'm trying to get in 4+ hours a day with regular stretches first for 5 days a week minimum to get my penis in a loosened state. Definitely get the best gains under those conditions and I'm not there yet due to lack of time.

4+ hours is the magic number to get some good gains, at least for me as a hardgainer.

Finally have gotten several days in a row again using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. What a difference! When I was using it sporadically my stretch never seemed to be as good as before with more use. I wasn't able to max out my current setup anymore but after 3 days, I can max out again easily. You really need 4-5+ days of use at 4+ hours a day for best results. After a 4 hour session I can definitely feel the workout a lot more than the shorter sessions and my penis is also in the jelly state more.

I'm also gaining a bit of lost girth back from lack of Penis Enlargement [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Consistency is key! Just need the motivation to keep it going.
 
Hey jl1 how long of a break, if u take one in a 4hr period. I have to take a break once an hour. One more question: what do you think about splitting time during the day in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words], an hour in the morning, an hour in the afternoon...etc? I take a 1-30 minute break every 1.5-2 hours or as needed depending on the condition of the glands. I'm super busy and sometimes I just don't have time to put the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] on again. If I had more time I would take a minute break and continue from there.

I think stretching throughout the day is good but it won't beat the effectiveness of a near consecutive session. You need to wear out the ligaments and break down the walls of the penis. Throughout the day is still effective and probably works in a different fashion. I've done this before but prefer consecutive wear.

Time is the enemy. A late post but I still used the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] a couple of days after my last report. With consecutive use my penis reached a very malleable jelly state and then I went another week without using it. I really need to dedicate a solid couple of months to this and am frustrated that I haven't been able to. Life is a bitch sometimes.

Don't give up. Get in at least 4 days in a row and challenge yourself to see how many days before you stop using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words].

My comfort strap split the other day so now I use the velcro cable ties which is perfect because I have a 100 pack and I only need 1 to get strapped in. I'm still having a comfort issue though, I feel that uncomfortable burning around the strap area. I've tried a thick layer of cloth and the foam material but I can only wear it 20-30 min. before it starts to get uncomfortable. Thanks

Hi one more quick question, I was reading through your updates and saw that you strap yourself in by your glans. The whole time I've been strapping in on the shaft below the ridge line. Strapping from the actual glans/head is a new concept to me. What have you noticed from doing this? I will try it.

Try using some thick gauze. You cut off enough to wrap it 2-3 times, and fold it in half, so really you're wrapping 4-6 times (counting the double layer).
 
Thanks for the advice doc, I don't have any gauze at the moment, but I tried cutting a strip from the soft yellow towels you use to wax your car with. I cut a strip 1.5'' wide and 6'' length. I then put that strip over a cotton shirt strip I cut the same size. Then used the velcro cable tie to strap in about 1/4 inch below the foreskin ridge. It was more comfortable than just using the cotton strip but not comfortable enough. The only way I could wear it for a longer period of time was to loosen the velcro. By loosening the strap I was able to stay in up to an hour because the strap wasn't digging into my skin like it usually does when it's on tighter.

I want to buy one of these but i'm thinking of going with the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]vlc[/words] addon as well. But I'm just curious because you use the term locked stretch a lot, and maybe I missed it but I can't find any explanation of it.

The erect length gained will vary depending on the person. I'm a hard gainer and this is just an observation of stretched gains vs erect length gains. 0.25" is still a gain.

"Locked Stretches" are my term for when you are forcing the rods to extend further than a regular stretch. For example if you extend the rods with the thumbscrews so that there is no more play with the springs, you are at the extent of the stretch with how the device is meant to be used. If you keep using the thumb screws to extend beyond this you are getting a much more intense stretch. The springs are "locked'. You'll need to watch out for how well you're strapped in. It should be really tight but can sometimes loosen with the velcro mod.

Time and motivation were factors in this. No time, and not a lot of motivation to keep up with Penis Enlargement and the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. Felt like I had to commit a certain amount of time and it was starting to be a chore. I took a break for a while until I felt the need to continue with Penis Enlargement and the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words].

To get back into it, I stopped watching the clock as much and wore it when I did have time. I wasn't focused too much on the time other than making sure I wore the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] more 1.5 hours or so per day. Some days more, some days less but not having a specific time really helped.

I did notice loss in stretched length. I was using 2 large + 1 small rod per side sometimes being able to use 2 large + 1 medium rod per side. I got new velcro and went back down to 2 large rods per side. I can definitely use 2 large + 1 small per side but wanted to focus on the quality of the stretch with a very secure strap in.

I'm following DLDs [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] Supersets now after several weeks of getting back into using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I'm adding variety by using A and V bridge stretches with standard stretches.

As for erect length, I've kept what I gained from before but can't stretch as long as before I went on break. Either way it feels good to be back and I'm motivated with DLDs [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] superset routine.
 
I've started trying to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] while sleeping and can do so for several hours without needing to take it off. I wrap behind the glands with a cotton strip of cloth and put the original foam ring on as well. Strapping in securely but not too tight to maintain circulation. I'm only using 2 large rods per side instead of 2 large plus the small one since I want to stretch for a longer period of time. I'm finding this very effective and better than locked stretches for several hours at a time. Great morning EQ.

Sometimes I tend to rush and stretch at higher tensions when there is no need to. Viewing the instructions that came with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] mentions going slowly and allowing for the cell division process to work. They also mention the longer you wear it, the better. I'm not able to wear it as long with higher tension or locked stretches.

I'm hoping to be able to get through an entire night of sleeping with it on. Would save a lot of time over wearing it during the day and it would guarantee 8 or more hours a day without any effort.
 
Glad to see you back on this thread JL1! I have been a long time lurker on here but have always been quite until now. After following this thread I decided to purchase the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] & immediately did the velcro mod & strapped in with the foam comfort ring. Its been a month & a half now & I have went from 6.5" NBPenis EnlargementL to 7" NBPenis EnlargementL using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] 6 hours a day everyday after I get home from work. EQ has been up & down however even when using low tension the whole time but its still good enough to get the job done! I have to say I am very pleased & hope I continue to see gains but your thread was & has been a huge inspiration to me so thank you!

That is very impressive!!! 6 hours a day for 1.5 months isn't easy and it's awesome that you're making good gains from it. Well worth the money for 0.5" EL gain. I find to get good EQ it's a balance between how long you wear it and rest. If I wear it 1.5 hours before sleeping, I get great EQ. If I wear it for longer or extended periods of time, the EQ may not be as good because of the extra stress and fatigue in addition to longer healing times. That might be a good thing since it's constantly in a state of growth?

Good luck and that progress sounds phenomenal for only 1.5 months. You are now inspiring me to get in as much time as possible after work!
 
I'm continuing use of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] as much as possible for as many hours as possible with minimal breaks. I might take an hour or two throughout the day but not for too long. It's much easier now that I'm using 1200g+ of tension and not doing locked stretches. EQ is between good and great in the mornings. I'm supplementing with the DLD [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] Supersets and stretching. Some days I'll do the whole routine, other days I will stretch a bit. It's time to get more velcro since mine has worn out from locked stretches before I got back to regular stretches. I find with the regular stretches that I don't need to strap in as tightly as before. I gained a lot of length while in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] stretched, but not enough regular EL. I am correcting this by not pushing the tension as hard and wearing for longer periods of time. When your penis gets used to the stretching feeling, it may feel like nothing is happening but after some time the tension will be there. I'll be going "slow and steady" for the next couple of months and keep reporting back. Hope this will improve the quality of me EL gains.
