A quick catch up post since I've been extremely busy again with not much time for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. My best day was the 5.5H session where I could really feel the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] working. Consistency and wear time really is key for growth. I removed the small rods so I could get back into stretching since I'm unable to do it consistently as of late. The first day I was unable to max out the set up which means I lost some length, but I attribute that to lack of use.

On the next day with a 5.5H session I was able to max out the setup but I still didn't switch the the additional small rods though I could have. The next day was more of the same, easily able to max out the current setup.

I've noticed since I started wrapping with the cotton cloth strip that the glands are held in place much better, but I'm not getting the same morning EQ that I used to get with the memory foam. Could it be that the memory foam slipped more and allowed for a lighter stretch? Is the cotton strip allowing me to stretch with more intensity and wearing me out more?

I feel like I haven't gotten any real growth because of lack of time and use. I've had pretty good luck with stretching and maxing out the setup. It might be time to do some locked stretches to force some growth but I will try and stretch regularly with some give in the springs before doing that to help loosen up.

Had a longer session today with a good stretch. For the last hour of the session I had a better stretch than usual because of the way the strap secured the glands. The cotton strip I use to wrap behind the head is pretty thick when it's on but I had a bit of slippage which actually helped. Since I started using the cotton strip, I haven't been stretching with the same effectiveness as the memory foam in terms of tension. I cut the cotton strip I had to about 6" instead of 10 and tried to use the velcro strap to secure the head as close to behind the glands as possible without slippage. This seemed to provide a better stretch that with a thicker wrap and securing the penis with some distance behind the glands.

I'm going back to the memory foam tomorrow to see if it provides a better stretch and better morning EQ. There's still plenty to learn to maximize the effectiveness of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and how to wear it properly. Kind of frustrating, but I'll figure it out soon.

Since i've added new rods my skin has been pulling up into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and has been getting pinched. This feeling is awful and its a struggle for me to do an hr. I usually do an 2hrs...with like an hour-hour1/2 gap between sessions. Any suggestions/advise?

Have you tried doing the Testicle Health Routine before strapping into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]? This should loosen enough skin to avoid being pinched.

I wrap the base of the bottom of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with toilet paper.

I've read through your whole log as I'm also super skeptical of spending over 100 dollars on a single product and I was wondering what kind of other work you did, and what Erect gains did you see? You seem to be the most clear cut and concentrated [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] user on the forum. What kind of Manual Work/Other devices work, did you do a steady routine with all devices/just the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]? I noticed you mentioned other devices and manual work but you didn't specify that well.

I originally did manual exercises only but figured why not try some devices. It's only money and if it didn't work it was a one time purchase in my life. I started off using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] and definitely gained in both girth and length. For both devices you will need time, dedication and consistency. Don't quote me on the exact numbers but I made approximately 0.5"-0.75" gains in erect girth, and 0.5"-0.75" in erect length. I had a short session with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] which had some great results. I haven't used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for a long time and was able to reach my near max length quickly. I hope this is from growth gained in using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] more often lately. Use is still a couple of days a week if I'm lucky but better than nothing. Went with the foam padding this time and I prefer using the cotton cloth wrap as it holds better.

For the 3 hour session, I was able to max out my current setup (without the 2 small rods) quickly, where I then attached the small rods. This took about an hour to get fully stretched and locked with the current setup. The session was excellent and I was able to get in a good stretch. Even with a couple of days here and there I can tell that I'm making some gains in that every time I stretch I can take it a little further. Time will tell when I get more consistent use again as I haven't been able to use the more secure cotton wrap and the longer setup for more than a couple of days without having to go for a week without it. I can't wait until my schedule clears up and I can get in a good month solid with this like I did before.

If you've followed my thread you'll know that my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] use has been very inconsistent lately with a day here and there but I've improved 4 things during this time period:

1 - Wrapping with a cotton cloth strip (instead of the foam) and I learned that less is more with the cotton and to get the strap wright behind the head for maximum pull/stretch
2 - Pre-stretching both with manual stretches at extreme intensity and letting the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] device stretch naturally. I do this by not using the maximum setup and adjusting constantly as the tension eases
3 - Using locked stretches for the last part of a session (with the cotton wrap)
4- Taking a break!

Even with my non-regular use and weeks off it did something. I just finished with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] and got past my plateau of 194 for the LONGEST time. 194 was the number I didn't want to see anymore. It was a thorn in my path to gains and progression. You may have read that I stopped using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] because the daily measurement inside was the same for WEEKS and was a real morale killer. I wasn't using the velcro modification or the cotton wrap with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] during that time so I consider that whole period wasted for gains (but valuable in learning what to improve on).

FINALLY today I was able to get past 194 and hit 197 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words]! Looks like the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] helped with gains with the last couple of weeks of inconsistent use. I used to pump and no matter how intense or what I tried I was always stuck at 194. This is huge for me because I had a long term goal when I started to hit 200 and after the 194 period, I thought I may have reached a point where gains would come slowly or barely at all. I got frustrated.

With these new gains it gives me a hell of a lot more motivation to find time to use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] even when I don't have a lot because I'm SO close to a goal I felt would be super hard to get to. Anything past 200 is a bonus. Very exciting!

I am about 5.75-6 EG at the base. The problem is I am only about 17cm in the length so I worry my length is too small for it.

I'm still dealing with my barriers too and stopped using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] because it was too time consuming. You're giving me some motivation to wear even if it's lightly. I always expected this the stock program was to work out to max tension that that's the only time you get progress.

If you want to save money you can try those [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sleeves that came out. I've read that they work well to prevent the marks and pain you get if your base girth is getting up there. The length won't be a problem. You can do what DLD suggested and use small rubber stress balls inside the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] while pumping to help build pressure more quickly if you don't fill the chamber enough.

I didn't try the sleeves because they weren't available at the time. I've also retired my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] as the foam ring is destroyed. If you have the money, the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] is a whole new beast. Once you use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words], the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] feels like training wheels but it's a necessary step unless you're naturally huge before doing any Penis Enlargement.

I haven't measured for a while now, but last I checked I was 5.5-5.7"EG, and larger at the base nearing 6.25". Length, Was around 6.5"NBPenis EnlargementL? You'll notice that it's a lot easier to gain in stretching that it is with EL. I've gained over 2" stretched in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] in length. Would be awesome if it applied to EL, but unfortunately it doesn't at least not for me. I'm also a hard gainer so other people may have more luck.

You can progress without max tension as a constant stretch with some tension is still stretching, it might just take longer. I've personally noticed that I get 2 different stretch feelings in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. Without locking out it's a dull steady stretch. With locked out I don't feel that dull stretch, but obviously it's doing something if you're strapped in securely. I think the key is to not force the locked stretch right away and build up to it. This was far more effective for myself anyway,

Any stretch is better than nothing at all and doing both is probably good for variety as your body will adapt and growth may slow.

I cut the cloth strip from an old t-shirt. It's really thin material. The strip is approximately 1.5" wide and 6.5" long. I wrap it medium tight just below the glands. When it's wrapped I tuck the loose end into one of the folds and that's it. It's as ghetto as it sounds but I use the Velcro modification with it. This was a game changer for me and growth.
 
One thing I changed in the last several weeks is drinking a lot more water. I used to drink barely any. Maybe a 1-2 glasses a day, and some juice.

I drink anywhere from 8-12 a day now. Is it coincidence that I've made gains in this same time period? Just thought I would throw it out there. It's good for you anyway.

Just measured the cloth wrap for exact dimensions and I was a bit off. I have 2 cloth strips:
1 - 2.25" x 8"
2. - 2.5" x 10"

Please clarify, I'm interested to try your cloth wrap idea. Hey Crazy Doc. I've only been using one wrap at a time, I just have 2 wraps lying around. I used to use the whole wrap all at once but I found it was a bit too thick when wrapped and was making the stretch less effective so I cut it in approximate halves which is why there's 2 now.

The wrap is DLDs idea and makes for a zero slippage solution.

I remember having a lot of difficulty gaining length even when I was only using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and manual stretch routines. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] has given me even more gains! Of course this is being measured in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], but gains are gains.

I hit 199 solid in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] last night which is a 0.5cm gain since I hit my last plateau. The last several sessions have been excellent since I've gotten back on a regular routine. The cloth wrap is even better since I cut it and began the improved strap in. comfort is no longer an issue unless I'm doing locked stretches with a lot of tension to force growth.

I wish I had this years ago, but I probably wouldn't have had the time or discipline to use it correctly. My next goal with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] is to use the remaining medium rods with the current setup. If I hit that I'll gladly buy another [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] just for spare parts and more extension rods for full price. This thing has already paid for itself.

I remember being very skeptical when I first placed my order, but now I am beyond impressed. One of the best things I've ever bought.

Didn't have much time today but had a really good stretch from the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I let the springs do the initial stretch for the first 15 minutes adjusting constantly to keep the tension high. After 30 minutes I did extreme locked stretches maxing out the current setup.

I remember weeks ago it was difficult to strap on with the extra small rods. I was also only able to go to about 50% of the max on the thumbscrews comfortably. Today I maxed out this setup with a very high tension. I could really feel the stretch more than usual. Sometimes when I try to max out, it ends up being uncomfortable and I can't really feel a good stretch.

Not sure what's different about today, maybe the cloth wrap is providing a better strap in with less padding. Great feeling and one I haven't felt since first using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] when the stretching was new.

Everyone wants to know the numbers. I just measured NBPenis EnlargementL @ 6.5". BPenis EnlargementL is over 1" longer for me but I didn't measure that. What's MSEG? My Erect Girth is over 5.75" but I haven't measure that for a while and I don't remember the exact numbers.

I've gained +2" stretched length while in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] device. I started stretched at 6.5" and am now stretching to 8.5". The erect gains come a lot slower but they are there.

You should definitely get an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] if you don't already have one. If I could only use one I would pick the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] because it saves time (you can do other things while wearing it) and it increased my length as well as girth. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is great but did more for girth than length (which it still did, just not as much as the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]) and you need to set aside time to use it. Worth every penny and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one if I needed it.

A couple of days rolled into one. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] sessions are all going great now and my only detriment is time available. I managed to get in one good day at 4.5 hours and definitely felt the stretch on that day. As usual I'm using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] with some give in the springs at 1450+ grams of pressure and adjusting often until I max out the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. At that point I'll proceed with locked stretches to force growth.

I've also been doing kegels while wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for an extra stretch and to help loosen up the tissue. This seems to help even with locked stretches and can produced more give in the springs for a better stretch. The cloth wrap and velcro mod really keep the glands in place and there is no slippage.

I've been starting without the small rods and adding them in when I max out the current setup. I can start with the full setup but feel like I get a more effective session and better stretch when I start out slowly.

Good session today. I started out with the full setup today and was able to strap in easily. There's some slight give right away so I've definitely gained a bit of length (before when I used this setup I was locked out right away). I kegel throughout the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] session to help stretch and loosen things up while adjusting the thumbscrews for maximum tension. Once I'm at locked out stretched, I'll keep adjusting the thumbscrews as far as I can without discomfort. I can comfortable adjust to 1/2-2/3rds of the max. I can adjust and max out the current setup, but there's some discomfort and I would rather stretch over a longer period fo time than the shorter time when fully locked.

I finally feel like more gains are being made after several weeks of experimentation and poor strap in technique. It was more forgiving at first because the tension wasn't as high and the memory foam and comfort strap worked well. In the intermediate stages you really need to be strapped in tight and force the stretches and growth.

That makes sense. My measurement is for MSEG only. My base is thicker and would be an inaccurate measure.

It's either the consecutive time I wore the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] or if I state that the post is for several days, each time represents the session for that day.

I can usually get away with 1.5 hours straight before taking a breather to adjust. It may be as simple as releasing the tension with the thumbscrews and as involved as re-doing the wrap and strap altogether but usually doesn't take more than a couple of minutes at most. Really depends on a day to day basis and what the adjustment calls for.

I wrap with the cotton strip (8.5" x 1.5"), clockwise with a bit of tension. I don't wrap it loosely, but I don't wrap it so tightly that I'll lose circulation or have discomfort. I would describe my wrap as "snug" and I tuck the loose send into the folds of the previous layer of the wrap. It really doesn't matter a if it's tucked in or not as long as I can get the velcro strap around it and as close up behind the glands as possible (I mentioned that I personally found this the most effective for getting a good stretch).

Finally the longest [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] session I've had in a while. I started with the current setup and as usual left some tension to get the initial stretch in after doing some quick manual stretches to loosen things up. I did kegels to further loosen up and have the strap settle in. I constantly adjusted until I was able to lock out the springs and managed to use 1/2 - 2/3rds of the thumbscrews full adjustment length.

I had a bit of trouble strapping in here and there during breaks since going for so long reduced my gland size sometimes. Never a problem starting off, but more of a problem at the end of a long session. I re-padded the base with TP and didn't have too much discomfort against the testicles. Overall a good session and stretch today.

Didn't get much time with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] the previous day with 1.5 hours of use but it was a very good session. No slippage and I managed to get the warmup stretches in quickly. I was near maxing out the current setup which tells me I've definitely gained some length since I wasn't able to do this before. It feels similar to when I started maxing out the previous setup and was only a couple of weeks away from going to the next set of rods. If I move on to the medium rods, I'll only have the small ones left to go until I've maxed out the whole kit. I got here faster than I thought I would.

Proof that using cloth and the velcro is helping since I was stuck for several weeks before and not making any gains. Today's session was similar but I didn't push the locked stretches that hard. Medium intensity for most of today. I'll push harder again tomorrow.

I've stopped doing locked stretches the last 2 sessions and have regained excellent morning EQ. It's a toss up between what works better. Spring stretches are a less intense stretching method where slippage won't be a problem and you will heal quicker for the next day. Locked stretches are intense and direct, but need a good strap in and is worn for less of a length of time.

I've gained with both methods but I can't say one is better than the other. I'm used to doing locked stretches all the time to force growth but morning EQ is not good and I can't tell if it's from fatigue or if it's not as effective as regular stretching. Does anyone have experience with this?

I'm going to stay with non-locked stretches now for a couple of weeks. I can wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] longer with less discomfort. Glad that I've been back on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] consistently now for 2 weeks.

I'd still like to get in over 4 hours a day and am trying but it's tough with my schedule now. I started taking the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Male Extra[/words] pill package that came with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I'm not sure if it's really doing anything but I figure I should use them before they go to waste. I now have time to exercise and drink lots of water as opposed to the last couple of months where I've been too busy to do anything else. Now would be an optimal time to use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Male Extra[/words] pills.

I haven't done a measuring day for a while and will when I hit 90 days with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. That's another 12 days from now. I haven't added any rods so my gains may have slowed. I'm also not doing really intense locked stretches anymore in favor of spring stretches at a lower intensity so I can wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for longer periods of time. Last time I checked I topped out at 8.5" on a massive stretch that was really pushing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] to the limit and that doesn't seem to have changed.

Still performing Kegels while using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] to get in more stretching. Wrapping technique is a lot better, or I may have gained something because it's a lot easier to strap in than before with the current setup of rods.

Slow and steady.

I tried your T-shirt wrap but found it was too thin and had to add some gauze. Any idea what I did wrong? 4 hours is tough, struggling myself.
 
Wow, J1L, those are some long hours you are logging in. Great job! I haven't gone past the 1.5h in one sitting yet. I'm worried there would be gland damage or something having it cold and purple so long. What are your thoughts?

I go for about 1.5 hours per session. 6 hours is just the total for the day and it's usually consecutive with a couple of minutes to re-adjusting before going for another 1-1.5 hours. I'm unable to use it for 6 hours straight.

It's been a while since I posted so I might be missing some days but I'm usually able to get in at least 1.5 hours a day and usually 3 hours on a decent day. As mentioned in my previous posts, I'm not longer using the locked stretch method in an attempt to determine if using it as instructed (with the spring stretching) is more effective. I've gotten in [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] use several times a week and from what I can tell the spring stretching seems more effective for me. I'm getting much better morning EQ and I appear to be gaining some length? I think my length is gaining as it's getting easier to strap in to the current setup. Before I had to try a couple of times to get strapped in tightly, but now I'm able to just strap in and not feel like I have to loosen up or pre-stretch as much to make it happen.

Spring stretching is also more comfortable than locked stretches. It may be for my body using the lighter stretching with days off is helping with gains and EQ more than with locked stretches. I still think locked stretches are also effective but may require more rest to heal and stretch again. That's apparently the way the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] works. Stretch, heal with new cells, and repeat. With the locked stretches it's more extreme stretching, longer to heal and may not be a quicker way to gain. The only way to really know is by measuring but this is what I've noticed so far.

As I suspected, new gains have been made! I noticed it was a lot easier to strap in the last couple of sessions where I could easily secure my penis in the current setup. I tried to add the medium rods and was able to start with them. It took a couple of tries to strap in because the transition is always a little tough to work at first when going to longer rods.

I wore the medium rods without any discomfort and continued to stretch with the spring method. It was a bit tight at first, but loosened up within the hour. I didn't adjust the thumbscrews too much and just let it go to work. The next day proved to be more of a challenge.

I had to pre-stretch with the smaller rods for an hour before using the medium rods and ended up going back to the smaller rods again. I can attribute this to different states from day to day. Not everyday will be the same.

The third day in I did the pre-stretch with the small rods again and moved up to the medium pair again. I can push the setup with the small rods to the maximum length adjustable with the thumbscrews and this tells me I've made gains as well. I could max out the current setup before, but it was a stretch. I'm now able to do this quite comfortably even though it is a locked stretch which I haven't done lately.

The funny thing is with the medium rods I feel like I'm getting a better stretch than with the smaller rods adjusted at an even longer length. Maybe it's just a mental thing. Whatever it is I'm glad that the gains are still coming and the next step up will be using every rod that came with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. This is very encouraging as I started with 2 large rods and that was it.

The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] has served me very very well and is by far the best Penis Enlargement tool I've ever purchased (including the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and pills a long time ago). I'm a hard gainer and never got this much out of manual exercises. I used to think it'll take me forever to use all the rods but I'm very close now after owning the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for 6 months (but not 6 months of consecutive use).

Great sessions lately and I seem to be getting a really good stretch. Doing lots of kegels while wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] helps get that extra stretch and tension in. I usually have to start off with the small rods and change to the medium rods but I sometimes end up going back to the small rods. It really depends on how securely I'm strapped in. I think another week or two and I'll be past this problem.

The spring stretches really help with the intensity of the stretch more than locked stretches. I'll push it right to 1500g most of the time and keep adjusting as it loosens up. Morning EQ is great and recovery seems quicker. [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] is getting better the more I learn how to use it.
 
I will second that, the more you use it the better it gets, I am at exactly the same level of stretch as you, hoping to have done the whole set by the end of the year. Great thread man

I think that's a given based on the results so far. Funny how 1/4" rod seems like a huge jump when you're actually trying it out.

Had to go back to the small rods. The mediums are on a day by day. Some days I can strap in with them, some days I can't. It's strange because I can stretch far beyond the medium rod length with the thumbscrew adjustments.

I'm not sure if it's the spring stretches but the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] feels far more effective and intense on a regular basis. Getting consistent, high intensity stretches. Just need to get in more time/more days.
