I've been really lazy and training half-assed for much too long now. With a lot of time on my hands and a lot more energy these days, I'm going back to the basics once more. I'm doing a half hour wet jelqing session every day. I normally do a 3 to 5 second stroke, but I'm going to try DLD's method (one second per stroke) as well. I need to get those massive woodies back. WHoohoooo!!!
