I've been really lazy and training half-assed for much too long now. With a lot of time on my hands and a lot more energy these days, I'm going back to the basics once more. I'm doing a half hour wet jelqing session every day. I normally do a 3 to 5 second stroke, but I'm going to try DLD's method (one second per stroke) as well. I need to get those massive woodies back. WHoohoooo!!!
 
Just a couple of days into the serious jelqing and I can see a difference. It's messy but necessary. After a half hour of jelqing following a ten minute hot wrap warm-up, I can kegel (bounce) my dick up from 9:00, where it usually ends up, to 11:00. My goal here is to continue the half hour jelq session each day until I get consistent 11:00 erections. O.K. I'll settle for ten o'clockers. :P

I've also been doing what I believe DLD calls "expressive stretching." He may have another name for it. I grab my penis at both ends and pull as hard as I can for twenty to thirty seconds. I've decided not to bundle it at this time. I repeat this five to ten times. It's pretty much exhausted by then.

Just this routine has left my flaccid dick long and plump most of the day.

My original routine which got me my biggest gains, (before I found the forums), was similar to DLD's--with the stretches in all directions and the rotors.

I feel like a newbie again and it feels great!!!
 
Just measured--(I measure every couple of days when I'm into a heavy duty routine--always have)-- my stretched flaccid with a wooden ruler, pulling my dick straight out, shrunk back to 8.5" but tonight I got 8 7/8. One eighth inch more and I'll try to get a wooden ruler measured bone pressed flaccid dick pic.

People were right about the tape measure. I have a large glans, so when I wrap the tape over the end of my dick head, I get a good one quarter to one half inch more length.
 
I'm really getting excited about my progress. When I started P.E., I made unusually fast gains, then cut back after five months, like an idiot, because I was afraid I was getting too big. Of course my fast gains were not cemented, so I lost a lot--about two thirds of what I had gained. That was three years ago this time of the year.
 
I've switched from vaseline and KY lube to Extra Virgin Olive Oil for my jelqing routine. It works great!!! And I don't have to renew it that often. It goes much further than the other two and you don't have to mix it with water. That way I can concentrate more on each jelq.

I figure it can only help with your circulation since they recommend it as the best thing for internal health. It certainly can't hurt your dick and the skin in that area. After a half hour of jelqing, my dick never looked healthier.

The jelqing is definitely improving my erections. I dug up one of DLD's lengthy descriptions of his initial routine, (including the blasters), which I have yet to truly experience--tough on your grip and hands--but intense as hell. I shall do my best to incorporate them into my present routine.

His whole routine is time-consuming--but I have time on my hands for the next few weeks--and my dick is certainly conditioned to take a beating.
 
Damn, those intense stretches are good. I did a heavy duty stretch routine last night and awoke with a 7 x 7 flushed flaccid this morning. I enjoy these very much. I lost ten pounds, which is another real plus. I want to drop another 15 pounds. I know this will help bring my blood sugar under control, which will increase the blood flow to my genitals. I like DLD's testicle message at the end of a session.

The BTC stretches and the stretching upward phase are great for me. With the rotors, I do them slow and very intense. Most of the stretches are bundled.

What a great routine!!! I like the expression, "Keep it simple, stupid!!"

Hey 11x7. Are you diabetic? Do you think the reason I haven't really gained anything in 3 years be cause my fluctuating blood sugars?
 
Hey pal,

It could very well be because of your fluctuating blood sugars. If you are diabetic, your blood gets real thick, kind of like catsup, when your blood sugars are out of control.

I do think getting less blood to your extremities, and your penis is surely an extremity, could inhibit any expansion or growth.

I was in denial about this for a long time. Now that it is a matter of life and death for me, I no longer am taking elevated blood sugar for granted.

I'm working my diabetic ass off to get normal readings, with meds and diet.

I don't want to lose a toe, a foot, a leg, get a heart attack, or lose the use of my dick.

The information is out there. But we're surrounded by a carb-devouring society.

Yes, I do believe it could very well be a factor, good pal.
 
Thanks for replying 11x7. I have been diabetic for over a decade. I think I have pretty good control as every time I go see the doctor and get the h1c test it is in the normal range. I take 4 injections a day so it better not be too crazy. Of course, no matter how much a diabetic has excellent control, there's always gonna be some abnormal readings. But yea, I agree, I think it is a factor, but I would think to gain length it wouldn't matter, as you are stretching the ligs and tunica, no blood involved, right? I can see how it can hinder girth gains, but I have had little trouble gaining girth.
 
Thanks, good friend. You have inspired me to get and keep mine down to normal as well. My doctor has given me two more weeks to get my fasting blood sugar down to 120. If not, more meds. I'll do what I have to do to get it to normal. It takes a terrible toll on your body.

Given the girth gains, it doesn't sound like you have a problem with the blood flow.

Type 2 diabetes, what I have, from what I've read and heard, can be controlled with a very low carb, hi protein and fat diet. But it's a bitch to follow. 20 grams of carbs or less a day seems so drastic, and yet when I follow this regime, eating 3 oz. or less of food every two hours, my blood sugar drops to normal--drastic, but I'll do my best to reach my goal. Being a meat and potatoes man throughout my youth makes it tough to transition.

I eat mainly soy based products now.
 
Wow, 20 grams of carbs a day? Geese, I probably have over 100 grams a day. It's easily controlled, as 16 grams of carbs= 1 unit of insulin for me. I don't think meat and potatoes contain alot of carbs though. O well, thanks for the advice and for replying,

Yeah, potatoes are a killer--so is bread, rice, pasta--all the carbs. There is a low-carb bread out now--6 grams of net carbs--tastes pretty good. The thing is the American Diabetic Association has recommended some high carb food for years because of the food pyramid. That may work for others, but it sure as hell does not work for me.

It's amazing how little most medical doctors know about nutrition--actually it's frightening!!!

You are what you eat, right? Scary, isn't it? And now we have toxic toothpaste from China. If you're poor and you shop at the dollar store, you're in deep shit. Those fuckers who are importing shit from China could care less.

It's not their children who are being affected. I'm disgusted with this country and the creeps trying to run it.
 
I'm trying a new Behind the Cheeks movement. In a lying position, I lift my tush. Then, after I pull my penis behind my butt, I spread my knees and then open and close them for a count of 25. It creates added stress to the ligs. Feels great.

My hands were cramping like crazy when I first started these intense stretches, but now my grip is much stronger and no more cramping. I had forgotten how intense my original routine was.
