Here are two pics of my "expressive stretcher" I posted on another thread. I took Tom's (Motlissof) idea and modified it some, I believe, with the wrap and tape to cushion my dick. I left about a third of an inch of tape on the spool to reinforce the stretcher. When my balls are hanging low, I can pull them along with my dick through the dispenser. I use this device after finishing my regular stretch routine.
 
Sometimes, I'm amazed by my flaccid gains: from 4" x 5" to my present flaccid of a girth of 6" to 6.5" at the base and a length which varies from 6" to 8.5".

I had a restless night, so each time I awoke I did a quick, VERY INTENSE stretch straight up and straight down. That's pretty much all I have to do to maintain my "new flaccid" throughout the day.

Tried DLD's sock stretcher. Dynamite!!! I awoke this morning with a solid woody. Reached for the ruler, did a quick BP measurement: 9.5" I hope this represents a cemented gain.
 
Hot damn!! I'm losing weight, tightening up, and my fat pad is receding a bit. I'm shooting for a half inch gain out of it!! This may be a "pipe dream," but we shall soon see. I know the hair is showing up further and further down my shaft--that's an indication, (according to--I believe it was Red)--of more stretched skin and potential gains.

I've increased my sprints in the pool. It's definitely making a difference in weight loss--besides shutting my mouth--and eating smaller portions!!

I wish there were some way to do G. S.' "tuck" while doing laps. Anyone have a suggestion?
 
My dick has been flagging a lot lately. Rather than struggling against this, I've been kinda laid back and not worrying about it. I have decided to get back to a serious jelq routine, which I've been avoiding. It's back to basics for real for me.
 
I've been giving myself a lot of off time for the past week or two, and it hasn't affected any of my gains thus far. When the spirit moves me, I do a heavy duty stretch session. I'm going to follow this routine for a while--two to three stretch sessions a week with a couple of half hour jelqing sessions thrown in.

Less may very well be more here.
 
I continue to "detox" or "decondition" or whatever you call it, from my heavy duty stretching routine. My morning wood was being affected and I like to wake up with a full blow woody and then do a half hour dry jelq/edging routine.

So I've decided to just hit the dry jelq/edging half hour to hour sessions, and forget about the stretching routine. However, I do think I've managed to get back to my original maximum length and girth gains, which occurred about five months into P.E.

I continue to act on the maxim that "less is more."

Good news with my "less is more" approach as of late. I measured my flushed flaccid after showering this mornng 8.25" x 6.25 at the base, 5.50 mid-shaft 6.25" at the corona--only a .75 inch difference in the three girth measurements.--down from an inch difference.

Whoohoooo!!! I'm also kegeling more regularly and more often, thanks to 8"Mike's example.

I like Gashking's words that this is a "team effort!" These are all positives for me and keep me practicing P.E.
 
I've been real sick with pneumonia, but I'm on the mend. I know I'm on the mend because I awoke this morning with a powerful woody---whoohoooo. I grabbed the tape measure and reached under the covers to measure---kegeled it to 10.25" sticking straight out. Wish I could capture that in a pic, but it always starts to wane by tiime I'm on my feet.

Life is good!!!
 
I've been pretty lax as of late, doing an occasional intense stretching session just to maintain. I have kept up with the kegeling and will soon have time to start a regular jelqing routine--something I have been avoiding. I do awake quite often in the middle of the night doing a slow stretch routine in my sleep. This is good.

One plus is that I have been paying much closer attention to the ebb and flow of my testerone levels, which rise during the night and the morning hours. When I get back to a more intensive routine, I'll be sure to use this time of day for my P.E. workouts and not when my dick is flagging.

There is a definite bodily rhytHydromax to this--I get nightly, of course, surges, early morning ones, and then a mid to late morning one. I want to be sure to take advantage of these hormonal rises to do my most intense sessions. That way, my dick remains pretty much "flushed flaccid" throughout the rest of the day and into the next.

My flaccid and erect gains remain intact. Life is good. I'm looking forward to the warmer weather. I'm sure my hormonal levels also rise as the weather warms. I know my libido surely does.
 
I've been thinking how lucky I am with almost everything I've ever tackled in my life, including, of course, Penis Enlargement. I had minor surgery today and the surgeon repeated to me what I've heard before from my doctors--that my skin is that of a younger man's.

Of course this is God-given--like my large penis--but still I'm grateful for everything I've been given in life. I wonder how much of it has to do with the joy I draw from each of my undertakings. I do go negative at times--but only when I let me emotions overtake my better sense.

I have always believed and I continue to believe that you're only as happy as you decide to be. It's all about attitude. Once you get that straight, the rest is a piece of cake.

I've been trying to practice DLD's expressive stretching routine without an apparatus--just using two fingers of my left hand to press into my inner penis as far as I can (with my thumb on top at the very base)--and then gripping the entire shaft with my right hand and pulling it upward as hard as I can.

As usual, the results seem to affect my girth more than any observable change in length. My flushed flaccid has become more uniform in girth with the base at 6 to 6.5" and mid-shaft around 6". I'm closing in on that one inch difference between base and mid-shaft girth circumference, and I'm delighted with this change.

I'm going to increase the time and number of these sessions. I enjoy the feel and the immediate results.

I'm also practicing taking pics at different distances for some big girth shots--starting at 6" away, then 12", then two feet, three feet, and so forth. When I get a good set, I'll post them. I'd like to also get a full blown erection shot. It's been a long time since I got a good one. I'm interested to see if people notice any difference between this one and past shots.
 
I've been pretty much doing a maintenance routine for some time now, but with the warmer weather and more time on my hands, I'm trying to get back to a much more intense routine. The pic taking is frustrating. My wooden ruler stretched flaccid measurements are hovering right around 8.5", but I have to be completely flaccid. And I'm usually somewhat flushed these days. So I'm working to capture a decent photo of that. I'm trying to get it by shoving the ruler against the wall, and then taking the pic, at someone's suggestion.

My continued girth growth is unreal. My flaccid girths are better than 6"--my flaccid base is often between 2.25" and 2.50" wide. But......my lengths are reduced. I'm more and more convinced that the balloon effect is definitely a huge factor for me. The more length, the less girth, and visa versa, whether I'm dealing with a flaccid or erect dick. I wish I could be more scientific about this whole process, but I'm not sure if that is possible.

I'm out to get some good cock rings this weekend. Prince Albert has been a great help in this regard. Such good men here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].
 
Mainly from stretching, pal. I do short, intense ten minute stretch sessions throughout the day, but mainly in the early morning and during the night when I'm at my maximum potential. I have a powerful grip and I can push these to the extreme without worrying about injury. I'm also doing more kegeling throughout the day. So many of these exercises I do without too much forethought--I've done them for so long that I do them automatically when the right moment arrives. One behind the cheeks stretch is dynamite, but I hurt myself once doing this, so I'm real careful not to overdo this one.

Because that's when I get spontaneous erections and when my dick is flushed flaccid. I get the erections during the night, obviously. But I get the flushed flaccids several times during the a.m.--that's when I'm just under 8" x 6+ flaccid. It's much easier to start a P.E. session under these conditions. I don't have to do a warm-up. It's already warmed up, naturally. Whether I'm jelqing or stretching, it's like I don't have to start from scratch, and I'm not fighting mother nature. If my dick is turtling, I just forget about P.E. No sense fighting mother nature.
