Guess it's time I posted a bit of my history with P.E., my present routine and a bit of my philosophy about getting a bigger penis. First of all, I kind of fell into P.E. I had lost my rock hard woodies and was sick of taking Viagra before sex. That is why I started surfing the net for as much information as I could gather on P.E. I was large to start with, so I was not looking to get a bigger dick.

I spent two months reading as much information on P.E. as I could find. I lucked out in that I must have downloaded a couple hundred pages of information and studied it thoroughly before beginning a routine. Of course all that information can be found here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]--that and more. This place is a treasure chest of information on Penis Enlargement and Enhancement--also on self-improvement in general.

One thing I've learned is that I have to approach P.E. as a long-term commitment. Some guys gain fast. I did. But a lot don't.

But like anything, you get out of it what you put into it. I can only share my experience. It may work for you as well--and then, it may not.

I do know you have to adjust whatever routine you choose to follow to your own interests and what seems to be working for you.

Take what works for you and leave the rest is my motto.

I started out with just jelqing and kegeling. I did a ten minute hot wrap warm up before each wet jelqing session. (I still do). And I never missed a day for the first four to five months.

I started with a fifteen minute a day jelqing/kegeling session, upping it to half hour a day after a couple of weeks--then forty-five minutes a day--then an hour a day by the end of the first month. I didn't break it up into shorter sessions throughout the day until later on.

I gained a half inch within the first couple of weeks--which motivated me to keep going. I also started waking up with these gigantic rock hard woodies.

Holy shit!! I could not believe my eyes. It had been many years since I had experienced these kinds of erections. My dick was only hitting nine and ten o'clock and here I was at eleven o'clock woodies. Whoohoooo!!!

I was off to the races. (to be continued).
 
I gained nothing during months two and three. But I continued to increase the length and intensity of my workouts. Here is where what I call an act of faith comes into play. I had this idea in my head that although I saw no further gains, that I would gain if I kept at it.

BUT I EASED MYSELF INTO P.E., SO I WOULDN'T INJURE MYSELF. THIS WAS PARAMOUNT FOR ME. I DID NOT WANT TO HARM THE ONLY DICK I HAD. THAT IS WHY I HEEDED AND STILL HEED THE WARNING: "IF YOU FEEL ANY SHARP PAIN, STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!"

At the start of month three, I added the stretches to my routine. I did not cut back on the jelqing and kegeling, though. I just added another half hour to my routine, so I was up to almost two hours a day--which I continued throughout months three, four, and into month five. It was during this period that I started to gain rapidly--going from (an estimate) of 7.75" BPenis EnlargementL at the start, to 10.50" at the end.

Then I cut back a lot, foolishly, because I was freakin' out that my dick would just keep growing. Of course, my gains at that point were not "cemented," so I lost half of them--length-wise, but not in girth, which I have kept to this day. My original girth was (an estimate) 5" flaccid 6" erect. I gained a full inch 6" flaccid 7" erect. This is at the base. I'm an inch less mid-shaft and three quarters of an inch less at the glans (corona).
So my erect girth is 7" 6" 6.25".

This is pretty much my story. I'm still at it. I enjoy the youthful feeling and energy I get from P.E. (I'm 67). Of course, I also enjoy a much more active sex life and the all around improvement in my health and general outlook.

I know I have more energy now thanks to P.E. And my libido is incredibly powerful for my age or any age for that matter.

Right now I'm practicing a stretching routine stretching upwards, using my thumb as a fulcrum. I have never stretched in an upward direction before. All of my stretching routines have been straight out or downward, and I've pretty much tried them all. I have reached a 9.5" bone pressed flaccid stretch, which is a first for me. I hope to post a pic when I can manage to get a decent one--so far no luck.

My 8" non-bone pressed and 9" bone-pressed erect pics are in my pic thread. I've always used a tape measure rather than a ruler--so long as I stretch it tight, I feel I'm getting the same results as with a ruler--and it's a lot less painful. I also started out with a tape measure, so I want to keep an accurate record of my gains--another reason not to switch to a ruler.

I also find it easier to take a pic with my other hand while measuring with a tape. Enough about my pics thread.

This is my history and a few tips you can use now.

Here is my take on P.E.: Be patient!! Don't hurt yourself!! Don't be too eager for fast results because I think this is counter-productive. And think of P.E. as a life-long commitment.

Hey 11x7 thanks for the history and progress report. I used to read your posts on thunders. Keep us informed of what progress you make and how you get it. I think that if we all do more intense Jelqs that will help considerable. GS
 
I seem to be loosening up that "steel cablel" running through my dick. It could just be the whole tunica--but those intense stretches are definitely producing temporary gains. I'm building up the wet jelq routine as well. I want to get back to the routine I followed during my first five months of P.E.

IT'S BACK TO BASICS FOR ME!!!!
 
My present goal, theory wise, is to figure out the difference, if any, between "temporary gains," and "cemented gains." This is my experience. I'm not sure if I can generalize and apply it to others' experience that I've read here and at Thunder's.
 
I've never pulled my dick as hard as I'm pulling it now, using the A and V stretches--all directions. My dick is feeling looser and looser and giving me AWESOME flaccid girths throughout the day--between 6 and 7 inches at the base. I just measured (with a ruler) these flaccid girths width-wise, and I'm 2.25" at the base and the glans, 2" midshaft. Since my shaft is deeper than it is wider, the fact that it feels heavier as of late makes sense now. I'm pretty sure my volume has increased!!!

Following DLD's advice, and BIGBUTLOVER's example, I pull it hard for twenty seconds, then finish each stretch, pulling it as hard as I can (EXTREME!) for the final 3 to 5 seconds. I then spend about a half minute to a minute, shaking it out, (against my thigh), before I proceed to the next stretch. I go around the clock starting at twelve o'clock and doing 8 stretches, each at a different degree.

I don't need to do more than one set. With such an intense routine, one set is enough--but I like to do it twice a day.

I've also increased my cardio workouts, focusing on the lower body to get the blood flowing down there.
 
Hello sir. Great journal you have going here! I read your stories and your routine updates and your consistency inspires me! Funny, your starting size is the size I built up to now using nothing but wet jelqs for the most part. And, I've found myself adding time to my sessions as the weeks go on, but always paying attention to what my penis is telling me. I never go beyond my limits.

Currently I'm up to wet jelqing 1-2 times a day, 20-30 minutes a session. I'm going to continue with this as long as the gains are there. Very, very shortly I will be adding stretches to my routine. I never saw erect gains from stretches, but did see flaccid stretched gains, therefore I believe they will work.

I bet by the time 6 months rolls around, I will have a journal and story that looks somewhat similiar to yours. Probably not quite the same size (heck I'd take half your gains) but I will try.

At the start of my stretch routine last night I measured my stretched flaccid bone-pressed length in all directions--just can't help myself!! I always measure my dick lying down since that is the way I started to measure almost three years ago. It seems clear now that I have regained a solid half inch in bone pressed flaccid length since starting intense stretching in late spring/ early summer.

I measure straight out (perpendicular to my body), towards the hip bone (right and left), down my right thigh, and up beyond my belly button, since each direction is slightly different. Measuring straight out I've gone from 8" to 9" bone pressed flaccid; towards the hip bone, I've also gained an inch going from 9" to 10"; down my right thigh, I've gone from 8" to 9". Since my thigh from the groin to the knee is 17 inches long, it's a real booster to realize my dick has passed the half-way point to my knee. These were ruler and tape measure measurements.

Straight up beyond my belly button is a different story. I measure 12" there. The difference must have to do with the configuration of my body since I always measure two to three inches more straight up. But although it's an anomoly, it also helps my mind-set in visualizing a twelve inch dick. IT'S A GREAT MOTIVATOR FOR ME!!!!

I also did a ruler measurement on my bone pressed erect length and I have gained a half inch: 9.5".

So my stretched flaccids and my erect lengths are pretty much in sync. I'll post a couple of pics in my pics thread some time next month.

DLD was discussing (I forget the thread) the 20 to 25 second stretch during which he was pulling hard but not the absolute hardest. Then during the last 2 to 4 seconds, more or less, he pulled that sucker as if he was going to yank it out by its roots. That is, he pulled it as hard as he could.

You obviously can't keep this up throughout the whole 25 second count, but you can finish up with it. Of course I am loosening those ligs throughout the stretch and then when I hit them at the end as intense as I can make it for 2 to 4 seconds, I can actually feel my dick stretch--I believe the tunica as well as the ligs--although I'm not sure about the tunica.

This is obviously not for beginners. In fact, I would not have tried it before now. But I'm confident that my dick is conditioned enough now. I have a powerful grip and the strength in my arms and hands has grown tremendously over three years of manual P.E. exercises.

What a trip that is!!!---and alllll natural--no artificial anything!!! Whoohooo!!

I've been thinking about what a great place this is to keep learning and growing. And it's a forum where I have grown to feel safe about sharing my experience and gains in P.E. I never felt that way at Thunder's. And it's this positive atmosphere and the support of everyone that are helping me recapture my lost gains.

I've made a great apparatus for expressive stretching. Following Tom's (Motlisoff) example, I found a heavy duty tape dispenser with about a half inch of tape left on it. For padding, I took velco wrist wrap and some paper tape and wrapped it several times around two opposite sides. This is how I made my own stretching enhancer. I use it mainly for stretching straight up and straight down. I can also get my balls and dick through it when my balls hang low. I alternate between this "expressive stretching device" and my regular thumb as fulcrum.

I just hopped out of the shower and since I've been sporting a "big-time" girth all day, I thought I'd measure the width of my dick. Sure enough! I've hit a new width at the base: 2.50".

Whoohooo!! I just knew that "motha" was growing!! Mid-shaft and glans remain the same: 2.25" at the glans, 2" mid-shaft!
