Guess it's time I posted a bit of my history with P.E., my present routine and a bit of my philosophy about getting a bigger penis. First of all, I kind of fell into P.E. I spent two months reading as much information on P.E. as I could find. I lucked out in that I must have downloaded a couple hundred pages of information and studied it thoroughly before beginning a routine. One thing I've learned is that I have to approach P.E. as a long-term commitment. Some guys gain fast. I did. But a lot don't.

I do know you have to adjust whatever routine you choose to follow to your own interests and what seems to be working for you.

I started out with just jelqing and kegeling. I did a ten minute hot wrap warm up before each wet jelqing session. (I still do). And I never missed a day for the first four to five months.
I started with a fifteen minute a day jelqing/kegeling session, upping it to half hour a day after a couple of weeks--then forty-five minutes a day--then an hour a day by the end of the first month. I didn't break it up into shorter sessions throughout the day until later on.
I gained a half inch within the first couple of weeks--which motivated me to keep going. I also started waking up with these gigantic rock hard woodies.
Holy shit!! I could not believe my eyes. It had been many years since I had experienced these kinds of erections. My dick was only hitting nine and ten o'clock and here I was at eleven o'clock woodies. Whoohoooo!!!
