I am just looking for the manual stretching methods now but might have a copy of you start routine.
Welcome to the brotherhood. Your best way forward is the newbie routine. This requires no equipment, and this is the first step to moving on to the more intense routines
 
No specific rules. Just keep the title clean. We all skipped PE town for quite sometimes. Me, that was over 10 years.

Starting with manuals and like DLD mentioned the newbie routine is a great start for that. Other than that the Lengthmaster is probably the best and most versatile tool, if you want to invest in something. After a couple of weeks bundled stretches and DLD-Blasters are a grat addition.

I'm curious at this moment. After about 2 months of testicle massages, there should be an invigorating sensation or higher stimulation from the nomimal blood flow. How's your testicle sensation or stimulation right now?

You're so right, I did these every single day, like three times a day. They not only bring more stimulation to the testicles but they also help europeans hang much longer than it, otherwise would.

I haven't done it daily though. I would say the only thing I noticed is that doing it feels "easier" and "smoother" compared to a couple of months ago.

Keep up with the consistency and reporting. Your posts are always backed up to the day the forum goes down. Nothing will be missed.

Just a suggestion. Make sure to add a manual stretch session to push the limits every other day, or every 3 days. This will be much more beneficial to create an overloading day.
 
Don't look down upon yourself because you have not been consistent but take that energy. And make yourself consistent

Yeah , I know. The last couple of weeks have been busier than expected.
I was thinking of doing the "DLD Reverse Pyramid Hanging" as a replacement, since I can multi-task that way, but hanging weights with a vacuum has been a hit or miss thing.
