For whatever reason I wasn't able to get a hold again with the ADS yesterday. I checked the cup on my thigh, and it still worked. I changed the most outer sleeve in my setup, which helped a bit. But I wasn't able to hang anything with it. What I noticed, once I pumped the air out and removed the pump, the glans would immediately move back a bit, instead of being in place.
 
Just a suggestion, but approach it with a bit of care. Wrap the base of the glans just a bit tighter, and get a bit of an erection to push the blood into the glans to expand it. Once the glans expands a bit, start the vacuuming. Be very careful to use low pressure first, since the glans is already at a hyper expansion state. This will hold the pressure much more tightly. The expanded glans also acts as a mushroom anchor, similar to those who use it for kayaking and boating. In the water, the inverted mushroom head acts as a friction system to generate a downward force, or, in a vacuum system, an anti-retraction force in the cup.
 
I do use the glans protection already, and so far it worked.

I got it working again somehow. What I noticed was, until this point, to seal the vacuum I always had to press in the valve on top (I think it's called that). But suddenly doing that would release it, similar to when pulling on it, but not as much.

Btw, my extender replacement finally arrived, so will start using the extender again.

Wow awesome dedication. I’ve only just found this forum and want to get started on my journey and reading this shows that it works with dedications.
I am just looking for the manual stretching methods now but might have a copy of you start routine.

No specific rules. Just keep the title clean. We all skipped PE town for quite sometimes. Me, that was over 10 years.
