I gained 5 inches through my career... If I can do this anyone can. It just takes consistent work and always keeping an eye on intensity. So, yes, I believe you can gain that much.

You might want to look into adding more minutes while pumping. I suggest to go to 2 every month. This will definitely bring gaines quicker.

Well, I might feel some soreness, but that varies a bit sometimes it's, more sometimes it is less. So far I haven't really paid that much attention to where I exactly feel it. After hanging it is definitely at the base, but when ADS/vac hanging or using the extender it could be higher at or near the glans. Especially when there is some numbness involved, which does happen, but goes away rather quickly.
