I played around with the vacuum cups again yesterday. I tried two of the SizeDoctor Grey Sleeves + one and eeven two sleeves for a better vacuum, and the ACE Wrap as well, tape around where the cup and sleeve are to seal it. But no, I cannot get a good vacuum for the life of me.

I'll try cutting the theraband next, but at this point I'm pretty much out of options.

I tried a sleeve before putting the SizeDoctor sleeves on and one over it. Still nothing. I have to keep the pump on the bell/cup , otherwise I loose the vacuum, even with the wrap around. I cut one therband in smaller sizes, and will give this another try.

I'm suspecting either a seal gap in the plastic housing or the pump's connector.

Try to place the cup and seal against the inner thigh to cover the entire cup's opening. Pump and see if the pressure holds. Another trick is to submerge the vacuumed cup below water to see where the gap leak occurs.

It did work aftrer a couple of tries with the medium sized cup. The small one didn't have an issue.

Somehow I did get a pretty good seal yesterday two times.
And what I notices as well, even with wrapping I lose lots of vacuum as soon as I stop squeeze at the shafts base, holding the wrap tight.

It did work aftrer a couple of tries with the medium sized cup. The small one didn't have an issue.

Somehow I did get a pretty good seal yesterday two times.
And what I notices as well, even with wrapping I lose lots of vacuum as soon as I stop squeeze at the shafts base, holding the wrap tight.

It appears you may have looseness issue for the seal using medium size cup the moment you indicate you have to squeeze the base of the shaft. So, a method I used for SiliStretcher2 larger cups that's too loose for my current glans size. A few brothers did the same and have success.

Since you have a different seal system, open up the TheraBand to cover part of the glans and part of the corona ridge/rim. That's around 1in to 2in width. Wrap around the rim where part of the Theraband is covering over the glans side, while a part of that covers under the glans base. When I use the vacuum cup for the ADS, I have to create a bulk seal just to make sure my glans don't leak a seal. As you pointed out, when you squeeze the base of the shaft, blood is pushed into the glans, enlarging it, creating a tighter seal.

Once you have the first layer of TheraBand on, put on the seal for the vacuum cup, follows by the cup itself. Second trick is to either use a short and thin layer penis sleeve to push over part of the cup and below the Theraband layer by around 0.5in to 1in. This is to ensure a secondary total seal between the system. Add vacuum pressure to test. This method allows us to create a seal strong enough to have a 8lbs traction pull. Any more than this, high pressure will cause you to have blisters.
 
Thanks, I'll give this a try, and play around with others ways most likely on the weekend.

I was able to get a good vacuum with the following:
  1. Blue gans protection sleeve over the glans, folded at the bottom of the glans
  2. Sleeve over the shaft covering some of the blue sleeve
  3. SizeDoctor gray sleeve on the cup
  4. Another bigger sleeve cover the shaft (small fold)
  5. at the bottom) and gray sleeve
  6. Bandage around the shaft

Now I hope I find another way, because this has a lot of things that could need replacement rather quickly. The blue glans protection has already started tearing at the bottom after only a coouple of uses.

If you're using the tougher blue ones, they'll crack and bleed easily during the rough folding and handling. I normally go to AliExpress and grab lighter versions. I want to support MoS Shop, but the lack of the more flexible versions got me searching for them.


These are the 6mm thickness, formulated with more flex than stiffness. Again, emphasizing on flexibility over stiffness like the SiliSleevs. They are perfect to go over the vacuum cups and the stiffer under layers, like a sleeve or wrap, using it as reinforcement. I managed to go as high as 40lbs using double-layering during test trials on aggressive remodeling hanging using SiliStretcher2.

My 'go-to' lube is organic coconut oil (but I don't use a wrap or sleeve of any kind)
 
Wouldn't it be easier/cheaper to get new cups? Since, as far as I understood it, you're saying they are somehow malfunctioning.

Test first to see if there is or are malfunctions before spending the money on new ones. The thigh vacuum test we talked about early is one of the test methods.

Should be maxing out around 18kg. It's not about how much it can max out, but how much vacuum pressure the system can maintain.
