Currently I'm trying double sleeving with my extender, but as soon as I attach the cup to the top part of the extender, the glans moves back and isn't visible in the cup. Also I seem to loose a lot of pressure right after detaching the small pump from the cup.

Part arrived today, and appears to be working, at least it fits for the new one. I couldn't find one fitting for the old LM model, but since I'm going to use that one with the PA for stretching only, I'm not sure how necessary that is.

Does the glans move back into the sleeve? If it does, it's definitely the wrapping method. When you have excessive foreskin and the wrap is not below the base of the glans, the penis will take the advantage and slips to protect itself. This is why the TheraBand layer works well in creating a traction hold if you pull the foreskin back as much as you can while wrapping.

For the old one, I wished I documented the rig. It's the same plate type, but the width and hole slides are off by 1cm. It's closer rather than farther. A quick swing to the local hardware store will give you the best fitting measurement.

The nearest hardware store where I live isn't that close, and Amazon (Germany) doesn't appear to have one's that further apart, but I'm going to look for it again.
Edit: Also is there any upside to putting the plate on both sides?
Edit2: On the last image of the mod there are washers and bits on the inside part of one of the plates. Are they necessary now? I got some cellular rubber, can I use that as well to protect the LM?

If you're using the plates for the old PA, or even the new Length Master 3, yes. One of the plates sits against the PA handle, but it doesn't provide the protection against the center weakness that compression pressure causes the pressurized *SNAP*. The metal plate on the top is needed more to provide the holding plates from the *SNAP* because of the lack of density where the penis is being held, with a greater folding strength because of the two wing nuts bringing down the pressure from the top. That small, concave recess is the Achilles' Heel for the plates because it takes out the total density of the plates at the center.

That's a no. I use the washers as a raised platform to prevent my skin from pinching. I also act as a quick separation measure just in case something binds up, as it did with me.

Definitely! I tried various types of PTU, silicone, rubber, and foam to determine which worked best. Whatever you have on hand that can do the job, use it.

With the circumcision done, proceed with the routines slowly, like you just started with PE all over again, which you are. The young scar is not as healed as you expect. Do wrap and protect the scarring site a bit better with a larger bulk to create a gentle compression under the plates, so the wrapping can support the two skin surfaces at the scarring site to prevent separation. The epic folding ridge of a scar (the very top of the healed skin) may be strong, but the bottoms of the ridge where the skin is more tender and weaker, are not as strong. Proceed with caution.

Wrapping is so important to increase size. Whether you are using ace wrap, a sleeve or a extender. This benefits your growth, big time and allows you to heal in a elongated state, helping make gains quicker.

Great than I'll be adding another plate to the bottom as well, since the one's I ordered had four in total I still got three left.

The circumcision is one of the reasons I didn't start PE again earlier.

I'm just curious. It may just be the material, but does your glans, especially around the coronal ridge (the rim) is much smaller than than the girth around the glans's base? Or there's hardly any mushroom like expansion around the glans for the wrapping to use as a terminal point.

When trying to wear the SiliSleeveovernight (I think that's what they are called), I woke up in the middle of the night with painful soreness and had to take it off. Is there any way to mitigate that? Otherwise I'll go back to the UJW overnight and Sleeve after the extender/hanging.

I'm currently using two belts + folded sleeve + soemtimes a bit of wrap. I'll play around the cups again on the weekend

Got it. We'll take that into consideration. So when you wrap with the existing or new materials, try to wrap gently at first by pulling your foreskin completely back as you wrap, while wrapping it tightly just enough to accommodate the shrunken flaccid girth. You have to think about how the penis will react during a long period of relaxation, and the penis wants to simply shrink to conserve energy. Don't over tighten the wrapping around the penis, causing the blood circulation into the glans to slow down too much or completely stop.

When you use the SS2 (SiliStretcher version 2), especially when you have the penis pulled down towards your knee, any crazy movements in your sleep any night will cause a strong pull on the penile shaft, AND the increase of pressure to the glans. Your body perceive it as abnormal pains because the penis should be resting, not stretching. Rather than strapping the penis down towards the knee, you can have it strap around your waist or up towards your neck. If you're one of those who sleep sideway and curl into fetal position, wrap our your waist is best.

If the cup causes discomfort because you sleep sideway as you strap to the sides, then back to UJW. Same use with TheraBand layer at the base of the glans, slap on a rigid penis sleeve, like SiliSlee#5 or even the DuroSleev, making sure the inner diameter is loose based on your upper flaccid state (semi erected) for comfort reason. That will give you the same effects as UJW and stretchers at 900g of traction, but still have good hygiene practices.

I only used the sleeve with no cup for overnight stretching. I tried UJW again last night and this time I only had to take it off to go to the bathroom at night.

Btw, what exactly is the difference between pyramid and triangle hanging? I'm not sure about it.

In a sense, both are the same. However, it's how the penile shaft is angled when you hang. For example, pyramidal hanging is when the shaft is being pulled or pushed up at the half way point. You are forcing the penile shaft to stretch two different directions. Based on here you push up along the shaft, you are influencing the base muscle tissues and one of the ligament, which is the suspensory.

The reverse is the triangular hanging method. You are not forcing much on the base tissues to stretch, but you are forcing the two ligaments to be under strains, while forcing the penile shaft segments to also stretch at the fulcrum. The more you more the fulcrum point close to the base of the penis, the harder you stretch the ligaments.
 
When hanging I always try to put the hanger as much down at the shaft as possible (away from the glans and as close to the testicles). For a while I did something I think I called BTT (behind the testicles) hanging with the LM. Maybe there is already a word for that. But I don't do that anymore ot at least not yet.
