hard vs. soft penises

This isn't to do with general health etc or confidence. I am one of the fittest fuckers around, don't smoke, don't drink much and eat well. I am a confident person despite this problem, so I really don't think its in my head. I am sure there are a lot of people in this thread, or reading it that simply talk themselves into having a problem. But there are those of us where it is purely physical.

Those who genuinely have this problem (Head does not retain blood, erections don't last as well) almost for sure have venous leakage. Readers can't take this to generally though. You will KNOW if you have a prob. When I release my finger from my deep dorsal vein, and I see my hard, blood filled head of 5.5 girth suddenly shrink into a small, 4 inch girthed soft stub THATS how I know something is wrong. There is no point talking about fixing it through kegels etc but there is point in talking about surgical procedures and other alternative treatments and general support for this issue.

Ofcourse see a doctor. But, for this issue, you might have to search for a well informed one which like has been said are hard to find. I have gone through 3 urologists who merely said 'if you can have sex with it, its fine', gave me some viagra and sent me on my way. It is only now I am satisfied with my guy, and we are 'officially' pinpointing exactly what my issue is - and working out exactly what to do about it.

my post was not directed at you or anyone I was just adding to the thread. If this thread is about guys that want to go to the doctor for vein leakage then it should be titled as such.

My post was about self-reflection.

If jelqing adds to the general health of the penis and girth, stretching adds to length and kegels help with erections then maybe that's why so many people get pissed when this subject comes up. Logically, the guy who wants to help is gonna talk about kegels, jelqing and over training, right?

I, too, have problems with getting hard and then the blood escapes so I still take viagra but in 25 mg doses as opposed to 100 mg doses as of May, 2005.

Doing a self-exam, I jelq for 30 min per day as of Nov 15th and have noticed a HUGE difference in erection levels without viagra. But kegels are a different story.

If I ask myself what I've done in the last 3 days, starting yesterday, for a kegel workout what would it look like? And here's the answer:

Yesterday...not one kegel

2 days ago...10 sets of 30 seconds holds, 10 sets of 1 min holds...with 15 sec rest in between each set...then a bunch of pumps

3 days ago...400 pumps


Objectively, that's not very consistent and I see it as part of the problem. So I think for my new kegel workout I will do it while driving to work and pump tot he beat of every song and squeeze during the commercials...a 5 song workout ought to be good enough to start for me.

Now the question for everyone reading this is if you were to reflect over the last 3 days, how would your kegel workout look? (Be objective with yourself and don't respond)

Hey no offense, ok , but seriously invest some time into gaining knowledge on everything about erectyle dysfunction and venous leak AND an uptodate understanding of the venous system of the penis -
THERE IS NO DEEP DORSAL VEIN ! There is no such single structure/vessel in any penis on this whole planet.

Yes the technology (like you can see in the links I posted above) is there to visualize the venous flow/outflow of a penis through cavernosography and yes the artist formerly known as deep dorsal vein does appear to be larger than other veins, but thats about it its a larger than normal vein because it takes alot of the bloodflow pressure from childhood on, because it gives the most veniplex/venousoutflow to the glans/penis head and corpus spongiosum.
I stress the word "most" because if you ligate that wonnabe deep dorsal at the base, it will rebranch through bridges to other veins along its remaining length on the shaft...= no ED remedy...its also impossible to strip it out/cut it out completely, because its interconnected with so many veins that you would completely fuck up your penis from all the blood gushing from many little cut vein holes...so the last remaining thing to do is what a handful of people came up with 4-5years ago = injecting a sclerosing agent into this vein and attempting to shut it down full length , at the same time shutting down all the "connector points" along that vein , such as bridges to other veins, bridges into the corpus cavernosum and bridges into the head. This infact is the most advanced, minimum invasive way of doing it...but even THEN a new site of venous leak could show- i stress the show , because it doesn't really open , it was there before..its just because of the restructured bloodoutflow through "new ways" as in tiny little veins that had no pressure on the before but WERE conected to the venous leak, it SHOWS and manifests itself in a new enlarged vein somewhere else along your shaft a couple of month later...

so as you can see the best surgery would be one that finds and closes veins full length, especially veins around/along leakage sites as shown in cavernosography (wich just happens to be most often the deep dorsal) AND also potentual "soon to become venous leaks" veins , such as the cavernosal veins and circular veins....ALL of this has to happen, WITHOUT compromising the general bloodcirculation of the penis..or venous outflow to single parts (mostly the head) of the penis. incase this happens , you will end up with priapism, or dead tissue, or glans hyperaemia = glans priapism wich also results in tissue death...

in fact all of this is extremely logical and easy , once you understand how the penis works and what possibly makes it not work...

all of the above is adressed to 2 different types of venous leakes..there are like 6 of the , one is uncurable by all means...and besides there are also revascularisation surgery, artery reconnecting/relocating surgerys...

what I'm trying to say is : My talk is adressed to guys who know for sure that srugery is their last option...to know for sure you MUST exclude several things before hand, wich is easy to do , and YES a stupid old urologist is good enough for that : testosterone levels, prolactin ( 4 hormone levels play a role), also general health , diabetis , arteriosklerosis, high/low blood pressure ...all of that need to get checked by proffessionals...
psychological factor: well that also a stupid old story, where people used to believe, and doctors used to tell every young guy " it all in your head go to a psychotherapeut"...the modern understanding and knowledge is , that about 70% of all ED cases are due to organic reasons !


and know our stupid kapitalist society come into play...

OF COURSE nobody is interested in destroying this incredibly huge market by combining specialists from russia, austria, china and france (urology, angiology, radiology,plebology, surgery) and investing money into a definite permanet cure for ED by means of microsurgery....

jesus..instead we have millions and millions of men suffering, the big companys smiling and only a handful of isolated reasearches surgeons doing THE RIGHT THING !!!!

Thanks for the input Tbirdy. But you say there is no deep dorsal vein, then later in your post you admit it does exist and is merely a bigger vein then most. This is true, and with me this bigger vein really sticks out of my penis. While I am sure there are various intricate connections or whatever to said vein, you cannot say it does not exist. And even if, like you said it is technially not a single structure and connected to other veins, from what I have read it seems you can isolate it. And I am pretty sure that if this vein was to be somehow isolated and resected my problem would be solved as I can literally feel the blood flowing back through this vein. I think I consider it as one vein I can see it so clearly on my shaft like a chord, and it is this chord that is causing my problem.

I hope your recovery from surgery is going well, and that it can be later mended. What exactly was the type of surgery you underwent, was it just a ligation of veins? I did browse through your post and it seems numerous veins were 'treated'.

What do you think of the relatively new treatment of vein embolization?

Nah dude, you got me wrong, my english is very shitty nowadays , so I have a hard time making myself clear.
I'll give the answer to you in some other guys words, so you will understand what I was trying to say, besides, vein embolization IS the right way to go, thats what I described in my posts here , injecting a sclerosing agent = embolization of the vein. Basically , you induce an artificial thrombosis of the vein wich in the end destroys the vein completely, it becomes a tiny thin guitarrlike scarr string and then it is absorbed completely by the body...

now back to our first misunderstanding :

Thanks man, even though I didn't understand parts I think I get the gist now. Hmm, if it was only completely put together in 2004, I wonder how many practising urologists even know of this? There are still probabaly surgeons in certain countries pratising without this knowledge which is kind of scary.

One more question mate, do you think you will end up going through with this embolisation? And, if the vein is completely 'absorbed' and effectively killed, since the dorsal vein is so big wouldn't this dramatically effect the amount of blood getting into the penis, not making things much better at all? Or is that basically the whole point, since the dorsal vein is not a primary singular structure that such a procedure will not have a dramatic effect.
 
Ive had some success w/ the edging tech. that some have mentioned here. It wasnt what it was before I started, but I did see imporvement. While I was having sex last week I managed to stay moderately hard through about 5 min of intercourse + foreplay time.

Funny thing is, when I relaxed a bit on the edging these past few days, I start going soft again. This post is really more for lurkers, and what Im saying is at this point I see it as a constant excericse/workout battle to combat this without resorting to surgery.

What causes these problems the most, Lengh or Girth exercises? Or is it Penis Enlargement in total? I really don't want to have any problems in the future.
 
I would like to refer you to another member who's 45 years old, and seems to have one answer to this question. How often have we heard, "Do Your Kegals?" Well, here's one more:

I hope I am posting this in the right forum.

Due to years of bad habits and stress ("too much wine, too much song, wonder how I got along....."), I have had some challenges maintaining an erection the past few months(I am 45 years young!). I could get it up, but it would not stay that way very long. In six weeks I reversed that, and can now stay hard as long as I need to (over two hours last Friday night!!!!!!!!!!) Here's what I did, and am still doing:

Kegals - DLD's PC routine. This is critical!!!!! It is the foundation. Dick Vermeil one time said, "You can't launch a cannon from a conoe." He was talking about a running back having to have powerful legs to run through the defense. The same is true in regards to the PC muscle and a healthy penis. I do the routine three times per day. When I started, I could not hold my kegal for the one minute at the end. Now I can hold it at least three minutes!!!!! I kegal like a mad man and it is paying off. I also pay attention to plyometric exercises in regards to my Penis Enlargement routine.

Jelqing - I am not using this as a girth exercise, as I do other things for that. I jelq at least 600 times per day at 70%-90% erect. I also am careful not to jelq too hard. I grip tight enough to encourage good blood flow and a slight expansion of the penis. Remember, I do this for [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words] and circulation.

Exercise - Studies indicate that those that do some type of leg work have better circulation in the genital area. I walk at least two miles every day I can. Every other day I do weight work (squats, etc.).

Supplements - You can find tons of recommendations in this forum. However, I have been taking 1 multi vitamin with minerals for prostrate health, 500 mg niacin, 1000 mg l-arginine in the AM. In the PM, I take the multi vitamin and 2000 mg l-arginine.

Mental Adjustment - Get the negative thoughts out and quit worrying as to whether you will or won't!!!!!! I believe I am going to get it up, keep it up, and rock my wife's world every single time!!!!!!!!!!!!

ROP - This is/was the catalyst!!!!! After 4 weeks of the above things, my erections were much firmer, and I could maintain a 90% + erection for much longer than before. Three weeks ago I built a ROP. Within a week, my erections were rock hard and I was staying that way!!!!!!!!! My wife is loving it so much she has literally attacked me 8 nights in a row, and during the day Sat & Sun this past weekend!!!!!!!!!! Friday night we banged for over two hours and I was never under 95% erect!!!!!!!! Not bad for an old fart, huh?????

I am not saying this is the magic program for everyone. There are tons of Penis Enlargement gurus on this forum who can offer more info than me. However, it worked for me and I recommend at least giving it a try if you are faced with this challenge.

I would've let this post slide on by but since you addressed me as "sweetie" then fuck it...boy, you're 20? You ain't gonna like the aging process very much, especially around 38, 39, 40ish.

A 5 minute kegal ain't jack shit. I held one in the last 2 weeks for 15 minutes. No big deal once you practice.

Want the real kegal work out...sweet cheeks? Since you'll be too lazy to look up samzman's kegal workout I'll post it for you. Kegal pumps for one hour straight, rest for 30 minutes then kegal pumps for another hour. This is the ironman kegal fitness routine in my opinion. Nothing compares. Five days of genuine effort will bring results. Try it. Or be a real man and go get the pussy surgery and fuck your dick up for the rest of your life, I guarantee you'll regret that decision for a very, very long time.

You're 20 and you can't get a hard on? Time to look in the mirror and ask yourself (self-examination for you paint sniffers) what you can be doing differently imo...but I'm the stupid one here, right?

I get them all the time, It's just no blood fills my CS or Glands. Kegals arnt going to help it that much, because its more than likely a venous leak. Health wise and mental wise etc im fine. I dunno what the long lookin the mirror stuff is about but whatever.
 
the best way to stretch your penis, especially for girth is from withing. To achieve this is simple, get erections, get them often and frequesntly. How, generic viagra or better yet cialis. many long lasting throbbing rections will add girth and length in my experience... what's yours?

The Franchise-- I don't know how the first post got under MY name! I didn't copy it or write it, to my knowledge. So, don't know about that.

All I was saying is, the abuse of your penis isn't going to help it grow. It's just going to be a bother to you while it's healing up. When it's all puffy, you won't get a good jelk, and when blood comes dribbling out of the urethra, are you going to ignore it and pretend that it isn't happening?

DLD would agree with this, wholeheartedly. He'd call anybody who ruined his dick a real nut.
