I hope so. Too many people have already died and most unfortunately didn't have to. There are unfortunately a lot of people who still don't take it seriously and go into large crowds, markets, on vacation etc. It's a kind of virus that you don't know you got until a week later. By that point you may already have infected a lot of other people and those people infect others, etc.

Just finished an hour of hanging... all went well!Will continue again tomorrow. Building it up step by step.
Just did another 2x1+ hours of hanging. After the first hour I did a little break and measured 100% erect with a BPEL of 19,2cm! So, gains are coming! After that I did another 1+ hour. Tomorrow I'll do the same. Maybe I'll even do another hour tonight before bedtime.
Taping the glans really helped prevent fluid retention buildup and blistering! Very glad I figured this out!

I could feel that downstairs. But after a nice shower I did a measurement and I'm actually at 19cm (7.5") BPEL now! So, I think, hopefully I have achieved my short term goal!
Now, my short terms goal is set on 19,5cm (7.7") BPEL!
Today I also had a temp gain to around 19,5cm again! Getting there!Hoping that adding these girth exercises and doing ADS with the VLC Tugger will help things along.
I couldn't ever wear an ads at night. Best I can do is a sleeve all night. That's better than nothing. Some did wear it during night so maybe you'll be goodJust finished hanging, a little less than an hour but still a good amount today... around 2 hours in total. Now with the VLC Tugger again. For bed I'm going to try the SiliStretcher2. See if it's comfortable during the night and if it makes a difference.

OK well its a good start palHaha, well wouldn't go that far! It's just the base that's really beeft. Now I hope I'm able to get a bit more length... more than girth but I'll do these girth exercises the coming month and see how it goes.
