I just tried a little bit of the Testicle health massage and it's a fine exercise to do at the end of the day. Stretching the scrotum, so not the testicles themselves but the sack/skin, right?

I’ll be stretching everything and after a few sessions you’ll start to notice that your scrotum is much lower which releases your penis to hang much longer and heavier. It’s an exercise everybody should do but not many even know about it.
 
That’s a good expressive stretch I always forget because it’s coupled with other things. But there are many ways to do expressive stretching. If you have an LM is the best way, simply connect at the base of your penis and you will be a effecting internal penis. You can also look at length master hole stretching which is the original expressive stretch. The next one I came out with was the Hard core Bathmate Stretching. There are a few other methods also if I think of them I will post them for you.

Awesome! No problem. I’m going to start with the morning routine in a little bit. Got a good feeling about this one.
 
Just finished the epic morning routine! All together around 1+ hour of workout. Now I’ve hooked up the VLC Tugger as an ADS and got about 5/6 hours till my afternoon workout.

I see the morning routine as my main workout. You can see I compress the time in the afternoon routine and even more in the evening routine. This, for me, works very well.
 
I'm currently doing an experiment as well... I did my morning routine but aside from ADS with the VLC Tugger I will, each hour do a 4:30min stretch. First 2:30 bundled stretch, 30sec straight, 30sec down, 15sec downleft, 15sec downright, 30sec up, 15sec upleft, 15sec upright. Then I do 1min BTC and 1min fulcrum base stretch. After this, the temp gains return quickly and I hook it up to the VLC Tugger again.

If I do this each hour of the day or at least as much as I can, aside from my regular routine. I think I'll be able to gain quicker. Let's see.
 
And also the variation to do each hour:
2:30min of fulcrum base stretching
2:30min of BTC stretching

The above routine I'm doing, is a bit too much for me to do every day of the week, so I'm going to schedule it in blocks. I'll do the routine like this:

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: epic Filmfreak routine.
- Thursday: only the morning routine + the hourly stretches.
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday: rest with only 20min hanging sessions in the morning, afternoon and evening.

I'm taking some rest days now because I was getting quite exhausted. I'm going to return to my routine on Monday and probably change it around a little bit to not be so intense. I'm probably going to keep my morning routine but add more to it.

Since I've been taking a break the last couple of days, today, Sunday, I did a little measuring and I have gained!

I'm currently a millimeter, depending on EQ, from 19cm (7,5") BPEL and 17cm NBPEL. Never thought I'd get here but I did! I haven't been doing any ADS, I even did some masturbation plus ejacs to really tire out the penis to see if I got any gains at all. It seems I have!

So, tomorrow I'm going to continue my routine and take it more slowly by doing it in two parts, first the morning routine which I'll modify a little and then I'll do a girth routine in the evening and during the day use my VLC Tugger for ADS and I'm also thinking about using the SiliStretcher2 at night for ANS. I'm thinking about building up this routine slowly, first doing this one the first week, maybe two and later adding something more in the afternoon as well.

My current idea for the routine is this:

Morning:

5min warmup
- 3x2:00min Bundled stretches, 1. straight, 2. up and 3. down, 30sec each direction: out, left, right and cranks, using the LengthMaster.
- 10x1min Mandingo stretches
- 10x1min fulcrum base stretches, using the PA.
- 10x1min erect stretches
- 20min hanging
- 5x1min erect stretches
5min warmdown

ADS afterwards

Evening:

5min warmup
- 5x1min SSJ's.
- 5x1min Size Blasters

Just finished my morning/afternoon routine and I changed it up a little bit:

Morning:

5min warmup
- 3x2:00min Bundled stretches: 1. up, 2. straight and 3. down, 30sec each direction: out, left, right and rotaries, using the LengthMaster.
- 1x2:00min Bundled stretches: BTC, 30sec each direction: out, left, right and rotaries, using the LengthMaster.
- 10x1min Mandingo stretches.
- 5x1min BTC stretches.
- 10x1min fulcrum base stretches, using the PA.
- 11x1min erect stretches: 1min up, 1min straight and 1min down (20sec each: out, left, right) These is done 3 times and the last two minutes are BTC.
- 20min hanging.
- 5x1min erect stretches: same as the 11min variant above only just a 1 time rep of up, straight and down, together 3 minutes and two minutes of BTC.
5min warmdown

ADS afterwards

Evening:

5min warmup
- 5x1min SSJ 's.
- 5x1min Size Blasters
- 5x1min SSJ 's.
- 5x1min Size Blasters

Today I had to do some things outside of home and did not have a lot of time work my routine but I manage to do a few 3x5min exercises and some hanging! When I do these 3x5min I usually do:

5x1min Mandingo stretches
5x1min fulcrum base stretches
5x1min erect stretches

After the fulcrum stretches I already have my max. temp gains it seems so they do the trick when there are days that I cannot do my full routine. For today I have done two of these plus around 30min of hanging. Before bed I'll do another session and hook up the SiliStretcher2 for ANS.

It looks really good the only thing I see that might benefit you is on the second routine of the day do bundles before that too. What are you considering your expressive stretches?
 
Okay, then I will add the bundles to that second routine as well. At the moment these, especially the flaccid Mandingo and fulcrum base stretches seem to be the only exercises giving me temp gains. Another that I could add, perhaps to the second routine, before the erect stretches is the Size Blasters which are semi-erect downward stretches which also clamping at the base with the other hand and stretching/pushing that down as well. So a double handed stretch. One grabbing under the glans, the other grabbing the base, also trapping the blood in between in the shaft.

Do you recommend any other expressive exercises?

There are many ways to do it as long as you choose one it’s fine. My favorite ones are the lengthmaster strapped low on the shaft and stretch from there I also like the hard core stretches. So it doesn’t make a lot of difference you just want to make sure you’re hitting that area to make gains if possible.
 
Also another interesting thing I discovered was while hanging... I was squatting and when you trance with your fingers the shaft all the way to the extreme base, even past the scrotum, you can feel the inner penis / the "rope" as it were disappear inside the body, near the anus. While hanging I used my thump and forefinger to create a fulcrum at the point where it disappears into the body and push it upwards. Wow, that was intense!
 
As your skin stretches more it’s going to become so much more comfortable and that will happen rather quickly.
 
I'm thinking about waiting another 4 weeks before I do my measurements. In exactly 4 weeks it's Sunday the 31st and last day of May. I'll try and do my current routine every day, minus my Sunday off. I'm already noticing gains in flaccid stretched length. When I started I was at 20cm, last week it was edging around 20.5cm but now it's going to 20.7cm and after a workout over 21cm. When it was around 20.5cm my erect length would go to around 19cm BPEL so I'm hoping to get to 21cm at the end of the month and hopefully be at around 19.5cm erect by then. If that's the case at the end of May I'll have broken one of my goals! Another cm after that to around 20.5cm BPEL (+_8 inch) and I'll have achieved my long term goal!
 
Alright, I couldn't help myself and just measured BPEL and at 100% erect it sits exactly on 19cm (+_7,5")! Short term goal achieved!!!! LOL

When you do an official measurement like this you take the measurement before you do any PE for the day correct? Thanks a lot. I'm a newbie coming up on the 3 month mark and excited to see what my growth has been when I officially measure.

Just finished my morning routine with an added expressive stretch exercise using the lengthmaster hooked up at the base. I do an overhand grip under the glans and stretch the middle part of the shaft outward or up while I push the lengthmaster down. Creates quite a good stretch as I feel the burn at the extreme base.
