I just tried a little bit of the Testicle health massage and it's a fine exercise to do at the end of the day. Stretching the scrotum, so not the testicles themselves but the sack/skin, right?
I’ll be stretching everything and after a few sessions you’ll start to notice that your scrotum is much lower which releases your penis to hang much longer and heavier. It’s an exercise everybody should do but not many even know about it.
