At the moment I'm just trying to keep it at 7.5" BPEL and hoping to get to 8" BPEL in the next coming months.
With your routine I'm sure you'll be there this year
?? I’m so glad that you’re using the size blasters, not too many people picked up on that exercise. It’s such an incredible way to train so hopefully your example will inspire others.Just finished my girth workout, 5min of SSJs and 5min of Size Blasters, these two times total of 20min. Was a very good workout and lots of expansion! Now with the VLC Tugger / ADS. In a few hours I'll do another hanging session and call it a day.
I will be combining the fulcrum base stretch with the erect stretches I've been doing. I'm hoping that will help things along!
I'm thinking about doing this set again later this afternoon and then to finish it off doing girth again later tonight. The girth workout is quite intense and really shows results!
Thanks, it seems to be a workout that really works for me. I've been searching for the right exercises for me for a long time and these seem to hit the spot! I already see length gains coming. Very curious what it'll bring at the end of April when I do my measurements.
Yeah, go for it! Who knows, maybe it'll work for you. I found out this worked by just trying it and being pleasantly surprised. It's quite an intense workout though but it has its rewards!
I started with 18,5cm. If I'm able to cement it on 19cm (7.5"), I'm quite happy with that outcome this month! Fingers crossed!
Heck yeah!
Starting tomorrow I'm considering doing something more compressed in terms of routine:
5min warmup:
10x1min fulcrum base stretches.
10x1min Mandingo stretches
10x1min Size Blasters
5x1min Size Blasters, BTC
1 hour hanging
5min warmdown
I'll do this in the morning and afterwards I'll hook up the VLC Tugger for ADS and repeat the above routine in the afternoon, or evening.
This is the routine I'm going to go with tomorrow... focussing mainly on length work.
Well, with the Size Blasters I'm getting a decent expressive stretch, I think. Are there other stretches that do this?
