Just did another 30/40min of hanging, this time BTC and out, plus out left/right. I do out as follows: I use my bed, I put a chair with a cushion next to the bed with about a feet or less of space in between. I then put my legs on the chair and with my belly / upper body on the bed with the weights/hanger in between the space between the chair and the bed. Now I can lie comfortably, watch a video on my mobile while I hang downward / outward. To go left/right, I simply move to either my left or right side. That stretch can become quite intense so I do it very gradually. Post hanging measurements are again around 2/3mm longer plus the base seems bigger. I guess because I'm also stretching the ligs there.
 
Just finished my girth workout, 5min of SSJs and 5min of Size Blasters, these two times total of 20min. Was a very good workout and lots of expansion! Now with the VLC Tugger / ADS. In a few hours I'll do another hanging session and call it a day.

?? I’m so glad that you’re using the size blasters, not too many people picked up on that exercise. It’s such an incredible way to train so hopefully your example will inspire others.
 
Indeed, the Size Blasters work really well for me. I use both hands, first grabbing behind the glans stretching outwards, second grabbing the extreme base and pushing towards the glans so that there's a stretch at the base plus pushing the blood up the shaft also creates compression.

I also added a manual exercise before my morning hanging, which is the base fulcrum stretch using the length master. Works really well stretching the ligs. After that I hang for about an hour.

I will be combining the fulcrum base stretch with the erect stretches I've been doing. I'm hoping that will help things along!

That sounds pretty powerful how exactly are you going to do this?
 
Oh, I don't mean combined in one epic exercise. I think that'll risk breaking the penis haha. I'll do/combine them in the same routine. Fulcrum base stretches first of around 10min and after that the erect stretches, also 10min.

Today I did about 45min of hanging. I'm taking this as my rest day. Tomorrow I'll go full on again till Sunday, for another rest day. I'll add the length routine tomorrow.

I notice that doing these fulcrum base stretches with the lengthmaster really helps a lot and shows immediate results with temp gains after a 10min workout. I just did my length workout for today and did this:

5min warmup
10x1min upward base fulcrum stretch, using the lengthmaster.
4x2.30min basic stretches: out, left, right, up, down... 30sec per direction.
10x1min upward base fulcrum stretch, using the lengthmaster.
30min hanging
5min warmdown

ADS with the VLC Tugger.
 
I'm thinking about doing this set again later this afternoon and then to finish it off doing girth again later tonight. The girth workout is quite intense and really shows results!

Did another 10min base fulcrum stretch early this afternoon followed by ADS and late in the afternoon 10min base fulcrum stretch plus 10min of erect stretches followed by 40min of hanging and after ADS! Later tonight I’ll do my girth workout 5min SSJ + 5min Size Blasters and this set 2 times.
 
Awesome work my brother keep up the consistency and make that goal happen!

3 times length work, this morning and in the afternoon and in the evening did my girth workout.

Tomorrow is my restday for girth and will be a length only day.

Morning:
10x1min fulcrum base stretches with the Lengthmaster
1 hour hanging

Early afternoon:
10x1min fulcrum base stretches with the Lengthmaster
10x1min mandingo stretches
1 hour hanging

Late afternoon:
10x1min fulcrum base stretches with the Lengthmaster
10x1min erect stretches

In between I'll do ADS with the VLC Tugger.
 
Thanks, it seems to be a workout that really works for me. I've been searching for the right exercises for me for a long time and these seem to hit the spot! I already see length gains coming. Very curious what it'll bring at the end of April when I do my measurements.

I started with 18,5cm. If I'm able to cement it on 19cm (7.5"), I'm quite happy with that outcome this month! Fingers crossed!

?? It’s all trial and error and everybody is unique. It’s so good to deep dive into what’s available and what will work best for any particular situation. But I’ve always tried something before I denied it.
 
This morning did my 10min workout followed by hanging but this afternoon I did this:

10x1min base fulcrum stretches
10x1min Mandingo stretches

And the flaccid stretched length was a lot longer than normal! Later this afternoon or in the early evening I'll do the same and add:

6x1:40min erect stretches.

See how that'll do it! :)

Btw, I do these length exercises every day, except on Sunday, where I only do ADS. Do you think that's a good routine or should I have an extra rest day, instead of only one?
 
I always wake up with morning wood and usually when I kegel I feel the burn still. Now is my restday and I feel that good ache still. Putting on the VLC Tugger now for an ADS.

A few comments:

1. I finally figured out how to save my frenulum from being torn. I have this wound cream that really moisturizes the area very well and I apply a little bit of it to the frenulum so that it keeps moist while I do my workout. One thing I noticed when I did my stretches, and using talc powder for grip, is
that the area became very dry and therefor also prone to tearing. Now I can stretch all I want!

2. I am thinking about trying to switch things up a little these coming two weeks before measuring. I am now doing at least 20min of stretches with
great temp results in the morning followed by hanging. I do the same in the afternoon and later in the evening all the while using the VLC Tugger as
a ADS. I am wondering if, for healing, it might not be a better idea to concentrate these workouts into a tighter timeframe so to allow more time for
healing. For instance do those three workout in the morning and early afternoon. That's around an hour of manual stretching and an hour or longer
of hanging. Keeping the rest of the afternoon and the whole evening for ADS and healing. An idea? Anyone have any experience doing it like this?
Or would it be more beneficial to have the stretches spread through the day like I was doing for maximum effect? Since I only have one off day now,
which is on Sunday.

I'm getting decent temp gains from the fulcrum base stretch and the Mandingo stretch and I used to get a very good temp gain from Size Blasters as well, so I figured lets put them together in one routine and perhaps do this routine two times a day. Would end up being around an hour+ of manual work. Not sure if that's too much a day.

Got you. I suggest you also get him a short set of bundled stretching before you start training. I also suggest that you get in a wreck stretching once or twice a week (10 minutes) to close the gap between your erect bone press and your flaccid bone press. I also suggest you get in a couple sets of expressive stretching to tackle internal penis. Lastly I suggest you do the Testicle health massage and stretch because it makes your flaccid size so much larger in.

That’s a good expressive stretch I always forget because it’s coupled with other things. But there are many ways to do expressive stretching. If you have an LM is the best way, simply connect at the base of your penis and you will be a effecting internal penis. You can also look at length master hole stretching which is the original expressive stretch. The next one I came out with was the Hard core Bathmate Stretching. There are a few other methods also if I think of them I will post them for you.
 
I just tried a little bit of the Testicle health massage and it's a fine exercise to do at the end of the day. Stretching the scrotum, so not the testicles themselves but the sack/skin, right?
