I've tried air pumping with the wine vac and I didn't like it much. It made me have the same amount of fluid retention, but the fluid retention was really uneven and stayed for longer. I don't mind it with water pumping because the retention is pretty even across the whole penis. With air pumping, my dick looked freaky for days afterward. I may try doing something like a 3x3 with air. 3 sets of 3 minutes to reduce retention because I can tell that air pumping gives better tunica expansion with less pressure.

I've been hanging for 2 hours every day and pumping almost every day, but I haven't had much time for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] because of work. Good news though, I am officially measuring 8.2 bpel even before a workout. I am still on target for my goal of 8.75 by January! Also I've seen a HUGE flaccid stretch increase to 8.75 so hopefully that means I'll have some good length gains in the future.

Coogi, you are at 4.25 pounds. I started at 5 pounds, went to 6 and then 7.5. Then I had to go back down to 6 in order to make it for the whole 20 minutes and now I'm back at 5. I think this is a good sign. To me it means that my ligs haven't had any opportunity to heal and get stronger. They are breaking down more every day so it takes less and less to get the same workout.
 
Good job on your progress. Can you elaborate on your hanging time? Do you do multiple sets of 20 mins that equal up to 2 hrs or how does that work for you?

Now here's the next part..

If you're hanging for 2 hours, that probably means you're doing 4-5 sets. right? You said you went to 7.5 then had to go back down. There is a thing called "riding the fatigue". Google it with the term "bib" next to it. There's an article on it at bibforum.

It basically means you hang your max weight on the first or second set, then once that becomes too intense on the ligs (not on the attachment point - if you are getting attachment point soreness you are either not ready to move up or improperly wrapping, or both) move down weight. This allows you to still stretch the tissue at lower weights. You can even start out at 5lbs for the first 5 min of your 1st set, then have a 6lb weight setup ready, throw that on for a few min, get back up to 7.5lbs. Then once 7.5lbs becomes sore on teh ligs, go back down to 6lbs. Try it out.

The goal is to move up in weight by 15% until you reach a weight that gives you lig fatigue within the first 2 sets. Then u start rididng the fatigue

The maker says the LG can handle 25 pounds, and i brleive he has photos or a vid, a guy here on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] baba booey uses it for 13 pounds fulcrum hanging and says that its extremely comfortable, he does 1 hour sets at 10 hgs. in perspective KS uses the grip system which is designed for 8 pounds and hangs 15 with it, I believe the amount of weight you can hang increases with experience, and if your more conditioned then you could use a higher vacuum. I'm only on 4.8 pounds so I couldn't say from my use, 4.8 obviously is handled easily though

Mike, I know about riding the fatigue but I still haven't mastered it. I also need to get a bigger clamp for my captain's wench. I'm not able to put hardly any wrap because I'm to thick especially at the base where I'm 7 inches. I got a bit of an injury from not putting enough wrap, so I'm gonna stop hanging for a few days while I find a bigger clamp and let my skin heal.

make sure ur attaching 1.5" up from the glans, not near the base. near the base is skin stretch only.
 
Ok, thanks Mike. I actually saw some gains attaching near the base, but I've been doing it from where you said, and I will see if the gains continue.

News on the gf front. I think we are going to break up. I told her to move out. She has serious anger issues and 3 days ago she attacked me. I'm a lot stronger, obviously, so she only got a few scratches in before I subdued her. I held her down long enough for her to calm down, and, luckily, I didn't have to hurt her. So she is moving out tomorrow, and we will see where things go from there.

I measured last week at 8.2 inches which means that I am still on target for 8.75 by the end of the year if I can get to 8.25 by Sunday. I'll measure again next Sunday and see where I'm at. I still have the goal of .18 inches every 4 weeks.
 
I broke up with my gf this morning. It kinda sucks, but I'm going to heal the way that works best for me: fucking a ton of bitches. I already have 3 confirmed dtf chicks lined up for this weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) and a potential (neighbor) that I'm seeing Thurs and another potential for Mon. Loosing someone is tough, no matter what the circumstances there is always a sense of abandonment. In a spiteful nature, looking good is the best revenge but in a more healing nature, exposing yourself to a new life with new people is great healing medicine. Be sure not to rebound, based on loneliness, there is nothing wrong with being with yourself for a while and improving your self confidence. You will find the perfect mate, just remain true to yourself and your betterment as a man!

Well said. Breaking up is tough, and after if happens you think you won't get over it, but as time passes it can get easier.

I'm not spiteful and I'm not looking for revenge. I just really like sex, and girls really like to have sex with me. I'm not going to let her know that I am hooking up with other girls. I have completely broken contact. I don't know if my perfect mate is out there. One thing I learned in this relationship is that there is no one single girl that can keep up with my sex drive. depression very difficult to deal with but it seems like many of us here come here with depressive problems and the problems are solved not only from the gift of penis enlargement but also through the camaraderie of the Brotherhood and how much each man cares for the other. Rakas, I just go every other day for an hour and stick mostly to compound exercises. Most of it comes natural. I'm naturally ripped, I'm just not naturally big.

I've been trying to keep my hanging routine up. I started using a bungee cord instead of weights. It gives me the same stretch, but it is easier to use. I've been trying to do 2 hours a day, but its been off and on. Been spending to much time having sex with different girls lol. On my days off I do extra time to make up for it.

I started using my autoextender as a hanging device. I attach it to the bungee cord and do a straight out stretch instead of between the cheeks. I am able to do massive amount of weight this way and get a really good tunica stretch. I combine this with my btc stretch with my captain's wench that gives me a lig stretch.

This morning I took some cialis, did some pumping, ulis, and a little jelqing and took a measurement. I was at 8.5 inches. That is way bigger than usual, and it was only that big for a little bit than it was back to 8.25. So hopefully that temp measurement is an indication of gains to come :)
