Been lurking for awhile and I decided to start a progress thread. It will include pictures so I think I'm in the right forum.

Ok, a little background. I started using an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] in January and I have been using it for 4 hours a day 5 days a week since then (7 months now), skipping weekends. I started at 7.5 inches and I am currently 8 bpel, 8 1/4 bpfsl. I also do manual stretches whenever I can, usually 5 days a week, sometimes less. I recently (last two weeks) started doing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and stretches 6 days a week skipping Sundays. I also do some clamping but not often (2-3 days a week). I've gained a little from that as well. I started at 5.5 and now I'm at 5.8. Anyway, I guess the main reason I'm posting is because I feel like I've hit a plateau. I've been stuck at 8 inches for awhile now, but before now I could see progress every month. I am aiming for 10x6.5 bpel. I really only want about 9 inches, but I figure if I hit 10, even if it shrinks (or on a bad day) I will be at least 9. If anyone actually reads this, do you have any suggestions on how to break through my plateau?

Fuckin guy. How do you get so much definition? Is your body already like that naturally, or do you really watch what you eat? And when I say watch what you eat, I don't mean like "do you avoid junk food?". I mean do you count your calories, carbs, proteins and fats and totally avoid dairy and wheat?
 
Thanks Mike. It is just natural mostly. I go to the gym usually 4 days a week for an hour each time and eat whatever I feel like. Here is a pic from a few months ago while I was in Vegas. I've bulked up a little since then, but I haven't gained weight so I think I lost even more fat (even though I didn't think that was possible).

I was using 900 grams at first, then after a few weeks I went to 1200 for about a month and a half, and then I started doing 1500 half the time and 1200 the other half. One thing that is interesting, and a confidence boost is how many bars I've added. It only took a few days to add one 1 inch bar, 2 weeks after that for 2, and 2 months after that for 3. So the amount of force required to get to the last mark on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] has decreased dramatically. I think I'm getting close to adding another bar now to. Well it looks like I've cemented my 8.1 inches! I'm going to need to gain about .9 inches every two weeks if I want to make my 8.75 inch goal by January. I also am now permanently over 6 inches girth. I measured it today before pumping and it was slightly over 6. Not exactly what I was going for, but I can't complain :)

Could be bruising from pumping and jelqing too hard. I've bruised myself from jelqing too hard, and I remember that lots of pumping made it easier to injure myself. As long as it doesn't affect eq and it isn't in much pain, you might be able to continue at a gaining force.

What exercises do you do anyways, just manual stretching? What was your starting size and what is it now? Erect length and erect girth?
 
I don't do any jelqing. I've never liked it. My starting size is in my sig. It's all bone pressed since it is hard for me to measure nbp correctly because of my upward curve and the stretched skin that gets in the way. I am circumcised and my skin is really tight, which is why I think that I instantly gained girth from pumping. It stretched out my skin allowing my tunica to expand further.
