I've tried air pumping with the wine vac and I didn't like it much. It made me have the same amount of fluid retention, but the fluid retention was really uneven and stayed for longer. I think this is a good sign. To me it means that my ligs haven't had any opportunity to heal and get stronger. They are breaking down more every day so it takes less and less to get the same workout.
