jdcsd - so i took your great advice but can't squeeze into the medium bell. i put a piece of silicone sleeve around the lip of the large bell over the the medium [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] combo. I wore this for 8+ hours and no tears at all. this is b/c there is no pulling tension on the piece of silicone sleeve so the bar pushes into it without causing a tear. you can go back to the large bell if you do this. in the pic you can see i put a piece of silicone over the end of the condom like you did but then you can also see where i put it over the bell lip.

I did something similar before but still had the silicone tear. It was tearing from the bars putting pressure on the ridge of the bell where the silicone was over it. I know you have a different silicone than me so maybe yours is harder than mine. I had soft and medium sleeves and I think hard sleeve would hold up better. I couldn't wear the large and not have something tear. The large is so wide that the bars put pressure on the sleeve where it goes over the ridge and the pressure is what causes it to rip. The medium bell fits between the bars so they don't touch the bell and don't cause tearing
