well i havent been consistent with my routine but am getting back to it. i have been working with the Bathmate past two weeks getting used to it and will use it in my routine and break up days length and girth days. i have been stretching manually whenever. my flaccid does seem longer over the past two weeks using the Bathmate and stretches along with doing jelqs inbetween Bathmate sessions. so i going to have a look at one of these routines and stick with it for 3 months hope i can reach my short term goals by then 6el and over 5eg. my current stats are 5.75-5.80(sometimes 5.90 depending on eq bpel) and girth is 4.80 mid-shaft and 5' base. long term 7x6. hard work and dedication i hope to reach near my goal by end of year but short term first. also gotta work on my stamina i gotta do more edging.

Have you always taken rest days in your Penis Enlargement career?
 
Current routine is in my thread located in that section as a sticky and is currently using the Bathmate with clamping and some stretching applied with some intense kegels while in the Bathmate. I have always had rest days with Penis Enlargement and its vitally important in my opinion but guys have done it 7 on zero off with good results.
 
I got to remember to kegel in the chamber...I keep reading this and when I train I forget....I am putting a post it note on the X-40 right now.
 
Yes you must ALWAYS kegel while in the pump and it works the PC muscles aswell as flush blood in. Here's the new link to the Blue_Whale __________ stretch that someone requested. Okay next I would like members who have been following my works in this thread and actually used & gained with it, to post ideas for future workouts I can design for you all.

Would it be okay to combine the __________ stretch with the DLD Blasters and DLD b-t-c rotaries into one routine, maybe doing 10 mins a day of each as a length gaining routine on a 5 on 2 off schedule or would that be too many different ligament stretches at once?
 
Is 10 minutes of each too much? Would be a total of 30 mins of ligament stretching. I am also doing 20-30 minutes of edging and have a 10-15 minute kegel routine that I am doing currently.
 
Just thought i would drop a post to say that this looks to be the best routine ever created.

I will start the length and girth routines on a 4:1 day ratio from the 1st August and update every month.

Red, i realise you did not do this exact routine to get your gains, but could you post your starting stats and your current stats please, and also how quickly you gained if possible.
 
Its a powerful routine and eventually it will be revamped again. My stats were 6.6 inches BP erect length and 5.4 erect girth. I had approx 3-3 1/2 inches flaccid length. Now I'm 8 1/2 inches erect length and on a full hard-on I feel its 8.7. Will be measuring very soon. Again BP and my girth is more uniform now than the older pix, meaning its pretty much a solid 7 inches. Underneath the glans is in the late 6 inch range and right at the base region I'm over 7.2 inches. It took me from 2001 to 2006 to reach 8 inches length and 7 inches girth. I saw very good gains and size though within the first year.
 
Red, one thing i have noticed after doing Penis Enlargement and body building in general, is that the day after whichever mucle i have worked aches (in this case the base of my penis) and this lasts a day or two. My question is, do i need to wait for this to subside before progressing or should i capitalise on the weakened state, i do actually veiw the feeling as a good thing because it means that my workout is effective, however i am just not sure whether to capitalise or wait.
 
Me personally, would take a rest day but plenty of guys have gained well by taking advantage of this ache and working on. Regarding bodybuilding, that ache is usually from the golgi tendon organ from the intense workout. Pain in the muscles is actually from the tendons.

Which would ring true in smooth muscle and ligaments in the penis.

Friend I m Newbie....and I never had Penis Enlargement....in my life.....I just wanna add girth.......so before applying ur girth routine......what do u suggest???? ppl always say to get in condition.....we have 3 months .....is that right ???? I think after 3 months I must apply ur girth routine ??? thanks by now
 
Has anyone used just these routines and seen growth? I'm trying to decide on a routine to start on monday
