just wanted to say that i really liked the length workout. for the expressive stretches, since i don't have a PA, i rolled up my boxers and put them under my balls and pulled against the direction i stretched my dick, and afterward i felt amazing. it felt like a new part of my dick was stretched. the only question i have is, am i supposed to stretch my balls too? because they don't go nearly as far as my dick does lol

I'm going to release a variation of the routines in this thread which are much shorter for those with not much time and as they are shorter, the intensity is alittle higher than normal.

damn, just wanted to say that i love the length routine. it's the first time i've really felt like i worked out my penis before. i'm going to get back into Penis Enlargement for real now, and i'm focused. i hope your girth routine is the equivalent of the length when it comes to intensity. i feel really good after doing it. i'm even a little sore which never happened with another routine
 
i was just wondering, with edging while clamped, how am i supposed to stimulate my dick? i thought when you balloon you're only supposed to rub the base and avoid the head, but if i try to do it with a shoe string tied around it lol

i found some string, but when i did a loop knot a) it didn't hold b) it hurt like all hell, so i'm going to have to think of a softer material i can use. what else is good?
 
Yah if your a newbie itll be bad for you if you start off with such advanced exercises and intensity. I made that mistake!
