I just read this on DLD's SRT......
"If you do it when you are erect and naked, if you have a strong PC muscle, you can bounce your penis by flexing this muscle. WHen you are peeing and you stop yourself midway through the contraction of a squeeze of the PC muscles you can stop the flow of urine, this, too, is a kegel. A reverse kegel is the complete opposite.

I haven't read on yet. But just had to post this here before I forgot. This seems like it could work for me. As Ive said its just a natural thing for my body to do now, kegel when I shit or piss, its probably more than just a kegel as I hold my breath and I even see my tummy suck in when it happens.

Another quick update. I use a tlc-xpe tugger now.. It is both for restoring the foreskin and stretching the shaft. I'm using it just over a month and I see improvements. Most notable is when I ejaculate I squirt further, and then another 3 or 4 smaller squirts which Ive never had before.:) This must be because Ive always kegelled without knowing, but the tugger has stretched the muscles making them stronger, I dunno? I dont think its a cure its just a prevention... MAYBE MAYBE it could stretch it so much overtime, that my body will naturally stop sucking it in and If I work on this reverse kegel I could stop it completely.

now theres been numerous mentionings from all over different sites and MOS that at 18 people might put on weight of the body
my question is how is your fat pad at the base of your penis has it gotten thicker im just wondering cause there hasnt been an actual thread anywhere that i found addressing the fat pad behind

as for me i keep my penis the rest of the day under master lock and key i hang it with a 1inch master lock all day sometimes during the night to keep elongated and stretched
i do this after my excersises are finished in the morning cause for me the wrap didnt work well for me circulation with the lock on has been real good to me
results have been promising at end of my first month

Iwillbebig. I would advise maybe studying the anatomy of the penis a bit as your original post is riddling with misunderstandings on how exactly the penis works and what is happening to you. The pc muscle that does the "Kegel" surrounds both the inner penis and the rectum hence what you are feeling when you piss get or drop the kids off. This muscle contracts thereby pulling on the penis slightly with varying degrees of retraction depending on the individual. You are not shrinking. signs of enlarged prostate is increased difficulty in peeing or getting the per started followed by very weak possible forked stream). Get a doc to check it for you as it can become nasty if the prostate keeps on growing. Does any of this shrink your penis....i really dont think it could. Might cause some temporary retraction.

My advise to you would be to do a lot of ligament stretching with your other exercises, which has been advised by others here, and to educate yourself on how your body works as most of your worries are merely due to lack of information.

Yes I was 18 when this issue started but I am now just gone 23. I am not sure exactly what the fat pad(and alot of terms on this forum) is but if its at the very base of the penis when it enters the body then yes, it is quite thick at the bottom and I can feel that there is alot of my penis there. When I kegel flaccid I can feel blood entering the very base and it feels like Im thickening it. If you think my problem could be caused by weight gain, then no definetly not I am very slim about 5'9 68kg. I actually think it helps my stomach stay flat as my abs tighten and my stomach visibly retracts when I go to the toilet.
You say about wearing a master lock... What do you attach it too?? You also say u sleep with it on... I have read this is very dangerous as it can stop the natural angle of your erection and cause your erections to fold. Thats pretty much how my penis got curved and damaged the foreskin in the first place, tight boxers to sleep + nocturnal rections = DISASTER.
But yes I do believe my penis is hiding in the fat pad or inside my body and I have been stretching the ligaments daily through wearing a tlc-xpe, it is really comfortable.

I am happy you have explored into SRT, it is a fascinating environment with many excellent practices that ensure the steady and fluent stream of gains. Now, when you consider your flaccid pens and the life you have lived I am sure you have unknowingly have practices that contribute to turtling or shrinkage. The penis is comfortable most when it is retracted and it takes a marked effort to encourage the training of the penis to remain elongated while flaccid. For me it was Uncle Jim's Wrap that taught my penis to remain elongated and lengthly. I also coupled this with an electric heating pad when privately possible, this definitely encourages elongation. There are times though that I have become complacent with these "training sessions", as passive as they may seam, and I end up losing flaccid size. I need a steady, consistent (but light) flaccid regiment, during non-pe times, to keep an optimum flaccid size.

Do not become discouraged if shrinkage happens despite your efforts, there are things like cold weather, stressful days, too much masturbation or even too much pe, and shrinkage will happen as normal protocol. Yes your right I need to read up on it more, but honestly, it depresses me, and even though I want to sort my problem out so bad, I also hate thinking about it and I dread speaking about it to a doctor or urologist as Ive had bad experiences with him in the past and I'm afraid hel think I'm crazy. My GP already thinks Im a hypocondriac.

You say about the prostate. I actually take finasteride and 1 capsule of saw palmetto daily as I have the beginnings of Male Pattern Baldness. As you probably know these medications shrink the prostate so I highly doubt my prostate is enlarged. And before anyone says these medications have something to do with my problem, I have only been taking them 1 year and I experienced this problem 4 years before, I dont think its effected my penis one bit, despite reading about all the sides I have been fine, actually in this time things have improved slightly.
You say I'm not shrinking, I am trust me. I don't think my penis is dissapearing into thin air, but I am definetly hiding some of it in my body(or fat pad). When I press my fingers against my pelvis(fat pad?) I can feel the actual shaft, everything is so TIGHT. Im not sure if Ive said it before but my penis is tight and hard not floppy. in our college years as we get older our fatty foods and body travel down wards even though we can be skinny there is a few spots on a body that have fat in them one being our fat pad measure pelvic bone out usually bout half inch to inch in a lot of guys on there fat pads how you say it rounds right at the penis base
i wasnt refering to weight gain as natural our body and gravity are going to take effect to hold more fat tissue at a low point as we get older our anatomy slowly sags wether or not weight gain is there the fat pad will increase over time

the master lock you asked heres the reason i wear it and its a choice up to you if you want to try it or not

I think it is just a cruel picture that is meant to cause harm to men. Any man who may have these issues can find solace here, on Matters of Size, and whatever size you have makes little difference, we are in the business of gaining!
 
Thats true dld but Im asking what exactly is this condition? I havent uploaded a pic of my cock because my phone quality is bad and also my laptop webcam is broke but I just happened to come across this and the base especially looks like mine.

Im wearing the SG with the tlc-xpe attached and seeing improvement in lenght, harder erections and best of all girth. Girth I think is from jelqing and holding squeeze and maybe edging. But still, each time I shit it wants to go into my body and the base gets thicker, each time I shit I feel I lose lenght. Sounds crude but when I fart with sg on I feel the device jerk inwards towards pelvis. So im using muscles in my ass thats causing my penis to retract, I dont know how to stop it. My lenght is staying pretty much the same because of this. When I get a day of hours in the sg, manual stretch and then jelq I get a fairly big increase in size, because my inner penis has just came out I havent actually grown new cock in that time. But if I rest for a few days and have diarhea or something my size shrinks into my scrotum/pelvis again.
 
Well Expressive Stretching will definitely expose more inner penis and this is always thicker at the base. This can be done using a few different methods. First, Bathmate or Penomet Hardcore Stretches are the fastest method, these exercises literally pump out new inner penis from the base. Another method, the original method, would be Ring Stretching in the LengthMaster or PowerAssist....you could also create your own ring. This method basically pushes out and exposes inner penis and allows for the user to effectively stretch it. Another method that will always increase base girth would be heavy downward stretching. The heavier the downward stretch the more it increases the base girth.
