Hey everyone. Id really appreciate ur help..Its a HUGE POST but please read it.. Youl probably be shocked and amzed... This is very hard to explain Its a very rare problem, never heard of it before anywere and I dont know how Ive manged to do this..

Ok so I started off with jelqing a few times a week before Id masturbate at 17..I was amazed and so happy seeing my penis get thicker and longer. I did notice some odd looking veins and thought they would go away..They didnt! It bothered me abit but I could live with it..I think the vein damage was also from stretching without warm ups or lubes before I was circumcised(got circed at 18)...
Then I read about flexing ur pc mucle or kegels as there called..I thought Id give them a try(after being on a high from jelqing), I definetly misunderstood what u were supposed to do but I gave it a go when I had a pee....So just as the pee was about to come out, Id tense up and hold it in..At first I noticed my cock sorta get fuller looking so i though it was working..I tryed it the odd time after that...Then I noticed even when I wasnt trying to do it, it done it automatically..I thought, thats even better..After a few weeks I noticed when really flaccid, my penis seemed abit smaller and tight at the bottom(were its joined to my body)...It looked very circular at the bottom.. The erections looked the same, although I did notice it was slightly thicker at the very bottom...I got very worried when I began to notice my erections were shorter(not thinner)..I panicked..I got quite depressed and thought I was living a nightmare..I blamed it on the jelqing(I now know it wasnt the jelqing).. I thought I may have peyronies disease.I know Ive had little bumps(scar tissue), on my shaft which are only visible when you feel around and usually when I get a semi...I think I got those small scar tissure lumps becuase I wore tight underpants to bed but it did not stop me from getting erections although I did develop a slight curve... I had bought vitamin E pills just to see would they help(they didnt seem to).

After a while I realised it wasnt the jelqing that caused it...
BASICALLY.....Everytime I had a poo or a pee I would feel my penis tighten up and quickly retract into my body..It only really happens when I have a poo...As I tense up and force out the poop and just as I let go I can feel my stomach and my penis quckly retract..This is what has caused the shortening..It has retracted into my body....It happens sometimes when I cough or when I lie or sit in a certain position...
Because of holding in my pee as its about to come about, then releasing it(ps muscle/kegels), evertime I pee now this automatically happens --The pee dribbles out then stops, then goes normally....Sometimes I can fee fully without stopping at the start..As I have said Im not intentionaly doing this..My body when peeing and pooing has got into this habit.

I asked a Urologist about this..I didnt go into too much detail as I was embarassed but he said its not possible..I dont blame him for thinking that..It does sound quite unbelievable but IT IS happening to me!!!!!!

I have tryed jelqing the last few months to sort of counter act the shrinking..The jelqing has helped but the tight feeling at the base of my penis(where its attached to my balls and body)....The space between my balls and penis nw it REALLY THICK...Thats were some of my missing penis is! It isnt sore or anything, its just abit uncomfortable and I find it harder to get an erection...When I do get a hard erection, I feel only half of my penis is showing..It feels very tight at the bottom and when I try and force it out with my hands when I have a semi I can get out some missing penis and its actually quite long but when I let go it jumps back into my body...
Its a really horrible feeling...Its soemthing thats so hard to do but Ive managed it..I feel so unlucky...

HOW DO I STOP THIS??? My body seems to do automatically when I have a poo, it sucks into my body..Ive tryed breathing in but It doesnt seem to work..By the way, im not imagining this, I can actually see it suck into my body while having a $HIT...I find it shrinks in my sleep aswell...I have to lie a certain way...

I think it definetly has something to do with my breathing and maybe my INTERCOSTAL MUSCLES...the coughing, breathing, peeing, pooing.:s

what i would say is give everything a rest from the jelqing to the pc flexes for a week or two and see what happens, when i have a shit i notice that my head gets a bit larger and when i got i hold the pee in i notice my flaccid hang is longer

GODDMAN IWILLBeBig. Gotta say I sympathize with you this is such a nightmare, except you don't get to wake up in the morning and its over... I have never heard of this condition before. You have to remember with doctors they are not super human, just people like you and me in a fancier coat(usually less decorative) I saw an Endocrinologist, you reminded me, can you believe I saw one for the size of my penis? I hate to say this because its something most people(or guys) would never admit, but my flaccid size would get really shortened up too back then. So I saw the Endocrinologist and when I showed her she just had to kick her own ass to stop from laughing. I said is there anything I can do she said like what? Surgery? I said pills, she said no. I know now I was supposed to see a Urologist but I guess my mom sent me to see the Endocrinologist because of hormone treatments I had taken back then. If you have any pain from it ever you should immediately seek medical attention. No questions asked, get out there and get it taken care of whatever it is. My suggestion is that you get a Bathmate. This would help with the retracting flaccid size and erections. Start with that and let us know how it goes. Get familiar with a doctor you are comfortable talking about this with and even your parents; its in your best interest and overall well being! You do not have to go through this alone. I have never felt any pain since this started happening to me, thank god, but my orgasms are less intense sometimes if its very tight and shrinked up, other times after a good stretch and jelq session I get a great orgasm. I dont think its a disease as Ive already said its only started since I kegelled, and only retracts when I shit. You do not want to bring the skin over the head, you want to retract and grip just below the head so you are stretching the penis and not the skin. This may be why it has been difficult to gain.

okay i think i had the same problem when i started P.E a couple years bacc (it may be different i dunno)

when i started my dicc used to shrink, it would turtle pretty bad to the point where it would be like 1.5'' flaccid length (lol) and my flaccid dicc was never soft it was hard(not erect hard).

there where a number of reasons why this was happening to me.

1. my dicc needed time to get used to Penis Enlargement

2. i was over training.

3. wasn't getting good circulation in my dicc

4. wasn't warming up before exercises

after paying attention to these things my dicc no longer does this but i still think ive got a blood circulation problem because my body will feel warm but my dicc is/feels cold.
as long as i keep it warm my flaccid hangs pretty good.
maybe you wanna try these things first before panicing about it.

You NEED to retract! If you stretch as in the picture you will only be stretching skin, when the skin is retract you are stretching internal penis and ligaments.

Yes, retract and grip at base of head and stretch from there. The way you have been stretching will only bring skin stretch gains, retracting and gripping will bring internal gains.
 
An update.

It still retracts when I shit! However things are a good bit better and my cock is a bit longer thru wearing an all day stretcher(plan to get the size genetics) and jelqing a bit more. The all day stretcher has really really helped. GENIUS INVENTION! Im using the ESL40 which straps just below your knee, costs about 15 euros including shipping on ebay. Great device for that price and I plan to get the size genetics and one of row lows stretchers too which Im excited about. The only thing about the esl40 is I cant really wear it when I take a dump as its enclosed at the top and ofcourse its all systems go when you shit, and I cant stop myself from peeing abit too when I shit. Can you wear the size genetics or any of the ron lows stretchers while peeing? Hopefully I can stop the retraction if I have a device on while I shit.. It will try pull my cock in, but the device will hold it tight - a bit like a tug a war:)

I may post a pic of the base of my cock to see if you can see the hidden penis and if you think it looks unusual.

Id appreciate some opinions on the thyroid question.

Personally, I'd go see a urologist and describe your situation. That's what I would do anyway. Sometimes, I ejaculate a little when I shit, but I've had DOCTORS confirm that it is normal.
 
My penis started retracting a couple of months ago, today (July 6, 2012) it started retracting into my body worse than ever! I was freakin out! I have been diagnosed w/ Prostatitis & I feel like its related. My retraction happens ESPenis EnlargementCIALLY when standing or sitting, I am NOT overweight but I do have a little amt of thick skin pouch in pubic area but that's not what's "SUCKING" my penis inward! My penis gets relaxed when I lay down but today it still tightens up even when laying down. I know I'm not alone in this but I keep saying to myself, "WHY ME?!" And I know "we" are all NOT crazy or imagining it like the doctors probably think. Sad thing is Urologists don't have answers for this phenomenon. One more thing, I was prescribed Flomax for prostatitis & found that it relaxes my prostate and my penis is relaxed too & fully hangs flaccid while lying down but when I stand it still kind of pulls in a little. Flomax definitely eases the tightness though.

I haven't read on yet. But just had to post this here before I forgot. This seems like it could work for me. As Ive said its just a natural thing for my body to do now, kegel when I shit or piss, its probably more than just a kegel as I hold my breath and I even see my tummy suck in when it happens.

Another quick update. I use a tlc-xpe tugger now.. It is both for restoring the foreskin and stretching the shaft. I'm using it just over a month and I see improvements. Most notable is when I ejaculate I squirt further, and another 3 or 4 smaller squirts which I never had before.:) This must be because Ive always kegelled without knowing, but the tugger has stretched the muscles making them stronger, I dunno? I dont think its a cure its just a prevention... MAYBE MAYBE it could stretch it so much overtime, that my body will naturally stop sucking it in and If I work on this reverse kegel I could stop it completely.
Don't know if Ive said it before but, my erections have always been rock hard, so I dont think its peyronies(though I do have a fibrous plaque that causes the curve).
I will be getting the SG soon, I really need to try it to work on the curve I have, that scar tissue might have something to do with the retraction too.
