I forgot to post my logs for a while and I don't remember the hours. I am still using the A and V Bridge stretches and they are working effectively. I finally had a chance to measure:

Starting SG stretch: 6.5" (Strapped In)
Current SG stretch: 8 3/8"
Total gain: 1 7/8" - Almost 2"!

The last measurement I did I was at 8.25" and was REALLY pushing it to the point of discomfort. The gains this time are measured at a comfortable stretch. I gained a lot more when I first started using the device. I developed the bridge stretches to help get over this slow growth period. A 9" stretch would be amazing.

The problem is that erect length isn't equal to the stretch length in the SG. I think this just takes time, manual exercises, and effort. I've gained approximately 0.25" in erect length since my last measure session at 60 days of use. I also had a 4 week period where I wasn't really using the SG and when I did I was using it incorrectly.

For best gains, use the SG daily for 4+ hours. That's probably how I gained so quickly at the beginning.

You're welcome. Thank you! I appreciate the head's up on it being hard to use. I will sure stick with it, 2" in two months (even if its just flaccid gain) is awesome. I know you consider yourself a hard gainer, so that is pretty cool stuff!

I've been really busy and am losing track of time and sessions but I still managed to get in 2 sessions this week. I've started with an hour of regular stretching to loosen things up since I haven't used the SG consistently. I moved onto the wide A and B Bridge stretches at 30 minutes between A and V bridges before adjusting. I used to have to stretch for a couple of days regularly to get the length I'm getting in 1.5 hours or less with the bridges.

If you can get in 6+ hours a day, use the mods for strapping in and wrapping right away I think huge gains are possible. Add the bridge stretches in after 1-2 months. I think 2-3" is very possible especially if you're not a hard gainer. Manual exercises and a Bathmate will help even more.

I've been super busy and haven't had much time in the SG. This is very unfortunate since I started bridge stretching. I definitely notice less morning EQ than before after non using the SG for about a week. With the 2 light sessions of regular stretching, my morning EQ already improved. The SG is really good for maintaining good penis health. Not much to report and I have to start getting more time in especially with the bridge stretches.

When I had about a week straight of doing these stretches with the SG it felt awesome. My EQ was crazy and my libido was off the charts.

You said u had a month were u were using the SG incorrectly? How so?

I was still using the original comfort strap and foam. Lots of slippage. I also went straight into locked stretches without even warming up with spring stretches. Warmup from spring stretches is crucial before locked stretches or bridge stretches.

Still really busy and getting in time with the SG whenever possible. I'm mostly doing regular stretches since I haven't had consecutive days of use and am not getting enough pre-stretch time to do bridge stretches. 3 hours after not using the SG for several days is already an intense stretch.
 
07/08/2011 - Day (100) 1

Stretches: Regular, A and V Bridge

Started with regular stretches for 1 hour today and move on to A and V bridges for the next 2 hours. I've definitely noticed that with less use, my penis doesn't stretch as easily as it did before. It didn't seem to lose length, but it takes longer for the stretches to get to max length where as with regular use it would get there in about 30 minutes or less.

The A and V Bridge stretches were very intense and I had to wrap the base piece to keep from getting chaffed. Same as last time, I really need to get back into 3-4 days consecutive use for a minimum of 4 hours a day. The results just don't feel the same without that consistency.

Stretches: Regular and A Bridge

Had some more time with the SG and getting at least 4 hours in a day. I also replaced some loose velcro and it really helps with better stretching. Any loose pieces or straps make the SG a lot less effective. The increase in stretch intensity was at least 20% better. I haven't done many bridge stretches as I'm trying to get in 4+ hours a day with regular stretches first for 5 days a week minimum to get my penis in a loosened state. Definitely get the best gains under those conditions and I'm not there yet due to lack of time.

4+ hours is the magic number to get some good gains, at least for me as a hardgainer.
 
07/12-13/2011 - Day (100) 5

Stretches: Regular and A and V Bridge

Finally have gotten several days in a row again using the SG. What a difference! When I was using it sporadically my stretch never seemed to be as good as before with more use. I wasn't able to max out my current setup anymore but after 3 days, I can max out again easily. You really need 4-5+ days of use at 4+ hours a day for best results. After a 4 hour session I can definitely feel the workout a lot more than the shorter sessions and my penis is also in the jelly state more.

I'm also gaining a bit of lost girth back from lack of Penis Enlargement SG and Bathmate. Consistency is key! Just need the motivation to keep it going.
 
Hey jl1 how long of a break, if u take one in a 4hr period. I have to take a break once an hour. One more question: what do you think about splitting time during the day in the sg, an hour in the morning, an hour in the afternoon...etc? Thanks.

I take a 1-30 minute break every 1.5-2 hours or as needed depending on the condition of the glands. I'm super busy and sometimes I just don't have time to put the SG on again. If I had more time I would take a minute break and continue from there.

I think stretching throughout the day is good but it won't beat the effectiveness of a near consecutive session. You need to wear out the ligaments and break down the walls of the penis. Throughout the day is still effective and probably works in a different fashion. I've done this before but prefer consecutive wear.

Time is the enemy. A late post but I still used the SG a couple of days after my last report. With consecutive use my penis reached a very malleable jelly state and then I went another week without using it. I really need to dedicate a solid couple of months to this and am frustrated that I haven't been able to. Life is a bitch sometimes.

Don't give up. Get in at least 4 days in a row and challenge yourself to see how many days before you stop using the SG.
 
Hey J1L, Can you please explain what spring, locked, and bridge stretches are? How do you set them up with the SG and what method is the most effective? Also what kind of wrapping material do you use to make the SG the most comfortable? My comfort strap split the other day so now I use the velcro cable ties which is perfect because I have a 100 pack and I only need 1 to get strapped in. I'm still having a comfort issue though, I feel that uncomfortable burning around the strap area. I've tried a thick layer of cloth and the foam material but I can only wear it 20-30 min. before it starts to get uncomfortable. Thanks
