I'm 7x5 1/8 now and have been using the Bathmate for a little over 3 weeks but have a lot of previous dry pumping experience and lots of Penis Enlargement experience learned at the Penis Enlargement Gym(another forum but MOS dominates them). Nothing is better I think than this Bathmate though I believe for length and girth. I've already gained a little over 1/8 girth so far but really just started using the thing a lot more so expect gains to come quick now. Never had much luck gaining girth no matter what I did but now I don't see how I'm not going to gain quickly.

First I've learned you have to get your dick used to the Bathmate and pressures. Just keep doing it like DLD says every day. Don't stop.
My dick couldn't handle the Bathmate the first week and I got almost no expansion but tons of burst capillaries I guess cuz my dick would be covered all over with red dots.
Like clockwork though a day later i did it again.
I did stop for two days at the beginning and the red dots got bad again!

The red dots stopped appearing after about 1-2 weeks and that's when I turned up the intensity!!

First of all I don't believe the funky looking dick with fluid build up is that big of a deal cuz I'm still getting tissue expansion and a lot of it. Doing what I'm doing will cause fluid buildup! But also tons of expansion from tissue expansion too:)

ALSO THIS MAY NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE!

At first I was doing 5,6,10,15,20 minute sets. Trying it all. To get max expansion I'd have to do like 7 or more sets of 10 minutes! Not a good use of time.

I then started experimenting with longer sessions this last week and the results have been amazing.
I learned that going in erect works best for me! Get it hard and enter.
I'm now doing 45-50 mins straight in the X-40 and am packing the X-40! My dick will touch all the sides of the X-40. I come out of the X-40 longer and go up from my usual 5 1/8 inch girth to 6 inches and higher!

I then do about 10-15 mins of jelqing, SSJ(slow squash jelq's), horse squeeze type things, etc. My dick turns a real nice almost purple for a few seconds after each SSJ cuz I am now doing the ssj's so intensely!!

24 hours later though the color is almost completely gone but am using for this last week Ammonium Lactate lotion so I think this is helping keep darkness down cuz I've always had trouble with darkening.

For me the really long sets is working awesome now but would not have worked my first two weeks cuz my dick would probably have every capillary broke in my dick! My theory is that with the broke capillaries you can't expand so go easy the first weeks.

The other day I did like Dan Clizer does but took it up a notch....
I separated by 3-4 hours my workouts of about 45 mins and stopped after I had maxed out the X-40 for about 4 mins then did 10-15 mins manual.

I did 4 workouts of 45-50 and the 10-15 of manual in the same day one day!! Was swolt all day.

Yesterday and today I'm doing 2 sets of 45 mins. I don't always go to max pressure cuz the pain can get bad but if I don't get to max I'll just go to 50 mins or longer till I max it out for about 4 mins. Any longer than about 4 mins after i max out the Herc and the fluid below the head gets too bad!

The fluid below the head I work out with the manual exercises. I actually do a modification to the ssj's. I actually squeeze with my top hand of the SSJ about the top 2-3 inches of my dick while I also push down toward my base. This forces that fluid buildup below the head down into the shaft more and even out of the dick.

After each of these modified SSJ's I will have a funky looking fluid moved around dick especially below the head for a minute but I masturbate(edge) till my dick looks normal again in no time. Then I do another!

Expansion is lasting longer and longer every time I do this. Dick is looking so good! Hanging longer and fatter:)

Doing too much in a day does start to hurt the skin of the dick like a sunburn and can hurt to touch a bit and leave dick kind of red. The day I did 4x 45 minuters it was on fire!! Lol. Learned that was too much!!:)

Also maxing out the X-40 does cause the base to dig into the gator making it very uncomfortable. This is even with me using the sleeves. I can't imagine what it would be like without the sleeve cuz the pain can be bad!

I fight through the pain and hope the gains come quick which I'm hopeful they will!!

One other note:
Use coconut oil or something on your dick afterwards and maybe avoid max pressure if you're going this long in the Herc cuz you're gonna get like I have stretch marks start to form around the base cuz the Bathmate is trying to rip your dick off your body! I now just pump less than max length wise and go longer to avoid this getting worse!

Your dick will be super sensitive immediately after the workout so it's hard not to nut fast but my girlfriend has had sex with all different sizes of my dick and says 5.5-5.75 inches girth is best! 6 inches girth is a little too big for her. About 2 hours after pumping I'm still over 5.5 girth and not as sensitive so this is the perfect time for us to have some fun:)

Proposing to my live-in girlfriend soon so building this dick for us for the rest of our lives. Hoping I'm 7.5 inches long (like to grind and so does girlfriend so longest I wanna be) x5.5-5.75 girth sooner than later!!

Chuck, I can tell you have done your research, listened to everything I have said and are implementing it. You are already an inspiration for me and I know this will be the same for those who get involved with this thread. I wish you all the gains you desire!
 
I should also add that I do the Bathmate laying in bed or on the couch. I know how much water to put in to pump initially without it spilling out. I push my hard dick down to enter it initially before pumping. Then I have a large towel that I catch the water with after that.

I also look at �naked people movies� to get hard initially and for the manual exercises.

Thanks so much. That means a lot coming from u! You're an inspiration to so many... You, Dan Clizer's posts and others have taught me so much this last month or so I've been on here. I've read every thread going back two and more months about the Bathmate!! :)

My question to everyone: Has no one else ever done super long times in the Bathmate?

Some men do, I just think that shorter sessions with jelqing included works best for me. Long sessions can bring too much fluid retention,. Some guys are different and can handle it, my best advice is to experiment and find your own happy medium.
 
One thing I thought I should add:
Fluid buildup and a funky looking dick is NOT permanent but very temporary. (hours long)

If you don't work out the fluid that builds up below the head your dick will look pretty damn funny but it goes away!

I am getting tons of expansion with the buildup, more than with all the short sets etc. so it has to work right!?

Even Dan Clizer started doing 30 minute sets and has abandoned his 6 minute sets.

I used to push air pumping longer and harder than I should have and the side effects such as burst blood vessels, dark dick and fluid build up are a lot more prevalent it seems like with air pumps than with the Bathmate.

Remember me asking about the fluid retention weeks ago?

I still am not sure but don't think it's that big of a deal and a lot of men might start gaining a lot more in my opinion if they get some fluid buildup during workouts...

The fear of the fluid could be more because it looks so disfiguring than because it's actually detrimental to gains!?

Fluid retention will never permanently deform your penis, it is a temporary state, but jelqing in between sets can greatly reduce this. What we want, mainly, is tissue expansion...if some water retention happens? Oh well, it is temporary. With that said, I still belive the best way to gain girth, using these methods, is through supersets that follow this specific order:

5 Minutes Bathmate
5 Minutes SlowSquashJelq
5 Minutes Bathmate
5 Minutes SlowSquashJelq
5 Minutes Bathmate
5 Minutes SlowSquashJelq

This works so well because the SSJ is a dual compression squeeze, it forces the retention to evenly disperse along the entire area being "squashed" This not only serves to reduce the retention, but also greatly increase the tissue expansion of the Corpus Cavernosum and the Tunica. The entire goal of girth work is the continued, temporary expansion of that tissue at greater and greater volume. Over time, the temporary expansion becomes permanent and a new, larger temporary size is realized. It is a constant cycle.
 
I said use coconut oil on ur dick but meant cocoa butter to moisturize and prevent stretch marks.

Also just for the record I'm able to get rid of almost all the fluid retention with what I said I do.

Also I was thinking:
Every time I would do say 5,10, or 20 mins and then do jelq's or ssj's I wouldn't get much fluid retention but I never seemed to get as much girth expansion.

Dan Clizer used to do 6 sets of 6 mins and then do jelq's and he grew massive amounts so quickly.

So he did like I'm doing the manual stuff after a LOT of time in the Bathmate.

I personally like DLD's SSJ's better than jelq's and think my Erection Quality isn't affected by SSJ's even a tenth as much as jelq's which hurt my erection quality. So I'm doing mostly ssj's and really trying to push the fluid out beneath the head while doing them.

My dick looks totally normal just massive and reddish after a workout because I get most of the fluid out. After some time it does sometimes start to look a little funny as some of the fluid is collected in different parts of the dick. But if I edge a bit or get hard and masturbate it looks normal, expanded and is hard.

After even an hour if I get hard I'll still be close to 6 inch girth. 3 hours still 5.5. Was just at 6 and was still 5.25.

Doing a workout while I type this! Doing lower pressures cause I've done too many workouts lately and the pain is there so may go an hour but will get the same results.

Gonna only do one 45 minuter tomorrow cause have to work and it's time to give my dick a little break I think!

If anybody tries this please tell me their experiences....

You obviously know what works and have helped so many people with penis growth and are an inspiration to all, but I think with the Bathmate there may be just maybe more than one way to skin a cat...

Like you said earlier I think people should try all the different methods and see what works best for them...

Longer sets, shorter... No work between sets, lots of work.

Some people that don't get much expansion from the short sets/ ssj's might get a lot more from using Dan's method or this method of a super long single set.

I reread your method and saw it was my method anyway, with a bit of a modification. I like to repeat myself a lot when I write on fluid retention, I think it help raise awareness. :)

If someone decides to do super long sets and starts to get pain from the gator, I have a recommendation:
Come out like in Dan Clizer's method as short of a time as you can, lube up the base of your penis as quickly as possible and go back in.

I just did this at the 30 minute mark and was able to go back in and pump to max pressure immediately which I couldn't do before coming out for the break because of the pain.

Edited to add:
I just did the break again but it must have been for 10 seconds and didn't even take my dick out of the sleeve. I had to stick my finger in the opening to let the air out to push my dick back in but it worked. Pain was gone for bit.

Yes indeed, Kegels (and Reverse Kegels) can be very valuable when used at the right times. I am happy you already notice the importance of this muscle group.
 
Doesn't your dick get bruised?

After 15mins of full pressure, Mine comes out black on the shaft for 5 secs or so, not sure about 45mins...

Not with 5 minute sets, there is never bruising and very rarely build up or discoloration. It is the 5 minutes of the Slow Squash Jelq that keeps everything expanded and without retention. 15 minutes, for me anyway, is way too long. I want to gain size in tissue, not puffy retention. Gaining good girth comes from quality expansion, the Bathmate, coupled with the SSJ in a super-set scenario is proven to be most powerful with this.
 
Hey I too go for long session in the Bathmate once a day for 1hour straight and the expansion is great with a bit of fluid retention but right after I do a session of SSJ which help get rid of the fluids. My issue is I dont think there is as much actual expansion as it is just the fluids building up because after I finish with the SSJ I notice it's not as thick. I'm thinking that I should try out DLDs routine on 5mins Bathmate, 5mins SSJ and see what happens. Chuck do you notice the initial expansion go down quite a bit after SSJ as well? Also I have never tried Kegels in the Bathmate, how safe is this cause I worry about pushing more blood to the head of my penis while I'm pumping.
 
The first couple times I did the ssj's I would go from the about 6.0 girth to about 5.5 or a little less.

Then I started doing the ssj's more intensely almost to the point of causing my dick to explode and I would be really really hard every time I regained an erection and still at 6.0.

I have to admit i've been doing the ssj's a little differently because when I first did them after these long sessions I would still have fluid bad below head. So I started squeezing the top of the dick down to the circumcision scar really hard and then pushing down. I also rekegel more blood in about half way through and when pressure is going down in dick start raising the hand squeezing the base to get more pressure in.

I'll do a fast count to 100 while squeezing almost as hard as humanly possible and pushing down with the top hand while doing these ssj's. After that I'll regain an erection and go again. I did 30 minutes of them last night!

I have to admit that I'm taking a herbal pill called firminite that I still have some of that got taken off the market. It had undeclared tadalafil(CIALIS) in it so I guess I'm taking cialis and didn't know it. I still have a bunch of the pills and they help termendously. What will I take after I run out? Not sure.

My dick comes out kinda dark but I'm putting ammonium lactate lotion on it so this kind of helps it go back to its normal color after about 24 hours.
